One of our clients has a form type in their instance that I've never seen before since I've been using Marketo. It is under the design studio, but it does not allow me to edit any of the fields or edit the form itself. Does anyone know what type of form this is and why it might have been built this way? Does anyone also know how I might be able to edit a field in this type of form if I needed to? Thanks!

Hello all,I'm facing a problem here with offers management. We have a scenario here, in which we could have more than one entity being used as an offer. For example, we have an entity called "category", which could be used to create a content and send offers to our customers. This entity has it's own specific fields and design configuration. We also have, of course, a products entity, wich has different fields and design from "category". In our worst case scenario, we want to be able to send a delivery which uses both kinds of offer ("category" and "products"). My question is : are we abble to create specific schemas for each entity, and used it inside offer engine, with all features ?Or in this case we should configure our environment in a different way ?Thanks

Does anyone have an example of an Authentication Handler and/or Login Module for AEM 6.1?I have something in place but i keep getting the following message:12.02.2016 09:30:42.321 *WARN* [qtp933178697-315] org.apache.sling.auth.core.impl.SlingAuthenticator handleSecurity: AuthenticationHandler did not block request; access deniedAnd I don't know how to resolve it.For some background - my use case is that i have an external web service i need to authenticate a user against - the user does NOT need to be stored in AEM, but we need to be able to determine if the current request is authenticated throughout other pages in the website.  What is the suggested implementation for this?I also cannot use an ExternalIdentityProvider because in the system that authenticates the user, users can have duplicate user names but different passwords.  I already have this in place (and syncing users) but because of the duplicate issue this is no longer viable.

We just had an issue where a lead came in, filled out a form but for some reason was never synced to SFDC. I don't know why, since nothing in this campaign has changed and we've had other leads come in the same way without any issues. I'm going to chalk this up to some kind of hiccup or bug, also going to reach out to MKTO support to see if they have a better explanation.In the meantime, is there a way to set up an alert that notifies me if a lead is created in MKTO but not synced over/created in SFDC so I can be more on top of this?Thanks!

Hello I have DTM installed on my google chrome and the staging is ON so that when ever i create a experience  in adobe target i can do activity qa of that particular experience and see how it runs on the google chrome . So this activity qa is pretty useful because of the dtm on chrome where you can see how the link exactly looks to the clients when it goes live But How to do the same thing on :i) Mozilla ii) I.Eiii) SafariHow do we test on these browsers ? Is there a way to get DTM on these browsers just  like we did on google chrome and test the activity ? Hello All,I am currently on AEM 6.2 FP2 and looking to install FP3 (Deploying Communities ). I am able to install the FP3 package in my instance and can see that the communities version is  "v1.10.167"I tried putting the dependency for same as below in my pom.xml:<dependency><groupId>com.adobe.cq.social</groupId><artifactId>cq-socialcommunities-api</artifactId><version>1.10.167</version><scope>provided</scope></dependency>However I got error stating - "Could not transfer artifact com.adobe.cq.social:cq-socialcommunities-api:jar:1.10.167 from/to adobe-public-releases (http://repo.adobe.com/nexus/content/groups/public): Connection reset -> [Help 1]"To make sure I went to "Index of /groups/public/com/adobe/cq/social/cq-socialcommunities-api " but I see that the latest jar 1.10.167 is not available (However there is an even higher version 1.11.170 which I am not sure whether to use). Hello,We have observed that whenever AEM is restarted, re-indexing is kicked off again. We keep seeing the asyncIndexUpdate messages in the log about indexing content and it goes on for 2-3 hours.Because of which the instance takes a long time to get back up. Is this normal? Is it expected for re-indexing to be done every restart? Or is it a platform issue? We're using AEM 6.0. If this is expected, any way to turn reindexing off during startup? Please note, the reindex property is set to false on our oak indexes.Thanks. Any help here will be much appreciated.

I'm working on implementing an IP based redirection script. This involves using Maxmind GeoIP2 database to find out the location of the user. The problem I'm having is that there's a specific line that's causing AEM to break. Hi,I have included two rules to define my paid search processing rules - one in which it will capture traffic coming from a tracking code beginning a certain set of character and another where referrer contains 'facebook.com'. When I pull a last touch report and break it down by referring domain, it is not included but instead in the referring domains marketing channel. Hi Guys,We have a requirement like:We are using single RTE component across multiple brand sites. So we need to load some site specific styles to RTE component(RichTextEditor).For example: We have two sites: SiteA and SiteB. Now we want if we drag and drop RTE component on a page of SiteA, some SiteA specific styles get added to RTE component and when we drop RTE on SiteB page, some SiteB specific styles get added to RTE.How to achieve this? Hi,I'm having a similar issue to (Unable to create web properties ) on the latest version of DTM/Admin Console. I'm set up as an Admin for DTM in the Admin Console, however I'm not able to configure anything within DTM itself. Hey Nation,I'm developing an application based on lead changes, and I noticed that, at least when querying the API for changes to leads' leadStatus, I get a number of lead change records where the 'fields' leaf is NULL. I have confirmed, via lead activity logs, that there are no lead status changes that correspond with the time stamps for these leads' NULL field changes. That said, can someone help me understand why I even get lead change records for queries specific to leadStatus?I ask not to complain, but to help me make my app more robust and/or more intelligent. It's possible that knowing the range of potential reasons for time-stamped NULL results from lead change queries would provide an extra layer of intelligence for my application. Is there any problem with installing the GTM and DTM in the same site? I searched and read about being careful with Data Layer, but I'd like to know if there's any conflict between the tools 

Is it possible to lock down access to individual fields so that certain users cannot see it?Example: Audience class A is accessible in Partion 1. This group needs to remain in Partition 1 for a business group to access. An additional business group would like to attach confidential information via SF Fields to audience class 1. The original business group does not have permission to see this information so we would like to hide it from their view. How can this be accomplished?

We have a simple component using the RTE in a field on 6.3.The RTE does not function correctly. Steps to reproduce issue:• Open the dialog for the component. Notice that default RTE plugin options ( like bold, italics, indentation, etc…) do not appear above area to input text.• Toggle dialog to full screen.• Toggle once more to normal dialog size• The options can now be seen ( but they will disappear again if you click somewhere else in the dialog)We are using the basic RTE with no customizations.Is anybody else seeing this? What's the solution or workaround?
