Hi Smart people I need some help here please. I have created a smart campaign, smart list (within the campaign ) and flow. As you see, I am using filters and not triggers and there are about 2k members in the campaign. I have noticed that there are no new members are added to the campaign even though the filters apply to them . Does this mean that using "Filters" will add members who qualified in the past (before the time of creating the campaign) but not any future qualified members ?! if yes, shall I user trigger instead ?! it is a bit confusing :/ do you happen to know any trick to add qualified members to this campaign without using filters ?! I hope my explanation was not very confusing and look forward to some answers thanks in advance

When I took the certification exam for Processing Rules a couple of years back, I remember it stating there was a maximum number we could create, and I remember that number being around 100.  I was wanting to now if anyone had a definitive answer for what the maximum number was for the creation of processing rules.  I wasn't able to find it in the help documentation, and I don't have the time to go searching through the presentation video to see if it's still mentioned there.Thanks in advance!

I am trying to push the data in a file to a SFTP location but I want that file to be encrypted.Is there any activity / componennt in AC v7 which has a provision to specify encryption command before it pushes the file to SFTP server ?Also, is there a utility in AC which can be invoked from workflow to unzip the files before ingesting ?Your help is all appreciated.Sid

AEM 6.2, TOUCH UI EditorWe added multiple Rich Text Editors in a cq:dialog for a component.  When you edit the component it always positions you at the LAST RTE in the dialog.Obviously, we would like it to open and be positioned at the top of the dialog.Any help is appreciated.-Dean

We have a custom object set up for active customer subscriptions (pulling down from our CRM). A customer can be subscribed to more than one product, and we have hundreds of different subscriptions.Is there a way (via a smart list), that I can distinguish whether a lead has just one subscription/item or multiple subscriptions/items within that custom object?

HiOne of our clients have stopped receiving E-Commerce tracking on their site. The checkout url that it was on has since changed. We have the Adobe Analytics tag on the page but there is still no data being captured.When looking at the Data LAyer javascript file this is showing as 404 pages. Hi all,I'm trying to interpret the lines regarding segments in the New Person activity. Here's an example:For example, the line "Change Segment (key=1021):     1131"It looks like the "key=1021" is the ID of the segmentation, which you can see in the URL when looking at the segmentation in the Database area: https://app-sjh.marketo.com/#SG1021A1 I assume the "1131" must be unique identifier for the specific segment the lead is being sorted into via that segmentation, but I don't know how to match that number to the segment.Any ideas?Of course, I can look at what their current value for that segmentation is and whether or not it has changed, but it would be nice to trace it back to the creation activity.Grant

Is there a method within 6.3 to support use of SVG assets in the Assets Panel similar to how raster-format images work? Eg preview, drag and drop? Not finding anything specifically about allowing/enabling other image formats there.

Word of warning...  Before creating a dynamic content campaign, be sure that your Sales Force team doesn't want each and every email available in different languages in Sales Insight.  These dynamic content campaigns do not segment properly in Sales Insight, and it is a daunting task to go back and re-create everything in a separate language after the fact.  Lesson Learned.  No more dynamic content campaigns!

I'm testing and experimenting with Email 2.0 and am using the Iceberg template as a starter. My problem is as follows:I used the Iceberg template as a starter and saved it as a Email Template in the Design Studio and called Event TemplateI created an email asset using the Event Template, added content and approved the assetI also created another email asset using the Event Template and left it in draft mode  My issue is that when I go back to the in the Event Template in the Design Studio and make changes to the HTML (due to fixes needed from testing) and approve it, the changes are not reflected in my email assets above (even after I approve the new draft). To see the changes I have to create a brand new email asset to see the new HTML. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?At first look the email assets are not updating themselves with the new template HTML and are keeping the original old HTML (even after approvals). The bigger problem is that generally we have 1000's of email
