We are getting ready for the EU GDPR (http://www.eugdpr.org/) for 2018.  We are going through the compliance and need to do a Double Opt-In for “Right to Access” in the regulation. Here is the current way we are gathering data:We have an AEM Forms Page (each country has its own AEM Page) that is collecting the information (i.e. email address) and sends the information into ACS via the API integration. The data (i.e. email address) is then placed in an ACS Service along with showing in ACS Profiles (e.g. email address, and GEO/ORG based on the AEM page you enter info). User Flow that I am trying to accomplish:Germany User goes to AEM Page and signs upACS received Data and sends out an acknowledgement email for confirmation.After acceptance of Email confirmation, the data is stored in ACS.  If User doesn’t accept in 48hours the data is removed from ACS.What is best method to accomplish the Double Opt-in?  Through ACS Message Center or JS or WorkflowPlease let me know your thoughts on thi

Hi,I wanted to check if there is a way to make sure that generated feed (CSV) is Target compliant, some kind of dry-run functionality?Sometimes I see Target takes hours to a complete day to index/not-index the feed, which is fine, but not always helpful when you are running on tight deadline or want to make sure that your minor code amendments did not break the entire feed.Is there any external tool or process to make sure and test pass the generated feed for recommendations along with its data?Regards,Runal

Hi Team,I did setup a personalisation campaign with specific coverstories on our homepage against a control experiment. It works fine with desktop but with Smartphones there is an issue. When switching to landscape mode the personalized experience gets overwritten and the default pops up.You can mimic the experience by doing this with your Smartphone:Visit the following url a number of times: https://www.dertour.de/fernreisenGo back to the home page by appending a name-value pair to the url as following: http://www.dertour.de/home?test=blex.You should see a different coverstory who corresponds with Fernreisen (long distance travel).Now switch to landscape mode.Now the personlized experience gets overwritten by default.Any advice from the community? Hi,do you know if it's possible for an Author to exclude a component from page publication? The use case is the following: an author is working on a page, but he has not yet finished the editing of a certain component, while the rest of the page is ready to be published. In this case, the author wants to mark the unfinished component so when the page is published, that component is not published.Thanks!

I wanted to know if it was possible to remove data that has been accidentally uploaded to the wrong suite. As the Classification Importer automatically reverts to one particular suite, this was accidentally uploaded wrong. I've tried to import the correct suite's data once again in order to overwrite but the wrong suite's data is still there along with the correct data. I followed the advice in this link: Delete classification data I put the ~deletekey~ instruction into each row that needs removing but this didn't make a difference. Has anyone got any suggestions for me to remove the unrelated data? I'd appreciate any suggestions.

I have a question that I personally feel is easy in theory, but tricky to execute comprehensively. I want to be able to give lead credits for activities they've taken prior to becoming a known lead. Here's a scenario:Let's say a person gets +5 score every time they visit a product page, with a run through program 10 times a day limit) January 15: someone searches for a product in google and lands on a product page on our website. They seem take a look at about 5 more pages on our website before exiting. January 20: the same person returns to our website, this time, they fills out a form on our website, resulting them to become a known lead. From this point on, scoring is easy! BUT I do want to also give score for the engagement they've taken prior to filling out the form and becoming a known lead.What's the best way to do this? Hi Smart people I need some help here please. I have created a smart campaign, smart list (within the campaign ) and flow. As you see, I am using filters and not triggers and there are about 2k members in the campaign. I have noticed that there are no new members are added to the campaign even though the filters apply to them . Does this mean that using "Filters" will add members who qualified in the past (before the time of creating the campaign) but not any future qualified members ?! if yes, shall I user trigger instead ?! it is a bit confusing :/ do you happen to know any trick to add qualified members to this campaign without using filters ?! I hope my explanation was not very confusing and look forward to some answers thanks in advance

When I took the certification exam for Processing Rules a couple of years back, I remember it stating there was a maximum number we could create, and I remember that number being around 100.  I was wanting to now if anyone had a definitive answer for what the maximum number was for the creation of processing rules.  I wasn't able to find it in the help documentation, and I don't have the time to go searching through the presentation video to see if it's still mentioned there.Thanks in advance!

I am trying to push the data in a file to a SFTP location but I want that file to be encrypted.Is there any activity / componennt in AC v7 which has a provision to specify encryption command before it pushes the file to SFTP server ?Also, is there a utility in AC which can be invoked from workflow to unzip the files before ingesting ?Your help is all appreciated.Sid

AEM 6.2, TOUCH UI EditorWe added multiple Rich Text Editors in a cq:dialog for a component.  When you edit the component it always positions you at the LAST RTE in the dialog.Obviously, we would like it to open and be positioned at the top of the dialog.Any help is appreciated.-Dean

We have a custom object set up for active customer subscriptions (pulling down from our CRM). A customer can be subscribed to more than one product, and we have hundreds of different subscriptions.Is there a way (via a smart list), that I can distinguish whether a lead has just one subscription/item or multiple subscriptions/items within that custom object?

HiOne of our clients have stopped receiving E-Commerce tracking on their site. The checkout url that it was on has since changed. We have the Adobe Analytics tag on the page but there is still no data being captured.When looking at the Data LAyer javascript file this is showing as 404 pages. Being quite a newby to Analytics and DTM is there any way the data layer can be re-created or shown?
