Whenever I try to open Ad Hoc Analysis, the font is so small it is completely unreadable. My company tech support says this is an adobe issue, but I am finding no contact info to get support from Adobe.

Hello everyone,my system of alerts has apparently ceased to function. I work in destination marketing and am trying to use AAM to assist in working out the effectiveness of our marketing. I think a possible solution would be to generate segments based on sequential trait rules but am not sure how to do this.For example:Trait 1 - User is not located in XTrait 2 - User is located in XThe segment logic I'd like to build is that the user originally belonged to trait 1, then qualified for trait 2 (i.e. person not located in destination views our website from their home market, then comes to the destination and views our website while on holiday).Is there a way to build a segment which captures all people in trait 2 who were previously a member of trait 1?Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Hi all - I'm pretty sure the answer is no but I wanted to double check with y'all!  I have one AAM segment that I want to be able to split out traffic evening (i.e. 50% to one set of visitors and the other 50% to another set of visitors) for our display ads. The reason I'm asking is we want to test out 2 creatives at the same time but with a different set of visitors at the same time. Thanks in advance.

Is is possible with Velocity scripting inside an email script token to look on the system date and show content if it is between date ranges. Hi,I have created custom workflow, which is generating additional renditions for assets after they are created/modified. Problem is that (after workflow finish) value of property dam:assetState remains "processing". Workflow is not transient. Assets are fully modifiable and I can use them normally. I guess that probably I've forget about adding some step in workflow model, or whatever.AEM version 6.2.0.SP1.Please advise.Thanks,Arek

We have a weekly newsletter than I'm automating as much as possible. One piece I'm trying to put in dynamically is what we call Lifetime Deposits. If a customer cancels a tour, they can use their deposit for another tour whenever they like. It never expires.So what I'm trying to do is to insert a block into our newsletter for customers who have Lifetime Deposits reminding them that they have money on file. The catch is that I don't want to do this every week - it will bloat our newsletter and become repetitive.In coding terms, I thought this could be solved by doing something like this. Our newsletter deploys on a Saturday each week, so why not check the day of the month, and if it's between 1-7, drop in the block for qualifying customers? Then it would only show once a month, and I would never need to update the block.So I was thinking...set a calendar object using today's date, then extract the date portion of that, and see whether that integer is in the range 1-7. Hi,We want to open and edit pages in classic UI mode in AEM 6.3. We enabled classic UI (disabled by default in AEM 6.3) by following the instructions here. However when we open the Classic UI in AEM 6.3, it does seem as if the page has opened in edit mode (as seen from the sidekick option). The sidekick shows that the page is already open in edit mode. However we are not able to in-place edit any of the components (text, title, image, custom components). Or even if we right-click on the component, it doesn't show any option to edit. Check the attached screenshot of AEM 6.3 Classic UI mode showing edit not working.We also checked suggestion given here. Even though its for AEM 6.2. We already have the profile node present with correct value set up like the link says. Thanks

Hi All,I am using AEM 6.3 version and implementing out-of-box Personalization feature. Initially I am creating Segments and Activities using ContextHub as Targetengine but later on I need to sync them with Adobe Target. Will it be possible to sync them as such or do I need to re-create Segments and Activities with Target engine as Adobe Target? Also then I need to again map the Activities and Segments with my content pages when I integrate with Adobe Target?Any pointers for it is appreciated.RegardsMamta

We are so worried that this will happen again and want to be cautious and create a backup/alternative plan. Has anyone thought about this?For the first outage, our web forms did not submit so we put in an error message on the web forms to contact sales via phone or email.Any ideas to share would be great!

I'm building out integrations to my tech stack and a few of these companies want to connect via API users. So far I've created separate users and named them based on what part of the tech stack they relate to (ex: DOMO API user, Influitive API user, etc). I have more integrations coming up and it seems like they all work the same way. In my CRM, we use 1 API user that connects onto many different integrations but that was originally due to pricing per user. In Marketo I can have lots of users without additional pricing. I was trying to keep these separate for auditing, but is it OK to just use 1 API user and connect to different technologies rather than 1 user per technology?

With this week's Marketo outage, our website's reaction got us into thinking that we might manage the Munchkin a little differently.We surely had the Async=true version of the munchkin implemented, as described as no. 2 on Marketo dev (developers.marketo.com/javascript-api/lead-tracking/) but during the outage, our pages were hanging and refused to load. Our dev team came up with this mod (stackoverflow.com/questions/25786826/marketo-munchkin-synchronous-requests-hurt-js-performance/30300389) and implemented it. Is there someone who could provide feedback on that mod? Any side effect, lead tracking issues or misbehavior I should be aware of? Cheers, Simon
