Hello,   In AEM projects, often ui.frontend takes the max time to build. If a customer has multiple code bases, then the total time to build multiple ui.frontend modules is very high. Could you possibly share some best practices that would help bring down the time taken to build a ui.frontend module?

Hello, I am trying to add metadata fields in the properties section of experience fragments on AEMaaCS. I am aware that I would have to create a metadata schema, similar how one would do for content fragments and experience fragments. However I am unable to find a way to add a metadata schema to an experience fragment on the cloud. 

Just wanted to check to see if I am setting this up right. I read a few things that made it seem like I did this correctly, but I am still unsure.  I am setting up new lifecycle segments and for our "Growth" segment, they need to have gone "live" in the last 90 days. Since the "Readiness" stage is based off of them going "live" within 45 days, the growth segment has to be set up between 45 days-90 days of going live.  Is using the in past before operator right for this? It doesn't seem to make sense to me!

Hi team,  We are preparing to roll out our Workfront to AEM Assets connector to our users soon and before we do so we want to clean up the metadata schema tabs. Is there a way to move fields from one metadata schema tab to another? We don't want to loose data that has been input manually or that was pushed from Workfront. Any recommendations? Best,E

We're using an engagement program for a weekly newsletter. Every week, a new email is dropped in the stream, activated, and scheduled to deactivate the date after the intended send. We would like to send this by recipient's time zone for our Americas audience.  The email cadence is every Tuesday at 11 AM recipient time zone. However, we can't drop the email and activate until earliest 6 PM on Monday - which is within the 25 hours recommended. Our question is - does it matter that we're activating the content within the 25 hours? Since this is only for our Americas region, technically that should be enough time. That 25 hours is really only important for the first cast right? If we don't touch the cadence anymore and just drop, activate, and deactivate email, we should be good? If anyone can pleas confirm, that would be greatly appreciated. Hello, My team and I want to be notified when there is an alert that there has been a Report Subscription Failure.  When I try to subscribe to this type of notification only, it is not an option in the drop down of subscription values.  Are report subscription failures classified as under a specific notification type?  Can I subscribe to just Report Subscription Failure alerts?

Hi, I'd like to ask about scenario design for engagement programs. Question 1: Ideally, I would like to transition leads from Cold → Warm → Hot, but if there is not enough content for the Cold stage, is it appropriate to start sending emails to leads in the Warm stage instead? (It seems that creating Cold content will take quite a while.) Question 2: If there are multiple solutions, should separate engagement programs be created? Additionally, when targeting different industries or job roles, is it better to divide the engagement programs by target group, or should I separate the streams within a single engagement program? What would be the most appropriate design? Thanks.

Hello - I'm pulling a template report to audit the use of our templates. I have the right filter to see the templates, but am wondering what field can tell me when they were last used? Dear All, This post is to understand the view of who has cleared the or appeared the AD0-E329 exam.I have appeared in the exam recently and did not cleared it.I have prepared for it from Adobe resources and completed practice test 3 time where i passed all the time with 90% marks. I do understand passing the practice test does not guarantee the exam for certification.I am mentioning few point which i observed and experienced,  if possible do share your view, it to help me for preparing better for my next attempt. Very few question matched the pattern and experience level been judged in practice test.The level of question not for beginner and certainly level of questions is higher then the level of question come in practice test.Certification question more inclined to know how much experience associate has in day to day hands on configure and maintain the Workflow, campaigns and data operation.Is there a forum of Adobe or any department to whom I can raise this point ?&nb

Hi @parthasarathy  1. In the Tracking Log (nms:trackingLogRcp), the relationship between the recipient and the tracking log appears as 1-1. 2. However, while analyzing the reports for a specific delivery, I noticed that a single recipient opened the email multiple times. For each of these opens, a unique tracking primary key seems to be generated for the same delivery. This behavior suggests a 1-many relationship between the recipient and tracking logs. Could you please clarify: Why does the tracking log schema imply a 1-1 relationship between recipients and tracking logs when the actions of a single recipient (e.g., multiple opens) generate multiple unique entries? How does Adobe Campaign handle this relationship internally, and how does it ensure data consistency in reporting? Thank you for your assistance. Hi All,   We have a business requirement where we need to secure AEM graphql endpoint with OKTA. It will be used for application to application authentication.  We are using AEM 6.5 Serve pack 13. (Not on AEM as a cloud service)   In our case, AEM will be the resource owner, 3rd party application will be client and OKTA will be the authorization server.  Has anyone implement something like this before in AEM?      

Hello Nation, We recently created a new lead partition within our default workspace and are in the process of uploading records to this partition. However, during the list import process, we noticed that the option to select the target lead partition is not visible. For now, as a workaround, we are manually moving the leads to the correct partition using a Smart Campaign. While this works, we wanted to check if there is a specific setting we may have missed during the setup that would enable the partition selection during list import. Alternatively, is there a more efficient way or workaround to handle this situation?

I would like a report to show me total number of tasks completed for the entire project duration ....summarized by month.   So if each month we completed 10 tasks, the report would show a bar of 10 for January, 20 for February, 30 for March, etc.    I've got the report built, but I only show totals for the month.... so 10, 10, 10.    How can I aggregate the total for the project at each month?

Hi Community! I hope you are doing great. There is a event-triggered journey in AJO and I need to let you know that it is working fine. However, due to a failure from our system, events were not generated in one particular day, meaning that customers did not enter the journey - not AJO's fault. Knowing that I am unable to recreate the events in the system, we are currently looking for alternatives to ensure communications will be delivered to those whose events were not generated. We assumed here that the easiest way to address it would be to duplicate the journey, but trigger it from a batch audience. Although this would work, it is not scalable - we wouldn't like to duplicate all event-triggered journeys. This said, I would like to hear wheter anyone here has faced the same situation and if there is any recommendations on that. Best Regards,Filipe C. I have a need to add a custom header — e.g. `X-My-Custom-Header: my-header-value` — to the POST request sent by a marketo embed on a third-party website.  The header is needed by a security layer that we have protecting the subdomain used by our marketo instance. Has anyone ever tried something like this?  Any creative javascript solution for intercepting/injecting the header into the POST request?

I have a job role I need to apply to several 100 users in the Other roles area as they all have primary roles.  I was hoping to do this via Fusion but I've not been able to figure out how to update the USRROL properly for a user.  Anyone have experience doing an update like this to provide a bit of guidance?

Hi, Currently i am trying to migrate assets and its metadata with smart crop images from one aem cloud instance to another aem cloud instance. I can able to fetch the asset and its metadata from the source aem folder. would like to know is there any api we can use to fetch the smart crops also? When i hit the /api/assets/wknd/investors/asset.jpg/renditions.json -> i am getting only the renditions not the smart crops image details. /api/assets/wknd/investors/asset.jpg.json/jcr:content/metadata.json -> giving the metadata properties. I could see thathasLocalCrops: trueAnyone has any idea how to retrieve the smart crop images. I am using Aio app builder in this migration process.   Thanks,Bhavani Bharanidharan
