I am trying to compare data on average time spent for all projects tied to a template. Does anyone know how to run a report based on template and all projects with time, by task, associated with that template?

Hi Team,Do we have the concept of temporary purchaseID with WebSDK as well like we have in AppMeasurement. Through this feature Adobe uses information from the hit to create a “temporary purchaseID ” if the hit doesn't contain the  purchaseID variable. This temporary purchaseID only applies to the visitor of the hit. The previous 5 temporary purchase ID’s are stored for each visitor ID per report suite. In case temporary purchaseID match any of the last five stored temporary purchaseIDs , the image request is considered a duplicate purchase.Does AEP WebSDK provide this capability or do we need to explicitly provide the purchaseID on every purchase event for serialization purpose?

Hello all, I'm hoping someone can assist me with a calculated field question. My goal is to be able to create a pie chart which shows a breakdown by percent of the segments we support. he data is being gathered via  multi-selection drop down lists. In order to create the chart I need to add groupings to my report but you can not group data from multi-selected fields. My solution is to create a calculated field populated by the selection in the multi-selected field.  For instance if the field Name is "Cat" and the options in the fields are "black", "white" "tabby", etc.  If any of those options or all of those options are selected, then my calculated field pulls in "Cat".  My grouping in the report could be "Cat".    Can anyone assist with the calculated field formula?  Thank you very much.   

I'm adding some fields to the abc:recipients (recipient's extension) schema. It currently has 01 PK in the base recipient schema. I need to add an attribute from the extension also as PK.  So both are not a combined PK, rather individual PKs.Is this ok? This is how I have set the codinterno field as PK:<key internal="true" name="codinterno_pk"><keyfield xpath="@codinterno"/></key>  

I have one user who constantly adds his updates to his initial request instead of the project. I explained to him that we need him to post his updates in the project updates, and gave him a tutorial on how to do that. Today he sent screen shots showing me he can't access the project updates, and so far I haven't been able to figure out why. He's got Contributor access, and I always grant project access to requesters when I convert them. Is this something affected by the new licenses? Am I overlooking something?

Hi all, I found this article in Community - https://nation.marketo.com/t5/knowledgebase/statistics-section-on-a-marketo-landing-page-asset/ta-p/299879, and was trying to understand how Page Views can be pulled in a Smart List report to see who viewed a Marketo landing page from our database. I tried to pull a Smart List report using a filter "Visited Web Page" with Web Page : contains : landing1.gehealthcare.com/USC-HCD-HCD-RSNA-2024-Health-Imaging-eBlast-COV-GA-24-11-Landing-Page, but I ended up getting no people in my smart list. The page on the Landing Page Statistics section has 3,506 views. Surely, I must be doing something wrong when pulling the report. Kindly help,Dillon

Unable to add existing user to current proof. I'm using the Share > Add Recipients option, the name/email comes up but nothing happens when I click on it. I've rebooted and tried in both chrome + safari.  When I searched the community board, the "workaround" provided was "Use another method to share the proof."  Anyone else experience this issue / have a solve?

For example, we implemented pseudonymous profile data expiration to our CDP instance with a contracted limit of 20m and reduced our license usage from nearly 90% to 55%. Is there a way to translate the % reduced to $ saved?

Since Recipients table already has a PK, I cannot make my field a PK so it is unique.So I cannot use:autopk (boolean): if this option is activated (autopk=“true”), a unique key will be automatically defined. This option may only be used on the main element of the schema. Warning, Adobe Campaign only guarantees that the key generated is unique. It is not guaranteed that the key values are consecutive and incremental.

I have a file coming in for a daily load which has a date time field formatted YYYY.MM.DD HH:MM:SS.  Is there a way in AJO to format the field as it comes in so it can be read in.  Currently it reads as null and looking at the documentation it needs to be in one of the accepted formats, which this isn't.  I've tried several of the functions and it continues to be read as null. Thanks

Hi, I'd like to start sending new values to an already created list2 variable that isn't in use. The configuration in Analytics is currently as follows: . We've got an existing custom event configured in Data Collection that tracks and action and send information to Analytics about the user selection within a dropdown on page. This information about the customer choice is sent to Analytics via a standard eVar. All ok with the event and the population of the existing eVar. Now we've got the requirement to send, along with the existing eVar, the same values but in this case to the lis2 variable. I've tried to start sending the required values to the list2 variable using the custom code feature within the very same event as follows:  I'm using the same custom dimension that I've used for the standar eVar (already working fine) but I can't see the list2 variable when I check the Analytics' server call in the console.  I've tried with this other

I am trying to find out how to identify the device type of a hit (Mobile Phone, Tablet, Set-top Box for example) in the Adobe Data Feed files.  I'm wondering if it can be obtained from the mobile_attributes.tsv file (we don't currently have this file, so I don't know what values each column contains).  Also, I read the documentation about the mobile attributes file, can someone explain why we cannot get the mobile_attributes.tsv file if we have the user_agent column included in the hit data feed?

I'm facing an issue with one of the persistent queries which are using the variable of the type StringFilterExpression. Corresponding post query works fine. We have connected our SharePoint Online intranet to Adobe Analytics in the hopes of tracking metrics on all "story" (or article) pages easier, but we're finding the SharePoint page views and Adobe Analytics page views aren't lining up. Most times, the difference is within about 500 views, but once in a while, there's a greater discrepancy. Hi,We're currently getting ready to switch over to CJA and Web SDK and looking for any advice or experience in migrating Launch extensions to work in the Web SDK world. In particular, we're using the Launch extensions for Quantum Metric and Medallia. Has anyone done such a migration? Is it all work done on client side or do the extension partner need to be involved?

Hello, I would like to know if anyone can help me find how to send a file to an external API. My external API has a "Content-Type = multipart/form-data" requirement. As far as i know the only way to do this in javascript normally is to declare a FormData object, append values and file to it and send it through XmlHTTPRequest using Post method. Problem is, the FormData object is not defined in Adobe Campaign Classic JS so I'm stuck.    Thank you.

Hello Expert, I'm developing the javascript to call the Web-service. However, they require the media-type as 'multipart/form-data'. I've checked this link about ACC API -> https://experienceleague.adobe.com/developer/campaign-api/api/p-8.html But it's look like, ACC don't have any class that support to create multipart/form-data I'm not sure that Adobe Campaign Classic v7 can form this type of data? Or can we import the form-data library into ACC -> How to? Please help. Thank you.

Hi, I need to set up a delivery that will be sent to relevant passengers 2 days before their flight.The delivery should only be sent to passengers departing from a certain airport on Saturday.In order to create this segment I need to use the Day of week date formula on my Departure date parameter and then set up another rule/condition that will check if there's a relevant flight 2 days from now. How do I do that?

So my case statement is to create a workflow to ingest from the data landing zone with API calls dynamically. The last piece is to get the MappingSetIDs from the mapping set endpoint Data Prep APIand use the schemaRef in the response and the Schema Registry response to extract the mapping Id. The concept works for some Schema IDs. I am having an issue with getting all the metadata because of the page limit.

We have a custom form in Workfront that has 4 fields in a row, the first two are radio buttons.  Each field has a fairly long label/description. When the form is being viewed by a requestor, the label of each field is cut off. I swear there used to be a 'size' option for radio button fields, but I don't see it in the new form editor.  Other than adding a 'section break' after the first two fields is there any way I can adjust the layout of this section so the entire field label can be read?  Here's ow the form looks to the user:And here how it appears in the editor:  

We're moving to V8. We already have Adobe Campaign 7 on our Mobile App to send Push Notifications....  Do we need to update the SDK on our app?We have assigned an Adobe Team for this, but they don't know... they will invistigate. So I wanted to ask here, in case someone has experience with this.
