Hello,I am trying to amend the current webinar sync we currently have with salesforce. The issue we are having is the volume and view we see in salesforce about the campaign. We currently have the following status: member, invited, registered, did not attend, attended, attended-on-demand. As I understand it once we sync with salesforce each of these statuses are synced and updated.  Is there a way we can sync just those who have the status "attended" or "attended-on-demand" to salesforce? I want to share this campaign view with the sales team however at present we are seeing all statuses which is also impacting on performance due to the volume.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.ThanksCarl

I am having trouble getting the app to work. It keeps giving me the error message "An error occurred while trying to access the service." What does this mean and how can I fix it please?

I'm using Sightly<a href="tel:${phone}">${phone}</a>the phone number is getting printed correctly but inside the link "tel:" is getting replaced by "_tel_" which breaks the link to work as a phone link. I can't found anything in the Sightly documentation about it. I tried using context unsafe and context html but none worked.How I stop that link to getting rewritten?Thanks

Hi All,Currently we have an issue whenever we trying to create the language copy for Czech with language code "cs" and "cs_cz",It displays the blank page after language copy has been created, in the preview mode as well as via the domain URL, The issue is only for pages which are created using language code with "cs" and "cs_cz", it is working as expected whenever  we use some other standard language code for language copy.Thanks in advance,Girish

I could not find any API's available in Adobe's Product Documentation for AMO (https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/media-optimizer/).Such API's exist for other Marketing Cloud products like Analytics. Hi All,I want to create a user authentication based on facial recognition. I want to use my laptop camera to capture user face and using pre-loaded images in DAM i want to do facial recognition, i want to verify if the user exists or not by matching captured image and images present in DAM. Based on this verification, i want to pass true with user-id if the image matches any image in DAM, to calling function and allow user to login.Please provide any help/pointers as i don't find any useful resources so far.Thanks,Khalid Momin

Has anyone have experience in setting up a hidden form field(e.g. lead source) for sources like Google Adwords or Organic Search Engine?How can I populate the lead source field with information like "yahoo natural search", "google natural search" or "bing natural search"?We've been using UTM tracking codes on some lead referral companies, not sure if we can use the tactics on search engine or adwords?Thank you very much for any inputs!Emma

Hi, I followed all of the steps to implement analytics in our Xamarin iOS and Android apps, but no data shows up in Adobe Mobile Services or Analytics.  I even tried running the sample application and replacing it with the json file produced for our App but still no data is shown.  Please let me know what information I need to provide in order to get support.Thanks!

I'm rebuilding our revenue model and using all manual stage changes in our revenue model to allow for more flexibility/visibility into lead moving through our funnel. As I work through this, is it best practice to have a smart campaign for every fast track, detour or dead end or can I lump some together? For example, I was planning to lump all fast tracks - MCL, MEL, MQL ---> Opportunity or should I break them all out separately - MCL ---> Opp / MEL ----> Opp / MQL ---> Opp? Does it just depend on reporting needs? We will be doing all of our reporting from SFDC and will get all this information from custom fields.

I cannot place an MBOX on my success confirmation page, so instead I would like to check the value of a cookie to determine if there was a success. When the user returns to my homepage, i would like to check the value of that cookie and remove them from the test and trigger a success.Possible?

In our system, we have some queries/segments set up that are looking for a particular value.  You’ll see a query looking for "Is User Valid’ @IsUserValid = 1":This code/logic is apparently a left over from when we were using Aprimo and it is an old piece of logic that no longer applies.  If queries are set up like this, they are not picking up new contacts in the system that do not have this value set to 1.  We are wondering if there is an easy way to either remove this field system-wide or will we need to go into each filter/segment, etc and look for this logic and remove it from where it exists?Thank you.

In our sales alert emails we link to the salesforce profile of the Lead. The link used to work, but now we are getting the error "SFDC link unabailable at this time". What does this mean and how can we make it work? Does anyone know what causes this?

When I import layers into AE the bounding box changes. I have a circle and the bounding box goes past the circle. I imported layers into AE from Illustrator, I did composition retain layer size.What I am aiming to do is rotate the circle in it's center point, the issue is when I import the layer into AE the bounding box is off from what it is in Illustrator and because of this when I rotate the circle in AE it comes of as wobbly.Here is what the layer looks like when I double tap it.I made sure that all of my bounding boxes are constrained in Illustrator by expanding each individual layer and then making a clipping mask over the group.When I import this layer into AE the bonding box is extended on the right side of the circle and I do not know how to fix this issue.This is what happens when I render it and that wobbly look that I dont like: https://www.behance.net/gallery/49312953/WORK-PLAY-STICKER-SETHelp is appreciated

Hi,As per my trials in this topic I've finally managed to get the automated report send working, I've even tied in the filename procedure so that my reports are named for the campaign they are meant to be reporting on.However the reports are currently reporting on ALL campaigns to date rather than only reporting on the campaign the script is being run within. Hi,How can I send customized email according to country?If they fill out a field form, with their country, we wish to be able to send an email with our corporate headquarters address located in that country.So for example, if they are from France, we wish to send an email with our France location address, if they are from England, we want to send an email with our England headquarter address in the email.Is it easier to create a template for each location or can we customize an email with our corporate address dynamically created according to country?Thank you.

Hi, how can I filter for the very first hit and only see data for that? I would have taken "entries" metric, but it is not available in segment builder!Second, hwo can I filter for very first hit for a specific entry page? Segment based on "entry page equals..." won't do it, I get same amount as when selecting visit based segment, so my assumption is that entry page persists for whole session?

Is it possible to clone a program via the API?  I don't see it in the documentation but hoped I was just missing it.

I have a scenario to use both Target and DTM. How can we use cloud solutions(Target and DTM) to integrate with AEM in optimal way to achieve faster response. Currently we have lot of performance implications using DTE and/or Target. Please share best practices and performance check list on DTM ,Target and AEM integrations.Another concern is imposing restrictions to the author to use only specific set of segments and traits in the applications. How can we implement that currently we have 3 roles in target and it doesn't support the scenario.  Thanks

We tried to access to Adobe Marketing Cloud Dashboard but saw that Adobe Target has not been activated yet (see screenshot below). Can you tell me how to activate Adobe Target as soon as possible?
