Hi. I'm working on implementing real time reports. I have been unable to get revenues (or really any metric) broken down by trackingCode when using the real time API even though using standard Report.Queue endpoint (trended report, I believe) shows breakdowns for the exact same data. And it's only for the trackingCode element too. Does anyone know what the problem might be? What does "Failed: SSL Connect Error" mean? A lead did not sync to SFDC because of this error but I'm not sure what it is or how to fix it.

We use AT.js and trying to retrieve the value of certain parameter stored in global mbox via concurrent campaign.It seems mbox.js has a method for that, but this page says it does not apply AT.js.https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/target/target/r_variables_profiles_parameters_methods.html Is there any method or workaround with AT.js to do this?

I have a question on server call as how we can see the report of server call in admin tab, also need to check if there is lot of server call generated then how we can reduce them means using tagging or anything else. Hi! I try to classify some data through ftp import, however when I try to select different report suites I get warning message" "Classification does not match", even though the classifications have same name, wording etc. I believe the problems stems from the fact that those report suites were not copies but instead set up separately and thus somehow they are not linked. I do not want to delete existing reports and create new ones, because I want to avoid disrupting existing reporting.is there another way to get around this problem and somehow link the existing classifications?

hi ,I have 20 page load rules  . My question is do all page load rules execute on each page or only the rule related to that page .Reason why I am asking is when i have condition  path contains and i hardcode the path or URL , in DTM debugger only the page load rule fires shows ,whereas when i  create a data element where i get value from page title and add condition to rule  data element value =  title ,there it shows condition not met for all the other pages . If i understand it correct then when url strings is defined as static it is not evaluating all page load rules ,WIll evaluating all page load rules based  on data element make the page slow or all rules evaluate anyways . Thanks

Hi, what would be the best way to filter for the second pages a user visits during his visit? Is that achievable?I know that Hit Depth is available as dimension in segment builder, but I'm not sure how to use it, I applied it to the full paths report and I get paths with only 1 page, with more than 2 pages...

I've been playing around with content fragments and am wondering if it's possible to have the fragment variations tie to specific responsive layoutsI created a fragment and 3 variations (main, tablet and mobile) When I toggle the responsible emulator, I'm only seeing the main variation. I am facing this issue after installing service pack 2 to AEM 6.0.When I drag n drop any component to page. 4 additional characters  adding to back end component name.suppose my component name is hero_feature. If I drag this component to page, some additional characters added to name. If i check through crxde its name at page is like hero_feature_adse. I am using this name at many places. It is breaking my functionality.Is there any configuration available, where I can restrict these additional characters to be added to component name in page.

Hello all,Looking for a way to change a lead's program status from an alert email. For example a lead fills out a form registering for an event, alert goes to program owner, the owner clicks accept or decline, and depending on the link they click, the program status would change for the lead. Quick question about the expected behavior when dealing with Salesforce Contacts attached to Accounts. Once a Contact, the Company Name field is not editable in Marketo via the Lead screen, but you can still "modify" it via the Change Data Value flow step. The change shows in the activity log, but doesn't actually modify the field value anywhere -- this is the expected behavior, right?I assume this is the case since Marketo isn't modifying the Account itself and that's where the Contact is drawing the Company Name from, but I thought it was odd that the activity log still shows it as if it changed (and it also never shows the sync correcting it afterward).Example:John Doe is a Contact in Salesforce on the "ACME" Account. In Marketo, I use a lead action to change John's Company Name to "Coca Cola." I have created an email script token on the program and moved my emails under this program.I have checked the Coupons Remaining object to allow the program/email to use the data.The email script token currently reads:#set($variable = ${Renewal_Notices__cList.get(0).Coupons_Remaining__c})$variableFrom what I read on the email scripting documentation, this is all that I need to do, but when I send myself a test "$variable" is the only thing that shows up.Is there something I am missing?

Since this great ​ from ​, I started to gather around pieces of our marketing efforts to assemble a v.1 of my attribution model. I wonder how to attribute the content consumption that isn't part of any particular campaign. Scenario could look like, a lead visits our website after a tradeshow and wanders around our massive library, getting in touch of 6 pieces (2 white papers, 4 specs sheet) of content and then requests a quote (convert to MQL at this point).Choices would be:A) Each piece of content is stamped as an individual touch, in which case there could be lots of noise to analyze.B) Each type of content is stamped as type (white paper, spec sheet) of content, which reduces noise but doesn't indicate which pieces are leading to MQL.C) Content consumption session is considered as one single touch.D) [Insert your idea]I need some Community input here.Thanks as always,Simon

Has anyone had problems with IE page rendering after throwing a form into a page that uses a guided landing page template?The page renders perfectly fine without a form, but as soon as I add a form to the page, the formatting goes haywire when viewed in IE. http://ess.csa.canon.com/CSA-Look_Guided-Test.html I was able to fix this issue in a previous template by removing css from the page and calling to an external file, but that's not helping here. This template was also built in Bootstrap 3 if that matters.One thing I may try is removing all form styling from the bootstrap css file and see if that does anything? (The previous responsive template I built was coded from scratch.)Thanks in advance!S

I've seen a few different ideas and threads in the community in regards to Marketo creating global social buttons in the design studio (see idea ). Since this isn't currently possible, I was wondering if anyone has utilized creating social buttons local to one program and reused them across other programs? Obviously there'd be a lack of differentiation in reporting if the same buttons are used on various pages, but other than has anyone had any positive / negative experience with doing this?We have a large number of resources on our website that have little traffic so are balancing the need to track any social engagement we can vs. the effort/time required for creating buttons and embedding unique ones on every single resource page. We embed the social button codes on our website landing pages (not Marketo pages). Appreciate any experience or advice anyone has that has found away around this or implemented it! Thanks!

Hello,I have alreday done a FDA connection to a external database. This works fine.Now I have created  a data schema based on this FDA connection, which contains the data of the recipients.My job now ist, to create a worflow, which imports the recipients data of the external database to the customized recipients data schema.If have checked, that I have only the possibility to import data from a file into Adobe Campaing, but not directly from one data schema to the another data schema of Adobe Campaign.It this correct ?Thanks in advance.Tristan Roppel

Hi,Does anyone know when this (Next Page Flow) report will be available in AW? We've tried to do a page report with a segment "Previous page = ..." but the numbers in R&A are different (and it shows exits).AW has the flow but it does not show exits or provide a tabular option.
