In our CRM we have a one-to-many relationship which we want to represent in Marketo (e.g. a contact category, where each contact relates to single category).For that purpose we create a Custom Lead Field "CategoryID" and a Custom Object "Category" which linked to a Lead's "CategoryID" field and used as dedup field for a Category object.We expected that when we create Category object with some ID that shared among leads, all of that leads will be linked to same custom object and share same data.But in reality only a one of leads (possibly first/last created) linked to Category, all other have no custom object of Category type.Is it bug, or we doing something wrong? We wasn't find any restrictions or workarounds in documentation.How do you implements one-to-many relationship in Marketo?

We have a global property ID and site level IDs and I'm looking for the best way to implement.Examples that need to be covered:www.domain.com - property ID 1www.domain.com/dept1 - property ID 1 + property ID 2dept2.domain.com - property ID 1 + property ID 3The scripts on the page should not duplicate Google Analytics code, it should simply send 1 or more property IDs in the single call.  I have tried using rules to insert a second ID, but that doesn't seem to work.  I don't want to have to setup a unique property in DTM and a unique cloud config in AEM.  I want to control the filter on DTM and use a single cloud config on AEM if possibleEnvironment:  Pages are in AEM and the scripts are loaded by the ACS Commons DTM cloud configuration service.

Good Moring Everyone,We're using the comment capture field on our forms -- does anyone know how to make information from the comment capture field move into the comment history field when new data is received for the comment capture field?We don't want to lose the history of comments we receive  and I think the comment capture field overwrites an existing comment when a new comment is added.Thanks,Ashley

Hi Guys, i am using AEM6.1 with MongoDB-3.4.2 versions, facing AEM startup issue, bundles are showing active but AEM is not coming up. Is there any way to add an alternate email address to the recipient table that I can connect to a delivery? I know I can add the feild of "email2" or something similar but cannot find any way to send to this alternate email address through the TO: dialogue in the email delivery.thank you,Scott

I'm getting this error message "API_DISABLED_FOR_ORG: 'API is not enabled for this Organization or Partner". This is for sync between Marketo and SalesForce. We've made no changes to either so I'm not sure why this is happening. But I don't believe the Marketo/SalesForce integration is working. Can anyone help?

Hi - how can I pull out the stats on what devices our emails are being opened on? i.e. Email client, mobile etc?I'm building a new email template, and wanted to get a sense of what the majority of my leads were using to opening my emails. Building a smart list doesn't let me see the breakdown.Thanks!

I have smart campaigns built to assign a lead source /lead source detail for each new lead and one of the combinations is direct / direct-url. I also have an alert setup to email me anytime this happens because the cases of that being the lead source should be minimal. When I get the alerts, I check the activity log for the lead to ensure that campaign worked as expected. Although the campaign is working as expected, I feel there is information missing from the web page visits.ExampleA new lead is created when they fill out a form on this page ( Drug-Nutrient Interaction Checker | Integrative Therapeutics ) and this page was the first page of their visit with no referring website/search engine. This page is 3 folders deep so there is no chance that someone would just happen to type it in. See below for the activity log and new lead details.Is there a reason this may be happening?

Is there a way to report on how a particular piece of content is performing across landing pages? We have several programs that are using the same content pieces but had to clone each landing page to the particular program.  Is this the correct way to do this or are there better ways

In AEM 6.2 SP1 when user creates translation project Title of the project is used for creating the projects folder and this is not available on the actual projects inside folder. These actual projects are named by language codes. Translation connectors cannot read the folders as they have scope on projects, because of this all translation project names shows as language codes in world server. This is not the case in AEM 6.1 because projects are created directly under /projects folder. Did any one encountered this issue. Looks to me like another translation defect.

I would like to send an automated data extract file to Adobe campaign every hour.I only want to extract 2 prop variables, date/timestamp and Marketing cloud id.What is the best solution to do this with Analytics to Campaign?Is data feeds/data warehouse the best solution with ftp or can i also set this up using an API?Thanks 

How does a lead progress to the next Program or email in a Engagement Stream if this lead does not qualify to receive the email in the current Program?There's a bunch of discussions on this topic but most of it is quite old and it seems that there was a change to how Marketo handles nested Programs last year (2016).In the docs Adding a Program to an Engagement Program Stream - Marketo Docs - Product Docs "What happens to people who don't meet the smart list criteria?" - in the Smart Campaign the Smart List must have the Filter "Member of Engagement Program" set to True for this Engagement Program.  In the Flow steps we send the email based on criteria (possibly using membership of a Smart List for more advanced criteria that doesn't fit into a single Flow step condition).  I've done this, leads who should receive the email get the email, leads that don't qualify did not progress to the next email in the Stream.Is it still possible to nest Programs for leads with different criteria?  If

Hi,I've created a java class that runs a content restructuring process when invoked. It makes use of a JCR session obtained through the request on a sling servlet. I'm unable to export leads using /rest/v1/leads.json that have unsubscribed.I keep receiving an error message that filtertype of Unsubscribe is not supported.Can someone help explain how to go about performing a REST API export of non-unsubscribed leads please, or point out what I might be doing wrong?As far as code I have been using existing examples, and can poll the interface.  However I find the use of the leads export functions very limiting at the moment.Thanks.
