Hi there,We're having a few issues with our trigger campaign for our gated white papers. Currently the program is set up that:1) Someone fills out a form on our website to get access to our white paper2) When a form has been filled out, the program status is changed to fills-out form and we are notified via email3) We manually go in to approve the person4) Once they've been approved, a trigger campaign is set up such that when the program status is changed to approved from filled-out form, an email is sent to with the white paper to the person who requested itThe issue we're currently having is that when a pre-approved person goes in to fill out the form again, we'd expect them to automatically receive the email as they're already approved. However, the person does not get the content of the email. When I go into the program and click on the pre-approved member and approve them, it gives a notification saying that "cannot change to a previous status". Any ideas on how I can fix this is

Is is possible to map the Email Invalid field in Marketo to a custom field in Salesforce? I believe the answer is no, but I haven't found a definitive answer.

I thought I'd put this here rather than a customer care ticket. I can do a ticket if you want.When we do a 'segment comparison' project in analysis workspace and don't compare two defined segments but let analysis workspace create the 'everyone else' segment which is the inverse of the segment we created a couple of odd things happen:1) the 'everyone else' segment that is created for the workspace run gets pushed to the cloud. We can see it in the cloud in the audiences section (everyone else in cloud.jpg). and the 2 shown have been 'gathering data for over 2 weeks.(everyone else in cloud.jpg)2) there is no 'everyone else' segment in analytics segment manager: https://forums.adobe.com/api/core/v3/attachments/886140/data3) and worse of all. Hello everyone,I’m new to Adobe and I’m trying to use Interaction Engine and “?a=UpdateStatus”  parameter as described in interaction-v6.1-en.pdf page 26 for “Inbound interaction” from a web page but the status of the proposition doesn’t change. I’m not sure to understanding where to put:<BASE_URL>?a=UpdateStatus&p=<PRIMARY_KEY_OF_THE_PROPOSITION>&st=<NEW_STATUS_OF_THE_PROPOSITION>&r=<REDIRECT_URL> and what BASE_URL stands for.I’ve tried to put http:// [url of the Offer Engine]?a=UpdateStatus&p=<%= proposition.proposition_id %>&st=<2>&r="https://page.html" in the web page that I used for calling the offer module, but it doesn’t work.As per my understanding I don’t need to write extra code to modify proposition status, using UpdateStatus is enough. I'd like to package all of the ACL permissions under /content/business ... including it's subdirectoriesI've tried a number of ways to create a package but none of them work.  Do I really have to create a filter for each individual rep:policy?/content/business/node1/rep:policy/content/business/node2/rep:policy/content/business/node3/rep:policyIf I spell each one of them out, it works .... but that's a maintenance nightmare.I'd like to do something like the following filter (but cannot get it to work):    /content/business(.*)    include rep:policyAny insight is appreciated.-Dean

I am working on implementing video anlaytics on our website. We are using HTML5 videos. We have refered help document for this implementation. In reports dropdown, we can see reports like10% progress marker, 25%progress marker, etc. These reports donot contain any data. I am not sure what needs to be done to cpature this progress marker data.Can anybody help with what needs to be done so as to capture % progress marker data?

What is the use of filter inactive assets check-box in dam search panel? Do we have to configure or set properties for it to work??

I got a bunch of reports showing there is no record/metrics for "browse report", "operating system report" from adobe analytics omniture tool, but I can see there existed interactions or visits on that day, anything need to be updated in the tool?Also, which code is used to generate these metrics? Is that _satellite.pageBottom()? Anything else?Any help is much appreciated!

The DTM cloud service in AEM gives an option to include production scripts on author and an option to include staging script on author and production script on publish. I have a requirement to include staging scripts always(for both author and publish) in lower environments (DEV, QA, Stage) and production scripts on Prod. Is it possible to achieve this with DTM cloud service configs ? If not, then should I hard code the include script code in base page template for lower environments. 

Hi CommunityWe are relatively new to Marketo (less than a year) and wanted to see if we could use Marketo as a "gatekeeper" to Salesforce.  What I mean by that is we are right now going through a process to get Salesforce as clean as possible.  We only want to sync over leads that show an interest in our service.  All the litterature I am reading is referencing syncing Saleforce with Marketo, can it work the other way.  Meaning we would upload lists to Marketo but those names would not automatically sync over unless they met a certain threshold.  I would love some direction here.Thank you,Mary

Sorry, but another newbie question.When creating an AB test and a duration is set as part of the test, does this mean that when activated by an approver, the AB test will be live but will only perform the AB function during the duration time that is set?Thanks,Barry 

Hey,Is there a way to extract data from Marketo tables within Marketo? I'm not an API coder so I'm looking for the functionality within Marketo.I'd love to get a full list of:(1) Emails we've sent     Email Id, Email Name, Datetime Sent(2) Leads that were targeted for those email (initial send list pre-delivery failure)     Lead Id, Email Id, Email Send Id, Email Address(3) Successful deliveries     Email Send Id, Delivery Datetime(4) A full list of Unsubscribes     Lead Id, Unsubscribe Date, Unsubscribe Reason, Unsubscribe source (a link back to an Email Send if possible or any other source)I want to be able to extract the full set of information without having to go into each campaign or email separately.  That would be so many manual extracts.. my hope is that this can just be a few and I can import the data into a MySQL database to run some queries off of.Why the ask? Hi,We ran data store garbage collection in our lower regions like PTE for author instance. But that did not save any space. The disk space before and after we ran data-store garbage collection were same. We decided to copy over the production repository to lower region. Below are the steps we followed. After the repo is copied we are not able to start the lower region (PTE). Attaching the error message for reference.Please advice on how to fix this or copy prod repo to lower regionsStop the PTE author instance.Tack a backup of entire instance ( contains crx-quickstart folder and repo folder) into a toast server.Once the back-up is finished, delete the existing repo from instance.Copy the prod repo into PTE author.Start the server.

Hi all, I am looking into if we can pause sending out emails from Nurture Streams during certain holidays (i.e. April fools, Christmas, New Years day, etc). Currently I made a way too complex pausing structure, with a smart campaign for every holiday (more than 43) which pauses certain leads from certain countries. This is not workable at all as you understand. Do you guys have other ideas?

I want to be able to add a contact to a marketo campaign in salesforce and then in the flow, change a data value on the contact's account. Is that possible?For example:Contact - add to marketo campaigntrigger - when contact is added to campaign via marketo sales insightflow - change data value "do not call" (at account level - not on the contact)Is that possible? I know it works on the contact, I tested it, but I can't get it to work at the account level. Is there a step I'm missing?Thanks in advance!

Hi,I am running a 6.2 OSGI install.  The adaptive form is based upon XML Schema.  I created a base DOR template per the instructions below.  How do I generate the PDF for user to view and print?  I thought I could use the Verify component, but I get message "Verify works only with XFA-based Adaptive Forms" (see attached screenshot). https://helpx.adobe.com/aem-forms/6-2/generate-document-of-record-for-non-xfa-based-adapti ve-forms.html

Hi All I am having trouble flattening a pdf. Using LiveCycle it would be done using the OutputService.generatePDFOutput operationHowever the generatePDFOutput method available on com.adobe.fd.output.api.OutputService does not have a TransformationFormat that can be specified to a flat pdf, and its options object also does not seem to have anything that will help with this.So my question is, using the com.adobe.fd library, how would you take a pdf Document that has fields etc, and flatten it? Thanks!Mahendran
