Hi,I created RSID and got activated with staging URL (preprod.mysite.com) and downloaded the s_code.js file. What value should I assign to below variables before uploading s_code.js file to staging URL ? However, I assume s_account name should be the same of RSID created. Please correct me. It is working fine, but after the information shows up on the page, it disappears after a second.Because our user profile nodes contain sensitive information in the properties, I cannot make them public as has been done for the geometrixx profiles. Hi all,I'd like to send an email to a list of registrants that contains a survey. I browsed through Marketo's product docs page and on communities posts, but it seems like Marketo does not offer an in-house survey feature. Instead, people will integrate external survey tools like Survey Monkey or create a landing page with custom form / form fields to collect information. Is there a best practice when it comes to pointing registrants to a survey from an email? What's a trusted third-party survey platform?Can you advise? We've noticed an inconsistency of Marketo being able to track known click behavior on our site recently (and is contributing to the inability of our trigger campaigns from firing).  When running the debugger in Firefox, we noticed two instances/versions of Munchkin present:When clicking on the first one, we get Munchkin version 151 r601:And the second one, we get Munchkin version prod r619:We serve up Munchkin on all of our pages using Google Tag Manager (GTM).  We understand some of the downsides with this from an accuracy perspective.  But believe this is something else.  When looking at our GTM console, we only see this script firing:We've also confirmed in the GTM debugger that only 3 scripts are firing on our pages (Munchkin, GA, and DemandBase).If any of you are also using GTM to serve up Munchkin on your pages, can you check to see if you're experiencing two instances of Munchkin on your site?

I need to create a page with two forms. One form is used for Contact Us and the other one for Resource Download. I am using the hint text feature for field labels. It works fine except in IE9, where only one of the forms contains hint text. Here is a stripped down example:Test Landing Page with Two Forms IE9 renders the hint text in only one of the forms and leaves blank fields in the other one. It seems to be random which one. Here is an example:In more recent browser such as IE11, the results look as they should:Upon investigating this I found that IE11 supports the hint text (a.k.a. placeholders) natively while IE9 does not and Marketo uses a JS library to simulate the desired behavior. Did anybody else encounter this issue and if so, were you able to solve it?

I've just set a smart campaign restriction to abort sent if qualified leads exceed 50,000 sends. However, this is done without notified anyone to review the smart list or adjust the campaign. Is there any way to trigger an alert if a smart campaign is aborted?

Hello,In my current campaign, I had a timer set to launch after three days of the member entering the campaign. About an hour prior to the timer launching, I adjusted the timer and set this out to seven days. However, the original time frame of the timer launched (3 days) event though the adjustment was saved. Does anyone know why this may be? Are contacts put into que so it's not actually effective to just change the timer to delay a flow step?

This happens when we use different typology rule in the delivery activity. If we define these rules in typology, mail gets triggered-Subject validation, URL label validation, Approval of URLs, Message size validation, Unsubscription link validation, Check proof target size, Check delivery size, Wave scheduling check, Social network sharing link validation, Deco-mail check. When we use these rules, mail does not get triggered in stage environment-Subject validation, URL label validation, Approval of URLs, Unsubscription link validation, Wave scheduling check, Deco-mail check. It is working fine in lower environment.

I'm trying to learn how to implement shopping cart tracking using Dynamic Dag Manager (Activation) and Adobe Analytics.I created five Direct Call Rules to set the s.products variables with the following events (in the order shown): prodView, scOpen, scAdd, scCheckout and purchase.The attached image shows the events being set and the value for s.products during each server call.When I look at the Products report (attachment), everything looks fine except there is no Revenue.I would appreciate any help on this.Ali

Hello,I created a set of alerts using the statistically significance option (new intelligent alerts). I noticed that somehow the system sometimes takes a value of zero for some pages/segments, and therefore that is considered a drop of 100% in traffic. Hence, the alert is triggered.However, when manually reviewing traffic to those pages/segments, the web traffic seems to be steady. It seems like the alerts engine is somehow failing to see the correct amount of web traffic for some cases and it's replacing that value with zero instead.I've seen this behavior before, as I use the anomaly detection option directly from the API. It's always been an issue to have these zero values polluting the alert generation engine's output. It creates a lot of false positives. This has been going at least for one year. It was a surprise to see the very same issue in this new feature that was released. Hi guys,I am looking to rename my reportingsuiteID in AA and can't find a way to do this in the Admin tool. i can change the Reporting Suite Name but not the suite ID. Do i need my adobe care support to do this for me or is there a way of doing this in the Admin tool? Regards

am facing a issue like When i clicked edit button on the component i have placed in my page dialog box is not comming. am getting an error in the console like"widgets.js:25784 Uncaught cannot create Component: xtype 'mtmulticompositefield' not found and no default supplied" .. this will happen only when i create a launch of that particular page and when am trying to edit that page in launch(all other components are working fine except mtmulticompositefield component). it was Working perfectly fine when i open the page directly from the site admin console.Can i have the Solutions for this Please.

OK I read that link but it didnt make much since for me. In our situation we do not sell several products at some fixed price. We provide Mortgage loans which can be at any value, so I can't hard code the value into the script. i have to capture that from the input box. Having said that, I am not clear about this portion of the script you suggest above.s.products="loan1;aayydyyd;1;" + loanAmount; s.purchaseID="12341234" s.events="purchase"what is---> "loan1;aayydyyd;1;" <---- what do the letters stand for.. aayydyyd.. ?the purchaseId can that be fixed and always be -= to 12341234  or is this suppose to be dynamic and change each time?

I just took my certified expert exam and was surprised when instead of 150 questions there were 98.  And many questions were not included in the practice exam(s) I took over the weekend.  Where my practice exams left me with a score of 94%+ I failed the exam I just took.Has the exam changed recently?  I would hope that a practice exam(s) would be available to include some of the new question types that appeared on the exam I just took that were not on the practice exam(s).Please advise.  Thank you
