Hi everyone,I created a servlet with following annotation.sling.servlet.methods=POSTsling.servlet.paths= /bin/myservletIt works on author and publish instance, but while when I access the servlet from web server, the access to /bin/* is denied, it is because the default configuration comment on the /bin/* directory.# /0022 { /type "allow" /url  "/bin/*" }  As checked from online document (see below link), it says there can be security impact to remove #, could you please advise what could the security impact be? can I open it in production servers?Thanks in advance.EXAMPLE /FILTER SECTION https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/dispatcher/disp-config.html

Regarding setup of an customer attributes in the Core Service Profiles and Attributes: https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/mcloud/t_crs_usecase.html The last step is to 'activate' the customer attribute data source. Data starts flowing then between the systems with subscriptions..... Question: If in the future I make that attribute data source 'Inactive'... am I able to 'start over' from scratch with another data source? or have I just created some integration that takes up my "slots" of client attributes and won't go away?

I've just noticed that setting Marketo module scope (mktomodulescope) to "true" adversely affects the ability to edit string variables in my template. Here's what I'm seeing:Setting the mktomodulescope to "true" renders the variable fields in the email editor blank and ignores any changes to those fields.Oddly enough, the default values are retained in the email preview regardless of what I do in the editor. I can edit the variable values if I add a new version of the module to the draft (not ideal).Once I remove the mktomodulescope declaration from the variable's meta tag, the editor respects changes (but obviously I lose the benefit of confining variables to a single module).Is this just me? The template syntax checks out, otherwise. I've seen a few discussions about the mktomodulescope declaration over the past week or so.

Please share your thoughts on these questions 1) I see recommendation on JCR content models to keep child nodes limited under 1000 nodes . Is the same applicable for JCR user profile nodes as well  ? if there is a need to support an public site which can have 300K end users ? Does AEM support 300K JCR user nodes (keeping 1000+ jcr node limit and better performance) assuming all these users are provisioned either all at once (old users) or created after custom authentication  (new users) ?2) Also can we assume this limitation (JCR 1000 + node) is irrespective of TarMK or MongoMk storage considering limitation is on JCR API based content access which is common for both TarMK or MongoMK ?3) Also if we need to use Personalization / AEM Communities with end user ACL , assuming that these user profiles needs to be reverse replicated to author and synchronized across publish clusters. Hi,I've been using DTM for a year now but it's still unclear to me if I need General Page Load Rules - PLRs with no conditions?The DTM training has you create one which is why I created one.In the Adobe Tool, I have set several global variables including the Data Elements that I use to set Page Title and Server as well as several eVars and props.I have a General Page Load Rule that doesn't include additional variables and doesn't override those set in the Adobe Analytics Tool.Do I need this rule?Thanks,Ali

I have a use case where I want a marketo form to pre-populate fields based on url parameters and then automatically be submitted on page load  without any user clicks. I would have thought the code below would work, but it doesn't. Instead, the code makes the page reload over and over again. If it matters, the page is a marketo landing page on a marketo server.Anyone ever tackle this use case before? Hello,Yesterday deleted old RB 4.7 and installed latest RB 5.2.10. When I try to create a new request it says "Queued, Retrieving data", then produces pop-up screen "An error occurred." (see attached image), and does not produce anything. Hi there,We're in the process of setting up a global SDR team to qualify our inbound leads and also do some outbound campaigns. We will have a team in the USA, EMEA and APAC. We currently use lead lifecycle stages to track the movement of the leads. Any new leads from the website, webinars and physical events are assigned to queues, but also enter lead nurture programs and we score their activity. The SDR teams will work any new MQLs and also any new leads, but the priority will be MQLs.One challenge we are facing is how do we dashboard in Salesforce the effectiveness of the SDR in relations to the leads they have touched. Thisis difficult as the ownership of a lead can change over time. For example the lead could start off in a queue, be assigned to a SDR, then assigned to an Account Executive or recycled back to Marketing. Is there another way to do this?The other challenge is how should we measure SDR contribution to pipeline and revenue? Currently, we are thinking that we will have

This method has annotation CheckForNull.For example I have some part of code:Session session = resourceResolver.adaptTo(Session.class); Node node = session.getNode("somepath");Sonar will have blocker issue - NullPointerException might be thrown as 'session' is nullable hereFrom one side resourceResolver should always return non null Session (If it return null, that means that something wrong with AEM instance).From the other side checkfornull force to add additional check that session != null.Should we add check for null in current situation or not?Thanks

We are trying to submit an App Update for the existing digital publication app for the iTunes App store. We have gone through the process (correctly, we hope) of updating the assets and info, updating certificates and signing the App that is created from the AEM Mobile dashboard. When we are in iTunes Connect, and try to upload the signed IPA file, we get a versioning error (see screen grab attached). The current version of the App is 2.3.0.914 (which was a NXTBook app - not AEMM) We have tried several other version numbers below: 2.3.12.4.243.0.922.4.95but are still getting the same warning. The AEM Mobile dashboard only allows us 3 numbers separated by decimals (i.e.: 00.00.00) so if contingent on the last number, we cannot add this.This issue has become urgent. Does anyone have a recommendation for how to effectively increment the version string so that Application Loader accepts it? Thank you,Tommy

Hi everybody.My today’s issue is regarding an architectural decision that our team had to make having two option in front (maybe you guys see more…so please advice).To start from the beginning, we had develop an AEM project (with Java backend and Angular frontend) and deployed it in one Author instance. So we had a .core, a .apps and a content Java projects in Eclipse (standard projects for AEM) and we used Maven to build and deploy them into AEM. The Angular code was making Ajax calls to Sling Servlets, which in turn were calling other classes where all the business logic was stored. The project was only a demo, so we didn’t pay attention to everything that a production ready application may require. Everything worked like a charm. La vita e bella.Now, we need to enhance the demo version and make it good enough to be deployed in production, live. Hi I have a problem with being re-activated in DTM.The problem is:A user has been deactivated cause of account problems. And we cant re-activate the user.The user is not visible anymore within the user-list in DTMThe user can be invited and recieves an email to registerWhen the user register a new user for access to DTM he get's that the email is already in useWhen the user tries "I already use DTM" and type in the correct email with the password he gets an "ALERTCheck your email and password."I don't know what to do, will anyone help me with this? Best regardsMarcus

Hello folks,can you elaborate on the difference between the "Do not enable" vs "Enable but do not execute" actions on an activity in a workflow?I am not sure I understand which one I can use in which case, which results I should expect and in which state is my workflow going to get.Here is an example workflow I created, which after execution goes into the Paused state:On the second Split activity I am selecting to "Enable but do not execute" and restart the workflow. I see it doesn'r execute further and it goes into the Paused state.Then I change to "Do not enable" for the Split 2 activity and restart the workflow. I see the same.How are those two options different? Can you give me an example/screenshot from the practice?In which case the workflow would skip the activity and execute till finished state?Thanks!Pavlina

Hi,We are using Default Mail Action from AEM and when I use a file more than 100kb in file upload and submit the form, it errors out as below.Request Entity Too LargeThe requested resource/content/iss/partnernet-lexmark-com/en_us/solutions/advanced-solutions/lexmark-postage-printing/postage-printing-order-form.htmldoes not allow request data with POST requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.Is there any specific reason that OOTB Mail Servlet accepts only 100kb.
