Does anyone have a good method for tracking cancelled orders in Adobe Analytics?  This scenario involves orders that are placed (and tracked), but are later cancelled on the website prior to being delivered.  We are looking at using an offline upload to correct the order status and amounts/quantities/etc., but we were curious if there is a more automated way to handle this? Thanks!

Hihow do we retrieve resourceresolver on behalf of logged in user? in this case, am getting anonymous as value when getUserID() method is called. I just installed a basic AEM 6.1 Author instance. It's seems that author page does not work using the Touch UI. Everything works well with the Classic UI.That's is what it appears just trying to authoring every demo page, like that http://localhost:4502/editor.html/content/geometrixx/en/products.html I installed the 6570 and 7285 hot fix but these didn't solve my problem

"I am assuming it implies to do so by untaring all the tar file. Is this assumption correct?Since I have a huge number of tar file, it would be very time intensive. Suppose i have two templates 'HomePage' & 'SectionPage'. Now in these templates i want to inherit my base template and this base template  refers to a base component containing iparsys. My requirement is i want to drag header component in iparsys of the base template page and these changes in base template should reflect in  'HomePage' & 'SectionPage' templates.

Hi,For an upcoming project our client wants to be able to share pages to non authoring-aem users for informal review. The ideal goal is to allow an author to share the current page as a link in a email to allow preview from the mail recipient.As this feature does not seem to be build-in AEM, we've figured out a few workarounds :Edit the page and copy it to an area on the authoring env. that does not require authentication (this might need some configuration to allow a specific subpath on readonly for unauthenticated users)Activate the page on a hidden path on the publisher environment and remove indexing on this pageExport the page as pdf and share it by mail (this seems feasible although not yet tested)Any other leads/tracks/infos are welcome.Kind regards,Christophe

We have an active revenue model set up that includes triggers to listen for certain data value changes to move leads along the funnel.  I have two questions to make sure I have everything set up correctly: 1. I am setting up an operational lead lifecycle campaign to date stamp custom fields to measure velocity and capture lead lifecycle stage.  Do I need to include the flow to "change revenue stage"?  I just checked the success path analyzer and confirmed that leads are moving through the funnel as the inflow and outflow numbers are changing.  Is that flow step used more for external monitoring?  Such as if a lead skips a funnel stage and needs to be moved into another stage. 2. This is general community question, what parameters do you use to remove leads from your funnel?  Such as if a lead unsubscribes for example?  I'd like to get others input. Thank you, Christine

Hi,We are about to migrate AEM 5.6.1 to AEM 6.2 (which will be in a different server) with CRX3. Few of my colleagues who were new to AEM world has attended AEM training and trainer mentioned that we need to migrate to 5.6.1 to 6.0 first and then to 6.2. Do we really need to follow this approach? I don't find any Adobe article justifying this though. Can someone please clarify.Thanks in Advance.

To cut down on printing/shipping costs, as well as to better track customer/prospect access to collateral (e.g. data sheets), we want to create a landing page with links to the assets for a conference.QUESTION: is there an easy way to track WHO downloaded WHAT from this landing page? We want to avoid registering for each asset each time if possible.For example: customer/prospect visits the landing page, completes a form (e.g email address at minimum), then we can track which assets were selected to download (could be one or more assets).Any help/guidance is much appreciated!Thanks.-Matt

I am having trouble creating a segment that will capture only the behavior after a certain event has fired. Specifically, I'm looking to see if is possible to track the amount of pages a user views in a session after a specific event has fired. Any way to segment this data?

Hi - I am new to AEM CMS development.I am working on a POC for automated content migration from one template to the other. Wanted to know if its possible in AEM . My naive approach when I heard about this POC was to create the content as components ( say with the required styling ) and just call the content component from the required components . Anyone else having trouble getting through to support via phone?The automated system didn't recognize the phone number attached to my account.Once the phone number was confirmed, I went straight to a voicemail (I think that was the random beep I heard).This time I got placed in the hold queue, then the automated system hung up on me. Finally got placed in the queue to speak with support team!

Just detected a strange behavior linked to the mktoModuleScope variable setting.If one sets it to false, the module can be moved up and down in the template, as one can see in the screenshot below, where the variable is global, the "move up" and "move down" menus are available:But if you set it to "True", the module can no longer be moved up or down, and the 2 menu entries are greyed:The 2 templates I used are totally identical, excepted for the mktoModuleScope setting.@Justin Cooperman​, is this expected (in which case it is not documented) or is it a bug?-Greg

Hey everyone,We recently noticed that the DTM tag doesn't fire when a user makes the first visit to our site. The tag would fire though once they go to a different page. The same issue has been happening across all browsers and pages. Anyone had similar issues and any tips on identifying the source of the problem?Thanks

So I have a page load rule that fires for our career operations page and populates evar43 and event43.. I also put an event rule on a CTA button on the career operations page, the button is called "job openings" The event rule fires if the button is clicked and populates event44. However the problem is, that when the job opening button is clicked not only is the job listing page opened in new tab, but it also refreshes/reloads the career operations page cause the page load rule to fire again. Obviously this inflates the true count for Career operations page. So I need a custom script to add to the page load rule that basically says do not fire if already on the career operations page.  Any suggestions because I have not idea how I should do this. Oh by the way I am using DTM.Thank you Darius Dempsey 

We are using program opportunity analysis reports in RCE to calculate FT/MT reporting. Because RCE does not allow for boolean filter logic, we built a new custom field in Salesforce (populated by a workflow) to align our reports.When I synced the new field into RCA last week, I noticed that although our total opportunity count and amount matched up between Marketo and Salesforce, when adding a filter with the new field, the opportunity count/revenue was MUCH lower than what we were seeing in Salesforce with the same filter applied. Since then, I've noticed that the report is slowly catching up to the numbers in Salesforce each day. However, it's now been over a week and the RCA reports with this field filter are showing just about half of what is in Salesforce.My understanding is that there is a nightly sync between Salesforce and RCA, which I assumed meant that all the data would be refreshed fully, but now I'm questioning it.Has anyone noticed sync delays into RCA for opportunity fie

Reviewing the MKTO product docs, I see that MKTO recommends building smart lists and using Special--> Change Revenue Stage action. See at Approving Stages and Assigning Leads to a Revenue Model - Marketo Docs - Product Docs I have done this thru building batch (retroactive) campaigns and assigning leads to the correct revenue stages. I don't believe there is an advantage that one has over the other, but wanted to see if I am missing anything. Thank you.

Hi -I am attempting to use a publishing widget to bring some metrics to our analytics group on our Company's Intranet.I've successfully generated the publishing widget code and it all displays correctly in preview. However, when I attempt to embed the code on both the intranet site (hosted by Jive software) and on our company's production website I get the following error displayed.Anyone have any ideas on how to get this resolved? Am I missing a step or perhaps something needs to be enabled on the back-end by an Adobe engineer?FYI, I've selected the "Most Popular Pages" report, and set the Destination to "Anywhere" and used the small widget codeHaving this work would be a big win for my team.
