Hello Community,We have encountered an issue with ContextHub personalization. We have a dynamic component that includes some inline script as part of the component HTML. This component is similar to a carousel component. We need to personalize the content based on specific criteria, but we are facing a problem where the UI is not refreshed as expected when targeting is applied. We have observed the following use cases where the issue occurs in authoring/preview mode: Every time the content author navigates from Edit to Targeting mode (by selecting Targeting from the dropdown).Switching the persona in ContextHub mode/preview (we have the option to switch to different profiles).Switching between the options (Start Targeting) from DEFAULT to Audiences in order to author the content.I have already tried calling the function on EVENT_TEASER_LOADED, but it does not work in all use cases. Should I listen for any other events?window.ContextHub.eventing.on(window.ContextHub.Constants.

Is there a way to have the option to select "Done with my part" on a multi-assignee task from the My Tasks widget on the Home screen? Or is the only solution to click into the task itself and do it there? I see the new Priorities feature has it, which will be awesome once Priorities is up to par to work from 🙂 

Howdy Adobe Community,Is anyone experiencing issue with their Marketing channel attribution with shopify checkout extensibility?We are noticing new session start in our marketing channel reporting when user proceeds to the order comfirmation page (checkout_completed). Most of our traffic are being attributed to "Direct" which is impacting our paid media campaign reporting. Digging into the data I can see Visit number =1 and Hit Depth = 1 is showing as order confirmation We have VisitorID / ECID enabled on the site for cross domain tracking and this appears to be persisting when I tested in our staging environment but it appears that a new visitorid is getting regenerated when user completes an order which is distrupting the continuity of session tracking.Any insights or assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated as I can pin point what is going on.. as checkout extensibility is pretty much a sandbox.Any one experiencing this and how did you go about resolvin

Hi there, question is that multiple touchpoints in one journey with their drop date calculated based on customer's age that I used to have in Adobe campaign works well as I have cell activity to gather all segment code creation and enrich activity to calculate drop date. whereas we're going to migrate ACC to AJO which seems not have mapping node to take care of cell node with touchpoints create in one journey. can you help with solution?

AJO is prices by Engageable Profiles. Does it only counts for outbound communication (users who have consent) or also all the users who are included in Web Campaigns? Some of the users engaged in web campaigns might not have marketing consent but would be included in web campaign - but they are included as a engageable profile?

I'm looking to set up a test webinar in the Marketo Interactive Webinar platform for 12/3. If I plan to invite 1 colleague as a co-host and 3 colleagues as attendees, is it possible to also set up a meeting with the 5 of us, 1 week prior, to enter the webinar lobby and play around with the layouts so we can get it perfected prior to the 12/3 webinar test? Just wondering if it's possible for co-hosts and/or attendees to enter the webinar lobby in advance of the scheduled webinar? I don't want to waste additional webinar credits by setting up too many test programs. Thanks!! 

 Hi All, I want to understand why I get different Visit metrics count when I compare two segments using the same rules but different containers (visit and visitor). I am trying to create a metric to count new visitors every month Visit Container    Visitor Container Technically, If I am using the visit number = 1 to identify new visitors, I should get the same visit or unique visitor count. But that doesn't seem to be the case. Can someone please explain why the numbers will be different? Thanks,Suchin

I am looking for the way to setup read only access for operators. According to what I found in this video:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/campaign-standard-learn/tutorials/administrating/managing-user-access-rightsit should be achievable. However, using the setup described in this video my operators still can create, modify or run elements on the instance. I tried to set different parent units and even keep it empty, but still the outcome is the same. Does anyone know how to achieve read-only access? Thanks,Dominik

Hi All, I’m new to using the external lookup field and experimenting with it. I created a lookup field that returns project names from a specific portfolio, but I noticed that some projects are missing when I try to type their names in the preview or the end form. I'd like to build a report that will show tasks that have no time logged when a task moves from one status to another. This is for our creative services team as they are working on artwork for the clients, and is intended to be a safety net in case the artist forgets to log their time as a task moves from their queue to someone else's. For example, a single task might go through these status changes: NewWith Account ServicesEdits RequiredWith Account ServicesReady for Print FileComplete I'd need a report to capture when time isn't logged by an artist as it moves from New > With Account Services or Ready for Print Files > Complete. The report would need to only consider those status changes and whether time was logged or not; it can't look at the task as whole to see if time was logged.

Can a profile will be able to present across different journeys at same time ?

Hi,we export daily data from Adobe Analytics using Datawarehouse tool to feed an external database.We do that to be able to match those online information (page, marketing channel, ...) with offline data and create audiences or analyze deeper our client behavior.We notice that sometimes we have 10% of difference between what is in the workspace and the number of records in the exported files.Did you already experience this?Do you have alternative to export the data. Thanks Robin

Hi Team , We have a requirement  if someone can help please.Our client organization is segregated in multiple business unit structure . We have separate folder structure for each BU which contains all the necessary campaign management entities. Some business users  are part of multiple BU's and has access to resources of multiple BU's via named right.The ask is if a user User1 has access to two BU's  A & B and when he tries to create a campaign under BU A, he should only be able to view and select delivery templates under BU A folder and not the ones under BU B . Since the user has rights for BU B  he is still able to select delivery templates from BU B  . I want to restrict the selection of delivery template based on campaign folder under which the campaign is getting created . Is it possible , has anyone did any similar implementation like this ? Any help would be appreciated !Thanks

one of our requirement is see if we can make changes to the layout policy properties, where we can restrict the allowed components that gets displayed for selection. i.e. we want only our project component group to be displayed there instead of the whole groups (ex: General, ACS Commons .. e.t.c) that are available for selection as shown below.      @smacdonald2008 @joerghoh @kautuk_sahni @arunpatidar @briankasingli @theo_pendle 

Hey all, I am creating a web application (Node.js) that needs to call some API endpoints in Adobe Campaign Classic SOAP API v8.I have created a project in the developer console and added an integration to our v8 stage instance (see screenshot below) I couldn't find in the documentation any resource that explains how to use the generated access token to call v8 SOAP API. All the examples that I found are using a username/password to generate a session token.Can you help? maybe an article or a tutorial that I can follow? Thank you

We need to add custom filters to the collections. Currently, the out-of-the-box (OOTB) options allow filtering by modified date and tags. We want to add a filter to segregate collections into categories such as private and public.

Hi Experts,client version- adobe campaign v7 In Explorer, under left menu, I'm seeing the panel with earth icon. Within this panel, I need to create many entries as a part of my job. For Example-Step 1: I click on this new icon.Step 2: I fill the form and hit save. (And it adds a new row in table)I'm not having too much experience in Adobe Campaign, but feeling sure that there should be some way maybe making a script somewhere or something to reduce the manual efforts and automatize it. anybody can pls guide me if it's possible.Thanks and Regards,Shaktiraj Daudra

Hello I have a metric that is an average per day: number of page views per unique visitor (metrics A in the screenshot).  The date range is the last 90 days. Is it possible to have a daily average of this metrics A for the period of time please?So here instead of getting 83.2 (sum(page views)/sum(unique visitors)) I would like to get a figure around 3 that is the sum(metrics A)/90. Thanks in advance for your feedback. My customer who use AMS's AEM 6.5 can use the universal editor?I can't find any description about the universal editor nor MSM for Assets in the AEM6.5's online document, but only in AEM as a Claoud Service version. Reuse assets using MSM for Assets  Universal Editor Introduction 

We are using AEM 6.4.8 version.Tried to lock a page through AEM interface as an admin and that was successfullTried to unlock the same page as an admin and it is not working. Unable to unlock the page eventhough I am part of admin group.This is happening in all our environment across al projects. So seems like a instance wide issue. Can anyone shed some light whats happening here?Have read in many threads that admin should be able to unloack in any case. But in this scenario, thats also not workingAny specific permissions or so we need to check ? Can see it is failing in the below line of code.  I as an admin tried to lock a page and tried to unloack a page and that itself is not working.

Hi All, I have below instances  1. Stage 2. Pre-prod. 3. Prod The author is authoring content on pre-prod  is there any way to sync content from pre-prod to prod,  and pre-prod to stage ??
