My salesforce team wants to send a multi-select checkbox field to Marketo. It's a list of our products to show product interest, but they aren't sure that Marketo supports this as a multi-select checkbox and we're concerned it will come over as a text string field. This isn't idea from a smart list point of view - our filters will have to be "contains". We do not want to make individual checkboxes for each product and clearly we want to be able to select more than one.Can Marketo support this? I can't find documentation around it. All I can find is multi-select checkboxes on forms (I'm looking specifically for the field type, not a form). It worries me that when I look at documentation about creating the field directly in Marketo I don't see an option for that field type.

Hi everyone,In SFDC, we created a new custom field called First Touch Program and mapped it to Marketo. We want to populate the First Touch Program field with the Acquisition Program Name, but the field isn't populating.Here is a screenshot of our smart campaign:I ran the smart campaign. There are about 26,000 campaign members and 582 qualify for the smart campaign. When I click on one of the qualified leads and look at the SFDC Custom Fields tab, the First Touch Program field isn't populated. Could this be an issue with the {{lead.acquisition program}} token? What could be causing this issue?Thank you in advance!

Hello Marketo Nation,If I pass a secure URL through to a field in Salesforce, and that field is synced with Marketo; can I use a token to pull that secure URL into an email? If so, how would I go about doing that?Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi - I'm hoping someone could help. We're using Reports and Analytics on our company intranet. Is there an available report within R&A that can tell me where a user is coming from when they first enter our site? I've tried the Referrers report but that doesn't seem to be giving us everything. For example, we want to know if people are first coming to the site through a link in an email, or from our main operating companies intranet since that is the default browser for IE for us or even from their mobile device. Any help would be appreciated.Thanks!Tad

Hi - So I'm in a custom conversion report (a document report with a segment applied) and I'm applying an entry path breakdown to each document. When I go to download the document, I'm only able to download the first page. Is there anyway to download all the pages in the report (or at least more than the first 5 entries)? I tried the advanced download options but there's no option to add in the amount of rows. I'm assuming this is because I applied a breakdown but is there any other way that I'm missing?

I want to make sure they are removed from this series if they become a member of the smart campaign to keep track if the prospect requests a call back from these emails. I've just been informed by Support that only Authorized Contacts can even view existing company cases now. In the past, although (by definition) only Auth'd Contacts could open cases, any user CC'd on a case could view it and also add follow-up comments. IME authorizations are typically given to less-skilled users and/or distributed along corporate-political lines. It was invaluable for an admin user to open cases that other developer/IT/advanced types could then access using their own Marketo accounts.This change creates a significant impediment for us, and is a disheartening step backward. What does the Community think?

Hi,I have created a user and added him as a member to content-authors group. I am not able to see the design mode for this user in sideckick or in touchUI. I am using AEM 6.2. Can you tell me if the ACL permissions need to be changed for this group?Thanks,Dhiraj

We used the java script from this article on all of our landing pages with 1.0 forms in order to block personal email domains but in testing I'm finding that this same script does not work with new forms 2.0.https://community.marketo.com/MarketoResource?id=kA650000000GtqvCACAnyone else running into this same issue or have any suggestions on how to block email domains with Forms 2.0?

I created a Marketable segmentation a few weeks ago, and last week I did some work to remove some of our "non-marketable" leads from Marketo using a custom sync filter (basically I checked a "block from Marketo" box on all of the leads, have a Smart Campaign set up to remove these leads from Marketo but not delete from Salesforce, and now with the custom sync filter they will not flow back into Marketo). The counts in the lead database updated, but my Marketable segmentation has remained the same, and it's been about 4 days since I deleted the leads. I tried creating a draft of the segmentation and then approving it and that didn't work. I tried unapproving and reapproving and that didn't work. The number that the segmentation says is greater than the total number of leads in our database, so I know it's outdated. I even cleared my cache. Any ideas?

Hello everyone,  Working on AEM 6.1, one of my customer is asking for a delete button on the asset page. In order to do it, I've just overlay the asset page by creating /apps/dam/gui/content/assets/assetpage... until overlay actions buttons.The button is here and I'm able to make it work in order to delete the current asset.  My issue is about the button visibility. I want him to be visible only by users that can delete the asset (policies). I look at the edit button related nodes in /libs (which is not visible when the user didn't have modification rights) but i still don't get how this button disapear regarding users rights...  If anyone can help...  Thanks in advance and forgive my english :) Grégory

Hi guys,Has anyone tried to input/display asset metadata that looks like this (in xml):<parent>    <child>        <text>value1</text>        <text>value2</text>    </child>    <child2>        <text>value3></text>    </child2></parent>I'm currently having to sandwich all these values into string arrays, not only for display but also for the asset search to work. Example:parent="[child: value1\,value2, child2: value3]"The display doesn't look very nice on the metadata schema but at least the search predicates work when pointed to "parent". Is there a better way of displaying this and have the search predicates work on it as well?

Hi all,Struggling to get this issues identified and raised with Client Care so hoping to find other people in the same boat to get a bit of clout behind the issue, whenever I schedule a report in Analysis Workspace I always receive it 8 hours after the scheduled report time, is anyone else in the UK or on BST/UTC+1 also experiencing this issue? Similarly anyone in other time zones seeing reports arrive at wrong times?Thanks!

I'm a Marketo newbie so apologize in advance for the what may appear to be a simple question. How do i view custom objects I've integrated into Marketo? I see the custom objects are synced but I want to see the fields and data of those custom objects on the lead record.  How do I do that? I have found no documentation on that subject.

It works fine when I use my local drive path as target. But it's not working if I use share drive which is created using 'Map Network Drive' option. We use CQ5.5 and scene 7, the videos used to play for all mobile phones until some android devices are upgraded to OS 6.0. After debugging, we find out the videos doesn't work only for the Android phone with OS6.0, and works fine for all iPhones and Android phones of non-OS 6.0,  the error message from one of the Android phones is "Your Browser does not support HTML5 video tag or the video cannot be played.Does anyone know what's the issue? The video is hosted by Adobe, not sure if Adobe has any hotfix? Thanks for your help in advance.

So, the context:currently, the Company is reliant on a tracking script embedded in the page code, with a heavily customised s_code file hosted locally;for starters, the Company is after a like-for-like migration of tracking to DTM. Ideally, I am supposed to bring the s_code file in DTM with as little alterations as possible with the view to transition to a proper DTM-based tracking using Data Elements sometime in the future (2017);I've read the whole DTM documentation and multiple online resources, and I still have questions.Question 1. An emailed newsletter failed to reach a recipient, who knew about it because the dreaded mailer-daemon sent a notice to said address to let him know it couldn't deliver. Since that someone is my boss, I'm now supposed to explain why.I know the address itself is valid.
