I created a Marketable segmentation a few weeks ago, and last week I did some work to remove some of our "non-marketable" leads from Marketo using a custom sync filter (basically I checked a "block from Marketo" box on all of the leads, have a Smart Campaign set up to remove these leads from Marketo but not delete from Salesforce, and now with the custom sync filter they will not flow back into Marketo). The counts in the lead database updated, but my Marketable segmentation has remained the same, and it's been about 4 days since I deleted the leads. I tried creating a draft of the segmentation and then approving it and that didn't work. I tried unapproving and reapproving and that didn't work. The number that the segmentation says is greater than the total number of leads in our database, so I know it's outdated. I even cleared my cache. Any ideas?

Hello everyone,  Working on AEM 6.1, one of my customer is asking for a delete button on the asset page. In order to do it, I've just overlay the asset page by creating /apps/dam/gui/content/assets/assetpage... until overlay actions buttons.The button is here and I'm able to make it work in order to delete the current asset.  My issue is about the button visibility. I want him to be visible only by users that can delete the asset (policies). I look at the edit button related nodes in /libs (which is not visible when the user didn't have modification rights) but i still don't get how this button disapear regarding users rights...  If anyone can help...  Thanks in advance and forgive my english :) Grégory

Hi guys,Has anyone tried to input/display asset metadata that looks like this (in xml):<parent>    <child>        <text>value1</text>        <text>value2</text>    </child>    <child2>        <text>value3></text>    </child2></parent>I'm currently having to sandwich all these values into string arrays, not only for display but also for the asset search to work. Example:parent="[child: value1\,value2, child2: value3]"The display doesn't look very nice on the metadata schema but at least the search predicates work when pointed to "parent". Is there a better way of displaying this and have the search predicates work on it as well?

Hi all,Struggling to get this issues identified and raised with Client Care so hoping to find other people in the same boat to get a bit of clout behind the issue, whenever I schedule a report in Analysis Workspace I always receive it 8 hours after the scheduled report time, is anyone else in the UK or on BST/UTC+1 also experiencing this issue? Similarly anyone in other time zones seeing reports arrive at wrong times?Thanks!

I'm a Marketo newbie so apologize in advance for the what may appear to be a simple question. How do i view custom objects I've integrated into Marketo? I see the custom objects are synced but I want to see the fields and data of those custom objects on the lead record.  How do I do that? I have found no documentation on that subject.

It works fine when I use my local drive path as target. But it's not working if I use share drive which is created using 'Map Network Drive' option. We use CQ5.5 and scene 7, the videos used to play for all mobile phones until some android devices are upgraded to OS 6.0. After debugging, we find out the videos doesn't work only for the Android phone with OS6.0, and works fine for all iPhones and Android phones of non-OS 6.0,  the error message from one of the Android phones is "Your Browser does not support HTML5 video tag or the video cannot be played.Does anyone know what's the issue? The video is hosted by Adobe, not sure if Adobe has any hotfix? Thanks for your help in advance.

So, the context:currently, the Company is reliant on a tracking script embedded in the page code, with a heavily customised s_code file hosted locally;for starters, the Company is after a like-for-like migration of tracking to DTM. Ideally, I am supposed to bring the s_code file in DTM with as little alterations as possible with the view to transition to a proper DTM-based tracking using Data Elements sometime in the future (2017);I've read the whole DTM documentation and multiple online resources, and I still have questions.Question 1. Is there a way to cut and paste the s_code? More specifically, am I rig

An emailed newsletter failed to reach a recipient, who knew about it because the dreaded mailer-daemon sent a notice to said address to let him know it couldn't deliver. Since that someone is my boss, I'm now supposed to explain why.I know the address itself is valid. I am trying to set up a simple smart list to see who has visited the URL for an asset in the design studio.  However, when I input the URL into the visits webpage choice, it has a red line underneath indicating an error in the smart list.  I know this seems like a simple thing to accomplish, but I'm wondering if I am utilizing the wrong info to track against an asset in our design studio. Will Turning Off Marketo Sync in SFDC Remove Lead from Marketo Lead Database?I have a bunch of leads I want to keep in SFDC, but to remove in Marketo.

I am trying to clear up some items that a field is being used by so i can change the field name or just remove the field all together.  When i pull up the Field in Field Management the "Field Used By" section shows a few emails that is using the lead token.  I remove the token from the email, but the email still shows as it is being used by the field.  Is there a time lapse between these recognizing whether the token is being used or not?  When i approve or Unapprove i can see those changes, but the Used by still continuously exists.

My company just went through a rebranding and need someone with HTML/CSS experience to help us update our existing templates to the new brand.  Where would I be able to search for there types of vendors? Hi all, has anyone used Profile Fetch API (https://www.adobe.io/products/target/docs/reference/profiles/profile-fetch) to programatically fetch all attributes set against a user-profile? I am using following address currently for the purposehttp://<client-server-domain>/rest/v1/profiles/<pcId>?client=<clientCode>This doesn't fetch profile attributes in real-time i.e. if I clear my cookies, load my page and run this API, I get 404 - no profile found message. However, if I run it after some time (around 30 minutes later), it returns all profile attributes in JSON format.I was wondering whether there is any way (new version of this API or passing any specific parameter etc.) which can enable me fetch profile-attributes as soon as its updated on the server? Hi,I have recently started exploring recommendations engine. I am able to push the data to recommendations engine and retrieve it back via view mbox. I have a use case where in based on a category id passed along with view mbox, I want to see the recommendations which has the same category associated with it. So while creating recommendations activity, I chose 'Most Read Articles in this category' as criteria.While trying to see the appropriate recommendations, I have the following mboxCreate function call 'mboxCreate('mbox-name', 'entity.categoryId=work')' and I have assumed that it will retrieve recommendations whose category matches with the category I have written in the view mbox but I was wrong because I was seeing some random recommendations present in the collection. So could anyone pls suggest me something so that my use case runs fine.

Can one change settings whether the "none"-bucket item shows up when applying a breakdown or not?Does it matter if the breakdown applied is a report with classified data?E.g. I have an entry page where I want to see conversion metrics per grouped trackers. However we always have some unclassified trackers because classification isn't always up-to-date. In my understanding this unclassified data should show up as "none"-item. But it doesn't. This leads to confusing reports where the visits and other metrics don't add up.

For my production publish environment "minify" is enabled for Adobe Granite HTML Library Manager.And while rebuilding the Client Libraries through /libs/granite/ui/content/dumplibs.rebuild.html tool, I am encountered with the following error:building /etc/designs/mysite/clientlib_base.min.js...error: java.io.IOException: Error while reading cached library: javax.jcr.RepositoryException: Error during assembly of /etc/designs/mysite/clientlib_base.jsThis is causing problem with few javascript variables being undefined as request to /etc/designs/mysite/clientlib_base.min.js is returning 404 apparently becasue of the above issue during build.Your suggestion is highly appreciated.Thanks.
