I am using an older version and would like to upgrade, but I don't see any documentation regarding upgrading

I am trying to set up a simple smart list to see who has visited the URL for an asset in the design studio.  However, when I input the URL into the visits webpage choice, it has a red line underneath indicating an error in the smart list.  I know this seems like a simple thing to accomplish, but I'm wondering if I am utilizing the wrong info to track against an asset in our design studio. Will Turning Off Marketo Sync in SFDC Remove Lead from Marketo Lead Database?I have a bunch of leads I want to keep in SFDC, but to remove in Marketo.

I am trying to clear up some items that a field is being used by so i can change the field name or just remove the field all together.  When i pull up the Field in Field Management the "Field Used By" section shows a few emails that is using the lead token.  I remove the token from the email, but the email still shows as it is being used by the field.  Is there a time lapse between these recognizing whether the token is being used or not?  When i approve or Unapprove i can see those changes, but the Used by still continuously exists.

Does anyone know where I could find a vendor that would be able to update landing page templates in Marketo? My company just went through a rebranding and need someone with HTML/CSS experience to help us update our existing templates to the new brand.  Where would I be able to search for there types of vendors? Or should I look for a contractor with HTML/CSS experience to help my team with this update?Thanks!

Hi all, has anyone used Profile Fetch API (https://www.adobe.io/products/target/docs/reference/profiles/profile-fetch) to programatically fetch all attributes set against a user-profile? I am using following address currently for the purposehttp://<client-server-domain>/rest/v1/profiles/<pcId>?client=<clientCode>This doesn't fetch profile attributes in real-time i.e. if I clear my cookies, load my page and run this API, I get 404 - no profile found message. However, if I run it after some time (around 30 minutes later), it returns all profile attributes in JSON format.I was wondering whether there is any way (new version of this API or passing any specific parameter etc.) which can enable me fetch profile-attributes as soon as its updated on the server? Hi,I have recently started exploring recommendations engine. I am able to push the data to recommendations engine and retrieve it back via view mbox. I have a use case where in based on a category id passed along with view mbox, I want to see the recommendations which has the same category associated with it. So while creating recommendations activity, I chose 'Most Read Articles in this category' as criteria.While trying to see the appropriate recommendations, I have the following mboxCreate function call 'mboxCreate('mbox-name', 'entity.categoryId=work')' and I have assumed that it will retrieve recommendations whose category matches with the category I have written in the view mbox but I was wrong because I was seeing some random recommendations present in the collection. So could anyone pls suggest me something so that my use case runs fine.

Can one change settings whether the "none"-bucket item shows up when applying a breakdown or not?Does it matter if the breakdown applied is a report with classified data?E.g. I have an entry page where I want to see conversion metrics per grouped trackers. However we always have some unclassified trackers because classification isn't always up-to-date. In my understanding this unclassified data should show up as "none"-item. But it doesn't. This leads to confusing reports where the visits and other metrics don't add up.

For my production publish environment "minify" is enabled for Adobe Granite HTML Library Manager.And while rebuilding the Client Libraries through /libs/granite/ui/content/dumplibs.rebuild.html tool, I am encountered with the following error:building /etc/designs/mysite/clientlib_base.min.js...error: java.io.IOException: Error while reading cached library: javax.jcr.RepositoryException: Error during assembly of /etc/designs/mysite/clientlib_base.jsThis is causing problem with few javascript variables being undefined as request to /etc/designs/mysite/clientlib_base.min.js is returning 404 apparently becasue of the above issue during build.Your suggestion is highly appreciated.Thanks.

I am planning to implement a nurture program which helps me to cross sell products so I want to jump transition leads from stream 1 to any of the rest streams besides from stream 2. I am not sure if Marketo nuture streams allow me to push leads into streams in an disordered manner. I also wonder if there is a way that I can have a lead return back to the previous stream or live in multiple streams at the same time?

I need to do some activities immediately after the dispatcher flushes the cache .  The activity can be done by a shell script. Is it possible to fire a script as soon as the dispatcher flushes the cache ?

Forgive the novice question, but I'm a newbie! In order to surface a view of a lead's Marketo profile for our Sales Users (i.e. activity history), would each sales user need to have their own login credentials for Marketo? Hello,I'm being asked by my marketing team to customize the look and feel of the footers by the template we use. This can not be done on the segment level and I'd prefer to keep the footer in the admin area so I'm not updating all over the place. Does anyone have some thoughts on best ways to do this? Maybe a snipit that we refer to in each template? I'm not sure if that would work.Regards,Kelley

Hi AllCan we have rules mentioned to static agent so that it will extract the content onto disk as per the URL required and not as maintained within aem?For example, I've content in aem as http://test-aem-instance:4502/content/en_us/introduction.html. While static agent does extraction it will extract to location /Users/me/staticpub/content/en_us/introduction.html,instead of this can we have rules so that static agent extracts content as /Users/me/staticpub/content/us/introduction.html Basically we are changing the folder structure to which it got extracted to.

Hello,I am trying to figure out configuration for setting up "rawboxes" with emails. I've been reading the 1 pager Adobe has, but it just leaves me with a bunch of questions that I was hoping someone can answer.1) I understand a URL needs to be called out from the ESP - but where exactly does that happen? Do I just hand the URL to the ESP and expect them to know how to use it? Or do I have to integrate it onto the email HTML somehow (like an Ajax call).2) The URL paramters:    - mbox = the div id in the HTML? do I need to inject an mboxUpdate function as well?    - mBoxPC / mBoxSession = do I need to come up with values for this? or does the ESP generate them dynamically?    - entity.id = I believe i need to provide this to the ESP to inject    - mboxDefault / mboxHost : what is the purpose of these?3) Do I need to inject any javascript into the body of the email? mboxCreate? mboxUpdate? Let's say an email bounced and it was invalid because there was a typo in the email address. You receive details from the bounce and those populate the "email invalid cause" or "email suspended cause" fields. If you correct the email address and then resend the email and it is delivered, do the "cause" fields nullify? If not, I would want to nullify them once an email is delivered so only currently invalid email addresses have a "cause" populated.
