Hello,My question is slightly different than Can we add CC in email campaigns?   that's why I have started a new discussion.We are sending out custom emails to a small targeted list provided by our sales rep. They want to know who has been sent an email, what and when.They are therefore asked to be cced on this specific campaign. Our thinking was to add a cc = "lead owner" but as was I understand this feature doesn't exist in Marketo. Is there a work-around? Should we set an alert that basically send a copy of the email to the lead owner?Again we don't want that sales owner are the reply to. We don't want to have one notification per campaign but we do want that sales rep receive every single custom emails that are sent out.Cécile

Can only Admins access the Classification Importer or can others be granted access? If others can, how would I go about doing that?It seems after the new June Release updates, some users can no longer get to the Classification Importer section.Thank you in advance.

Has Anyone Used Crazy Egg For Web Analytics? The tool provides visual heat maps that show how people interact with your site.I am curious if anyone can tell me how it compares to Google Analytics. My assumption is that is is far less robust than Google Analytics, but I am wondering if there is a value to having both tools. If we have GA, is there a value to also purchasing Crazy Egg? Can Crazy Egg do anything that GA does not, or does it provide information in a way that GA cannot?Thanks!

Hi there,I've got a short question regarding the "Add to Marketo campaign" function in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.We have quite some campaigns in Marketo which we trigger to be visible in Sales Insight (so CRM). About 20 at this point.Is there any possibility to apply some kind of filter in this functionality, so that you do not see all 20 campaigns in the drop down?Or any other smart way to make it easier to navigate for Sales?Thanks for the tips!Tom

I am creating a form that requires City, State and Zip.  I need to make sure that users do not put City, State and Zip into the City field; which someone so nicely pointed out to me as a problem with the form.  Anyway, what I am looking for is a way to force the user to only be able to enter alpha characters into the City text field.  I had glanced at the "Validation Patterns" OOTB functionality but I could not find anything listed that would complete the requirement.Thank you,

We use AEM 5.6 and have hooked into the replication agent an akami REST request to invalidate the url (and friendly url). This works great. What does not get invalidated is any clientlibs js or css that may be refrenced by the page (and modified). We then have to manually figure out the corresponding URL of the JS or CSS and invalidate (with another tool) . Is there a way to figure out all the corresponding JS and css linked URL's to a page that should be included in the akamai invalidation request. Hope this makes sense.

The site we are building has two features that demands us to create the final URL for some pages in author time. One is the automatic creation of a shortened URL (e.g. goo.gl) and the other is an integration with an indexing tool which needs to know the final URL.  The final URL is determined using some rewrite and redirect rules, currently configured in etc/map.That being said, it seemed natural for us to have the redirect rules (i.e. etc/map configuration) applied to the author instance, so the two features I mention could reuse the rules when the preprocessor actually creates the final URLs. Here I already have a question: is it common to have those rules applied in the author instance? Talking to some colleagues I realized that generally they do not have this need. I am currently using Gravity forms w/ the Marketo plugin buts its pretty rigid for what my client needs it to do. Currently, only one campaign can be associated with one form. So all leads go into on big bucket even if a particular campaign is ran.Is there a way to dynamically change the campaign before its submitted, so the lead will go to the campaign folder instead of big bucket?Example: If the lead isn't coming from a specific campaign the lead will go into the general lead bucket, but if a particular campaign is ran (e.g.website.com?campaign='pandora') it will go to the pandora campaign folder.Thanks,Jeremy

Hello,If I've created a tradeshow campaign (similar to a road show), and we're sending out an invitation to a group of people on a list that was given to us from the tradeshow, in the smart list, do I need to add one of the filters to be "member of program 'is true' program is 'tradeshow xxx' " to have it include that list import when the invitation gets sent out? Or will Marketo automatically recognize a group of people were imported through the members tab of the program making it so I don't need to add in an additional step to get the email out to them as well? We are considering building out separate revenue cycle models for our different markets. The actual models wouldn't be any different - all of the markets have the same sales cycle. But some of the out of the box reporting in Marketo relies on the revenue cycle (like the success path analyzer) and my audiences for reporting really want to see everything broken down by market. So, a few questions. Does it make sense to have separate revenue cycles, or are we over-complicating things? Is there a better way we can do this in RCE? Do we have to have separate workspaces to have separate revenue cycles? (that's the only way I have worked with multiple revenue cycles in the past)Appreciate your input!

I have a basic javascript that overrides form redirects when I want the user to stay on the page, and returns a thank-you message. What I'd like is the ability to turn that on or off in the options. Looking at http://developers.marketo.com/documentation/rest/createupdate-leads/  it says we can set the lookupField in order to have some control over how to identify the leads we are updating. However, when you export all fields, you see that the ID is not available to the REST API.We tried to get around this by creating a formula field that copies the value of the MarketoID over, but that is also not allowed as the MarketoID is only available as part of the IF statement and not THEN.We also tried using the token {{lead.MarketoID}} to set the value in the formula field, but that also didn't work.Has anyone else run into this problem before, and if so, how have you addressed it?

I have a couple of smart campaigns set up to help clean up bad leads. When I look at the results, it says "No activities found," but that was not the case last week. Also, when I look down below, it says 151 Items. I know for a fact there was activities shown in these campaigns last week as I check them daily. The filter is set to None, so I'm not sure what's going on. I've attached a screenshot that shows what I'm talking about. Any help is appreciated!Thanks!JD

Hello, I'm trying to add some fields to a workflow so that I can use them in an email delivery. The default length for a string field when using an enrichment to add the field is 255 characters. The text I need to put into the string is around 500 characters. To get round this I have used a SQL code activity to add a field:ALTER TABLE <%= vars.tableName %> ADD senglishIntroText TEXT;(I believe this creates the field as type HTML which gives 1024 characters)I then follow this up with some JS code to populate the field.This seems to work fine, no errorsBut...the new field does not appear as part of the targetData schema and is not recognised in the email delivery.Does anyone know how I can reference/find my new field?Or, is there another way to increase the length when creating a field using an enrichment?Thanks,Adrian.

Hi All,I am trying to use CRXDE on my local machine (64 bit) and I have AEM 6.0 running at port 4502. I can browse through the repository using CRXDE and can even see the code in editor but the minute I press any key in CRXDE Editor, the Editor completely hangs and does not respond. That ways I am not able to do any operation using CRXDE and have to stick to CRXDE Lite only.What could be the potential reason and how can I fix it? TIA

Hi Team,I see the data discrepancies between Ad Hoc Analysis Tool Report data and Adobe Web Services Report data.. Here are the details... Ad Hoc Tool Analysis  Report -> Elements that I considered are : Custom Props (prop22 /Prop30 / Prop47) and Metric is PageViewsDate : 2016-05-01 to 2016-05-02Hits : For ex: prop22 / prop30 -   104 HitsAdobe API (Web Services -> C# code) -> I used the same elements and same metric and date range is the same... But for the same Props the Hits I got was 161. Overall 25% of the data is different between Ad Hoc and APIs. Always APIs given high hits count..Please note that  I don't see the difference in Hits when it comes to the Custom Success Events.Questions:- Why is that difference?- What Ad Hoc Tool uses to fetch the data (Isn't it the Web Services) ?Please do the needful.. Set the sling:resourceSuperType of this component to be wcm/foundation/components/page.
