I cannot locate Workspaces and Partitions under Admin even though I have full admin access. I am developer trying to add separate munchkin to one of our client's website so it will not mix up with our own leads. Please advise me what to do.

Hi,I'm having trouble uploading an .article file that has a video. The article file is 51MB.It just says in progress, and the progress bar doesn't go past 15%. No error message either. Anybody else having issues uploading files with video?Thanks,Cindy

     I'm hoping I can get some ideas on how to tackle this last piece of our puzzle.Right now, we have a single marketo form that will pop up in a shadowbox on our website when a user requests one of several white papers, webinars, etcetera. Two variables are passed to it in the URL, to populate hidden fields. The user submits the form, and an automatic email fires off to them with the webinar/whitepaper link they've requested.What I'm not sure how to solve is when the user wants to view another white paper or webinar. Right now, the form would come up again. Since they've already completed the form what I'd like is for that form to NOT come up again, and the system knows to redirect them to the requested resource. We have the munchkin code on our site, so I assume they'd have a cookie on their computer but I'm just not sure how to do this part - skipping over the form a second time.

we are creating repetitive logic filtering prior to syncing to SFDC after each campaign.  Is there a place to put this logic for a single instance, and call upon it for each campaign?  this would obviously help with automation, efficiencies and minimizing potential errors.  Thanks.  btw, i'm very new to Marketo, so this may be a simple answer?

I've created a segment that check for the existence of an order on a hit like so:When I use this segment along with my URL pathing report I'll see something like:Enter site -> example.com/some_urlExit SiteI don't really understand why this would appear. I have checkout and purchase/order events plugged in so I would expect the URL pathing report to have those links. For example, I figured all the reports would include all the various paths surrounding a purchase event.Enter site-> example.com/products-> example.com/checkout (checkout event)-> example.com/order/confirmation (purchase event )Exit siteAny thoughts as to why that first example is showing up? 

Here's a Q for you:We have a series of LPs that are unique templates only used for these stand-alone campaigns, so we created them in the LP editor as opposed to creating templates. They're for digital ads, so there's a many-to-one relationship with the places pointing to the ads, the products the ads reference and the ads (many products to one ad). We need to populate the product interest at the time of record creation because we have to. Don't ask. Can't do it in a workflow later, it causes problems.The only way we can see as being able to do this is to pass the product name in a URL parameter. Problem is that the product names were developed with spaces and slashes and other non-HTML friendly characters and there's no way to decode those prior to plopping in the form.Is there a way to utilize the Forms 2.0 embedded features, such as form.vals on a LP created page? If I can use JS I could decode the param prior to setting the hidden field to that value.  But I'm not sure if that'll w

Adobe is absolutely worthless. I've Googled & tried every way to get rid of the Adobe Cloud sign in which appears every time I try to go to the Lowe's website. I NEVER signed up for the Adobe Cloud so I can't log in to shut the thing off. There is NO solution from Adobe & NO way to contact any tech support to solve the problem. If Adobe was not so common I would NEVER use any Adobe product ever again.

My client wants to display the node name instead of jcr:title in side the sites section of the admin console.  Is there a way to configure this or does it require coding?

I am trying to create a smooth scrolling article that has inline video. I would like the user to have the option to watch the video inline or play the video full screen. I have 2 questions:1. I have seen on some of the other AEM apps that when you tap play it automatically launches the video in full screen mode. I can't figure out how they are doing this. 2. The full screen function works correctly on my iPad, but it freaks out my Android app when I tap the full screen button. By freaking out I mean it either says "Please install Flash or upgrade your browser" or the screen completely goes blank and the audio continues to play. Is this full screen video functionality not available on Android? And if not, can I somehow remove that button on Android only?Oh by the way, I have tried inserting the embed html using the insert html command and also by creating a frame and using a web overlay. Also, I have tried the same video in YouTube and Vimeo.

I'm gating my whitepapers with Marketo landing pages and forms in order to generate leads, however I've realised from a user experience perspective it would be very annoying to need to fill out a form for every whitepaper. Is there a way of setting up the landing pages so that the user is immediately brought to the whitepaper if they have subsequently filled out a form on the website and been 'captured' as a lead by Marketo?Any help would be welcome!

i've realized than it is not possible to track information about an user with Google Analytics event if this data is hashed because of their policies and not respecting it could cause the lost of all the data.With that limitation in mind, I would like to know if Adobe Analytics has the same policy in this case or if provides some tool to archive this without violating Adobe's policies.Thanks a lot.

I'm currently reviewing our existing lead scoring and have a few changes to make to some of the scores against particular activity (for example a couple of activities are scored too generously so we're looking to reduce the score allocated) and also to a couple of the smart lists (for example, to capture some additional search queries).I have recently joined the company so this scoring was set up before I started and am fairly new to to Marketo so any tips would be greatly received.Making the tweaks seems fairly simple but in terms of best practice, would you run retroactive campaigns to update scores against historic activity taken place or would you just allow the new changes to run so the new score/smart lists affects new activity only?If I do need to run some retroactive campaigns, would the new score overwrite the existing for that particular activity or would it add on top of the existing score? I feel reluctant to update existing records with the new scoring, especially where we

I'm looking for any info on how to use RequireJS in 5.6 without conflicting with AEMs built-in css/js management.The issue with the built-in tools is they don't provide dependency management on the file level. Managing this via css/js.txt files is not sufficient for large and complex projects.Any insight on this would be appreciated.

Hi, he took me some times to understand and reproduce the issue. I had some trouble that sometime, using the On Demand portal, I could not access the Layout of my project ending with that: But we check twice witch my admin, and there was no issue on the permissions, all was properly setup.Then I realized that this appears only when I use Safari of Chrome using a private session to navigate to the page.Is this a known issue/behaviour made on purpose, or a possible fix to add in an upcoming update?I'm use to connect to private session, in order to not kill other session I have open with different Adobe ID. Hello CommunityPlease help me, I have a question to Adobe Target.I want to use profile script values in my offers, so what I can get and set the values when a user perform a certain action, such as pressing a button on a popup, which I plan to show in my offer.I already know that I can get the mBox values to be used in my javascript code, but I can't really find any functions, that will set & get my user profile script values.This is how I get the values to be shown in a certain html offer.<p>Profile Test value: <span id="test_value" class="newtext1">${user.profile_test1}</span></p>then I can use it in my javascript offer like this:var value = $('#test_value').text();but I can't reach the 'test_value' in the profile script. Hi,I am trying to test a recommendation activity in my site. The default collection so called "All collections" is empty of products. I guess it should contain all products right? Anyway if I try to create a new customized collection I can not see any product/item. My host contains example sites' products (geometrixx's,...) and some new ones added by me. What am I missing that doesn't allow me to see the products?Thanks.
