Hey all,Marketo noob here. I'm setting up an event campaign template that I am going to replicate periodically. I'm wondering if it's possible tokenize the URLs of my landing pages so that I can point links from emails to their respective landing pages - without having to update these in the emails every time I clone the event?eg. I have an invitation email with a link to a landing page to register for a workshop. Is there a way to always have this link point to the respective landing page without me having to change anything in the email after I clone the campaign?Can this be done by tokens?

Hello,Here is a use case i'd like to implement with Marketo + SFDC:1. In Salesforce we create a task with a due date and a description for a lead2. It triggers a Smart Campaign or a Program that does: at the due date, send an email to the lead with this description.Is this possible ? I know how to trigger a smart campaign with "Activity is logged" but I can't get the value of the description nor the due date of the task which triggered it.Thanks in advance !

In a previous post I asked what command I needed to use to navigate to a specific spot further down in my smooth scrolling article when I have 2 top level navigations. The answer Bob gave was correct (navto://relative/current#50%), but it is only working on iOS. When I tap the button on Android it does nothing. Is there something I'm doing wrong or is this a bug?

I am using DTM and need to implement a survey that only opens on certain pages. I have no issue implementing the survey in DTM. The issue is, since the Rule Conditions work as "and" statements, the usage of the condition will not work. Is there a way in the custom code to use "or" statements for the pages that I want included in the survey?Would I use something like the below code to have the survey pop on selected pages? I'd like to create a smart campaign that will email users if they do not click the link on landing page after filling out a form. My current smart list flow contains filters:Visited web page (landing page with form) > Filled out form > NOT clicked link on web page (constrained to landing page with Google calendar appt link)I get an error "could not evaluate rule 3 (Invalid value for link name ('URL' not found); Invalid value for web page ('URL' not found))Any advice?

Hi All,This is regarding a problem i am facing in the workflow, i have attached the screen-shot of the workflow which i have created PFA.In the workflow 'Email to Approver' is a process step, i have created EmailProcessStep.Java class implmenting WorkflowProcess interface to handle this step, 'Validate Content' is a participant step.I want to know the user/group attached to 'Validate Content'  participant step in EmailProcessStep class.I tried to get it using List<WorkItem>list = item.getWorkflow().getWorkItems(), but it is returning an empty list.Can anybody tell how to find?Thanks in advance, Rgards,Pavan Bukka.

Forgive me posting so many questions. Just going through the initial setup. I just encountered another unexpected challenge. I hope I can explain this well...We send a monthly newsletter. It has the system link at the top to view a landing page version. This link seems specific to the viewer, judging by the code generated in the link url - likely for lead tracking purposes.There is a third-party website with a link to this newsletter. So, it's general public traffic, not our tracked leads - nor do we want them to become leads, as we are B2B, not B2C. In the past ( in Pardot) we had to create a landing page version of the newsletter, then have their link changed so it points to the new Landing Page each month. But it's inefficient - more so in Marketo.I was hoping I could make one landing page, Copy the email html into it each month. And the url to that page stays the same, eliminating this edit on the 3rd party site. But, I can't just copy the email html into my landing page. All the l

We're looking at how we can track the performance of content such as whitepapers and guides within programs (including programs with multiple assets such as email nurture tracks and content syndication). This is with a view to creating some metrics for our content creators. Some want to do this in our CRM by creating tracking codes for the assets but I am advocating using scoring in Marketo.Does anyone have experience of similar issues? What was your experience and learning?

I want to ensure a certain account doesn't receive any of our marketing emails, but I don't want to remove them from our database, so I've created a campaign to change the marketing suspended data value for their records to true. Do I need to do anything else (if they are in the flow of a nurture or program do I need to remove them from the flow/pause as well)?Is that permanent unless I manually change it back? Hi,I have an email I would like to send out with a form. After the person fills out the form and hits the submit button, they should see a 'Thank You' page. But that is not what's happening. I received the below errorNow when I test the form to see if I will get redirected to the 'Thank You' landing page, I am redirected to my company's website. I checked to make sure the landing page is correct on the form and all items have been approved.Any thoughts on how I can fix this?Thanks in advance,Kara

Hi!i've recently encountered a problem with email display in gmail and mac mail clients.they "think" that .net technologies are links and try to display them as such in an emailfor example, i'm trying to say It works in C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, XML, XAML and when i send myself test email, the VB.NET is a linkthis happens in gmail and mac. outlook is OK.a few years ago i had a work around this by inserting a hidden link with blank formatting like:<a href="asp.net/" target="_blank" style="color: #333333; text-decoration: none;">ASP.NET</a>and what i got was that the ASP.NET had not LOOKED it's a link, but when you point to it, it still wasthat's really annoying b/c we are having lots of these technologiesmay be there is a better solution to my problem now?

Hello, I am a fresh AEM Developer. I just want to ask how i can implement page restrictions. What i mean: for example i have a site with Home/Men/Women navigation. Home link it will be available for all groups/users. Men link will be available only for users in a group name Men and link Women will be accessible only for the users in the group Women. If a user is from group Men and he is trying to access link Women the message "You are not authorized" will appear.Thank you in advance.

Hi All,As per my knowledge on Reverse replication functionality has be removed in 6.1. Any alternate way to handle reverse replication. I'm looking to see if it is possible to get a string of HTML from a service and execute the sightly parser on that string. We have a service layer that returns HTML and I'd like to be able to have sightly markup within that HTML for processing. For example using i18n ${'key', @i18n}.I've tried wrapping the HTML returned in a sightly template and then calling it within my sightly component but unfortunately it did not work.

There are several records in our database with email address fields as empty. I can see that this occurred from uploading a static list where some email address fields were blank. My question is: if emails are required and unique identifiers, how are lead accounts created even when the email address field is blank?Do these error/report as warning but still make it into the system? Any workarounds on this aside from deleting these bad/empty records when or if they make it into the system?
