Is there any other place to download the files related to the videos? It seems that several videos have problems like this one and I find myself lost quite often. Thank you in advance

Hello!I'm trying to build a form and have a question about setting up fields.The form I'm trying to build is pretty standard fare except for a text box field at the bottom. The text box field is tied to a field in Marketo which will send out a sales alert when it is filled.Above the text box field is a piece of rich text (not attaches to any field) which simply exists as an instruction for the text box field (i.e. it asks the visitor a question whcih they answer in the text box field). My question is this: is it possible to set the rich text above the text box field as a checkbox which is tied to the same field as the text box in Marketo? It sounds logical in my head but I feel that it would create a lot of issues. For instance, how would it affect form load? If the record that gets loaded already has data in that field, how does it pre-populate the checkbox and the text area?  Or, more importantly, how do both fields update the apptComment field?  Doesn’t one take priority and overwri

I am new to AEM. Whenever I deploy the bundle module (OSGI code - service and components) with maven(mvn -PautoInstallPackage install clean) , the Service is not recognized in jsp . I am getting Service not found error. When I checked in the system/console, the bundle is in installed state and I am not able to start it. So I delete that bundle and manually uploaded the bundle. Even after manually uploading the bundle the Service is not recognized. Then I need to modify the JSP to make it recognized. Is there anyway to solve this problem?

Hi All,I am new to AEM and need your help in the problem faced by me. We have a requirement of user selecting certain  pages/renditions in AEM and export them to InDesign server for creating a consolidated PDF for the selected one.I read many posts/ blogs on how InDesign document can be imported in InDesign server to convert them into pdf before exporting them to AEM. However there is no article on vice versa process when AEM page is exported to Indesign server for generating PDF. Please let me know if this is possible and share any link for the same. Cheersrajiv

Are there any license implications for having a large number of registered users in AEM? I am building a user registration module on our site and am wondering if this is something I need to bear in mind.

We have multiple HTML based sites and before componentize or templatize them we would like to host them as is immediately on AEM and convert them slowly.  Is there a way to just import those site as is and render to end user as basic html files.In other words I want to use AEM as webserver. Hi,I am setting up different target activities for my own website and I am finding some troubles depending on which browser I use. I commonly use Google Chrome, but I have been forced to use Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer 11 as well.For example, I only can create and edit the target activities using Firefox. When Adobe Target tries to open my site with Chrome and through the public URL it doesn't succeed (error message: "The selected website is taking too long to load or does not contain Target libraries"). I always enable mixed content by the way.Another case is when I open the experiences preview, for instance of a Experience Targeting activity. I can only load the preview properly if I open it in Internet Explorer 11. Additionally, this is the only browser that shows my a Test&Target item at the Debugger at the public URL.I keep trying to make my target activities work. I am seeing an issue where Omniture is not recording the landing page that customers see when driven to my site from advertisements on other websites and social media. Background:We drive customers to a landing page that includes a form where they can input their information and be matched to products that we offer.  The proper sequencing should be 1) landing page with form, 2) a "wait page," which is a brief interstitial page while the results page loads, and then 3) the product matching page.  I now see many instances where the wait page is recorded as the first page that a customer visits.  I can pinpoint the specific date when the issue first started occurring, and then a specific date when the issue became a problem (when the number of daily occurrences increased by ~15x.  Troubleshooting:There were no changes to our website or redirect logic on those datesWe have tested our the URLs of our advertisement, and they all resolve to our landing page properlyThere is no way that indivi

Greetings,Within the Omniture Adobe Marketing cloud we are looking to add an additional dimension a Revenue report that is intended to be scheduled for distribution on daily basis. I have created a Custom Report from the delivered Revenue report however can not locate how to add additional dimensions. I can create the exact report in the Analysis Workspace area however I can not schedule a daily email/ftp from this area. I'm a bit of noob to this product so any help is much appreciated.Thank you.

I am trying to create an A/B test in Adobe Target where the second CTA button on the page is updated with new HTML and URL. When I go to update this information in my Target experience, the changes are made on the wrong CTA button. I can't seem to get this to work properly, no matter what I do. Any ideas?  Rachel

Hi,On the metadata schema editor, we have dropdown and tag field types.We have a structure of tags that we'd like to use as options in the dropdown. Is it possible?If not, is it possible to say a "Base Path" for the tag component? So we can specify where the tags can be taken from.Is there any documentation about metadata schema customization? I mean to add new properties to the field types or create new ones to be used in the metadata.Any inputs are welcome.Thanks

Hi,Can anyone tell me if its possible to use a Snippet in the 'From Name', 'From Email' and 'Reply To' sections of an email?  I send out a lot of dynamic emails and it would be so much easier if I could put a snippet in each of these sections to save having to retype every time.  There names and addresses that go into this field are not the lead owners, but the business development rep responsible for each country.Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated.ThanksJulz

My Adobe ID is animacho@animacho.net and I have books bought from www.e-books.com and I am reading them with Adobe Digital Editions. Everything was all right till this week. From two days Adobe Digital Edition refuses to get my AdobeID when I try to activate the software or the books. It says error when I activate the software and says that this is the wrong ID when I try to activate a book.

Hi,I'm creating a report in Excel in which I want to include all clicks on links to an external website that is linked to across our site. My initial thought was to create a segment of:Hit: Exit Link contains www.example.comAnd put this into a site metrics or site totals report in report builder with a metric of instances; this, I thought, would generate a single figure demonstrating how often users have clicked through to this site. However, report builder will not let me do this. I'm reluctant to use the "Exits" metric as Exits and Exit Link Instances are distinct in Analytics and it won't give a true figure. The only way I have thought of so far is to pull an exit links report in report builder with a metric of instances, but I am also reluctant to do this as there are a potentially huge number of query strings which could fill the 50,000 limit. Has anyone got any thoughts as to how best to pull this as a single figure in report builder without creating a new success event? ThanksTo

 Hi All,Issue with IE browsers(9,10 & 11), all the pages appear blank with content finder, cf# in the URL, in other browsers it works fine but with lot of delay!! When i check the console in IE, it says "HTMLFormElement" is undefined. Hi,I have a form with multiple child panels like -MainPanelName, MaritalStatus and ProvinceChildPanel_one (Only visible if MaritalStatus is true in MainPanel)Spouse Name, Spouse DOB, Spouse Salary I have set a validation expression for ChildPanel fields. My problem is, even if the ChildPanel is not visible- AEM form validates the  childPanel fields and gives me the validation error.Right now to avoid this, for every child panel field I have to set validationDisable=true in initialization expression and make it false when MartialStatus is true (Value commit script).  This is becoming a pain since I have so many fields and so many child panels (Child panels inside child panels as well). Any help ??
