Hello,Has anyone else experienced problems with the VEC Element Clicked success metric not incrementing? When I set up a campaign it appears that everything is working, but in QA none of the clicked elements increment in the report.

Can we use the existing target APis to populate offers in mobile native app? we want to pass user context + other parameters and adobe will put offers and present in the mobile app. ThanksManjeeva

Hi all,I work in a retail ecommerce and the marketing team ask to create and recommendation activity in target that recommends shoes, restricted by two columns of the products catalog, in certain jeans' produc pages. Hello,I would like to disable i18n translation in dialogs. I have the situation where I load the options for a dropdown dynamically, from a servlet. The options are exactly how they should appear in the dropdown. However, CQ seems to do some additional translation for the options. Is there a way to disable this?Thanks

We did a restore from a backup and were able to start the instance fine (logging in, etc), but going to edit any of our content pages results in a page that says:Resource dumped by HtmlRendererServletAlong with a dump of the content properties. Why are we getting this?  Are we missing a file?

Hi,I am working with an application components with supporting the Touch UI components dialogs and Classic dialogs.While using the Touch UI component dialogs, the component rendering jsp is getting executed, and it fails.I tried having JS with Granite.author the following condition:if (Granite.author) {    // touch UI} else {    // classic UI}Question:  What would be the right way to avoid the execution of code that is intended for Classic Dialogs, and not for Touch UI ?

Hi everyone -We have a previously set up program in our instance. In the set up, it has the SFDC campaign type. I uploaded a list that we will be emailing this week. The problem is is that now all those people are "members" of the program and they also all became members of the SFDC campaign which is not what I wanted. I only want to see in both instances those who did certain actions. Is this because of the sync in the program? How do I prevent this happening into the future?Thank you!

Hi All,I have recently upgraded ARM 5.6.1 to AEM 6.1. Now after the upgrade I am not able to access http://localhost:4502/socoadmin or http://localhost:4502/communities.html path. Its giving me 404.Now I am guessing these functionalities might have been moved to a different url. I tried to explore, but the closest I got was this url "http://localhost:4502/communities/moderation". But here my user-generated comments are not present.please let me know from where I could use http://localhost:4502/socoadmin or http://localhost:4502/communities.html.Thanks,Tuhin

Hello,I'm trying to extend the comments component (resourceSuperType="social/commons/components/hbs/comments"). I want to limit the comments number to 1 per user in a comment system.I managed to get it running and altered the HBS script to my needs, but neither can I find a HBS template property which tells me if the current user already wrote a comment, nor will the system allow me to register new HBS helpers or HBS attributes.For the helper I tried to add a simple conditional helper. It shows up in Firebug under the Handlebars helpers, but the HBS script won't find it:[img]handlebars helper.png[/img]I also tried to add a custom attribute in the component's javascript found under: /libs/social/commons/components/hbs/comments/clientlibs/commentsystem.js[img]handlebars attribute.png[/img]My console.log output shows up in the console but the HBS script cannot find the attribute:[img]handlebars attribute 2.png[/img]How can you add new HBS template helpers?

Social communities plugin brought in a facility to create a blog site. I am stuck with integrating it under my existing site and modify the client side rendering of the blog. I've tried replicating the folders(console,journal) under libs >social  into apps>social and customized the css in them...this obviously changes renders as expected but OOTB blog feature is disturbed and thus every blog created takes up my css and customization i did in app>social. Now I am looking for a way to create and integrate a  blog with my client side customization and not disturb OOTB provision.  This link below is inaccessible ......Hope it gives me a solution ...please look into this!https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-1/develop/communities/tutorials/extend-comments.html   Thanks!

Hi All,We're working on cleaning our Marketo database. We have our database synced with Salesforce. Other sources are list upload, web APIs and web forms.We're evaluating the possible leads/contacts that can be removed from our Marketo database. A major chunk of these are globally opted out contacts. Is it fine to remove them from the Marketo database? We just recently set up our email frequency cap, but are running into a bit of an issue with employees who receive our emails. There's a handful of us who should receive every email that goes out, but we are getting caught in the frequency caps because we sent all the emails despite the actual lists they go out to.Has anybody found a workaround for this?

Hi ,We are using AEM 6.1 + Adobe Social and not maintaining users in AEM repositoryNow we are implementing comment component  to post comments via ASRP to adobe social 1) Is there a way to POST comment into Adobe Social without maintaining user nodes in AEM.without any involvement of jcr session?2) Is there any direct Adobe Social API that can help posting into Adobe social directly without using SCF like loading users info from client context and POST via AJAX and fetch comment back from Adobe Social?3) We do not have any forum the use case and ours is more about end user posting comment and moderated in Adobe Social.

What are the differences between a Community User (in AEM) and a common AEM user? Is valid to create 50 million of users inside AEM Community (using ASRP)? or do you guys recommend to have those users in an external system?What if I need to manage preferences and personalisation for each user? Can I store that information in ASRP? or Is that info necessarily stored in usual AEM Profile?Thank you

We are re-using the out-of-box tag component which is already available inside the /libs/foundation/component/forms folder.  In Author mode, everything is working fine as expected but when it comes to Publish mode the fields associated with tag component are not getting displayed to perform the tagging operations.Moreover, when I checked for the errors available in the console of the browser. Hi All,As per the organization's branding guidelines, the text fonts that we want to use are 'Fira Sans - Light' and 'Fira Sans'.Is there a way, I can import these fonts to be used in our Landing Pages? I have tried dragging an HTML box and putting in HTML font code in it. It seems to be working inside the design panel, but once I use the URL outside Marketo in the browser, the font does not load.Can you people help me out with this issue? Hi all,I created a user rn.Made him a member of workflowusers group and offered read access to only two nodes, /apps/emitra and /content/emitra. Wanted to migrate this user with ACLs to a different AEM instance.Installed acs-aem-commons-content-2.3.0-min.In the acl packer, specified rn as principle and added /apps/emitra and /content/emitra paths and checked includePrincipals. Using Package Manager, built the package and downloaded. PFA the package. Renamed .zip extension with .txt .Using Package Manager, uploaded this package and installed in the target AEM instance. User rn was created. But acls and group info did not get copied.Please suggest ASAP.Appreciate your help.Thanks, Rama.

I am looking to add a robots.txt file to a domain alias that I've set up in Marketo.Is there a way to do this?At first I thought of uploading a file, but it would have the URL e.domain.com/rs/###-ABC-###/images/robots.txt.Has anyone run into the same issue?
