Is anyone else seeing a high % of traffic from baidu being classified under other website in the referrer type report? we are seeing nearly 80% of baidu traffic being classified under "other website". We reached out to client care - but they haven't been able to give a clear response as to why this is occurring. We drilled down to the referrer and we are seeing "pos.baidu.com". Does anyone know what this is?Thanks

I'm facing significant problems with workflows in our test environments! My workflow sends an e-mail when the following launcher criteria is met, but it only works when Run Mode is Author. When changing Run Mode to Publisher nothing happens and I've been unable to find anything in error.log. The Mail Service is configured and works as I have a service that successfully sends an e-mail. To investigate this further, I'm wondering where the workflow is actually executed when Run Mode is specified as Publisher? Should I be investigating on the Author or the Publisher? Hi All, I need to create a report that returns the amount of people with a lead status change for a time period in the past. Using the date picker is not ideal as this would be a manual process. I am trying to achieve this via 'in past xx days' combined with 'not in the past xx days'. In this example, this would mean people whose lead status changed to re-marketing during the period 9 Dec to 16 Dec 2015. Here is an exampleI dont trust the results, would someone be able to test this logic and advise weather this is at all possible?ThanksMatt

We're working on sending an alert once a form is completed on our website. We have gotten the alert to work and send just fine, however we can't alter what tokens are included in the alert email. We tried including lead phone number and title and it won't allow us to do that...what could we be missing?Thanks!

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to update SFDC Campaign member status & registration type through Marketo. To give some background, we run events where registrants can sign up for either "Advanced" or "Beginner" tracks and previously we would set up 2 SFDC campaigns for each event (one for Advanced and one for Beginner). Now I am looking to see if we can have 1 SFDC campaign and within it, be able to differentiate who has registered for (and later attended) the "Advanced" vs. "Beginner" track. Ideally, when I upload leads in a Marketo program specific to an event, I would add them to the corresponding SFDC campaign via flow step, update their status as "Registered" and also update their Registration type as either "Advanced" or "Beginner" specific to that same SFDC campaign.We want this field to relate only to SFDC Campaign member status so that a lead can have multiple Registration Types (since they can be in more than one SFDC campaign) whereas they could only have on

Hi -- I currently have three nurture campaigns running. Programs 1 and 2 are to warm leads from separate industries. Program 3 is where leads go once they have exhausted content from 1 or 2 and have not left the programs or turned into a lead for our sales team.We're looking to add a piece of content to program 1, and I'm curious as to what will happen to those who have exhausted the content in that program and have been moved into program 3. Will they receive the email added to program 1? Or, since they're already exhausted, will they not receive the new email?Since all programs run on the same day, I don't want leads to receive multiple emails from us.Any help is greatly appreciated!Thanks, Stephanie

Problem Overview:We are upgrading our system from CQ5.4 to AEM 6.1. In the existing code we have referred to POST.jsp using ajax, where we are invoking Authentication services to authenticate an external user to the system. We have recently implemented an Adobe Target and Analytics integration, but we are having a strange issue where some report suites that are not visible when attempting to change the reporting settings within a Target activity. We can change the setting in Target to report using Analytics, and we are able to select the correct company. However, when open the drop down menu in order to select a report suite, we do not have access to all of the report suites within out Analytics implementation. We have tried creating a new report suite, and within the hour we are able to see the report suite within the drop down menu. We also have access to segments and calculated metrics as audiences from those missing report suites. Is there a setting on older report suites that we need to alter in order to be able to see them within the report suite selection drop down menu?Thanks! Ruby

Hey everybody,I am trying to figure out how to send the user to a new page when they submit a form. Currently I have to have the marketo landing page within an iFrame to embed it in my CMS page. Unfortunately, because the landing page is in an iFrame the redirect URL is also in the iFrame.Can anybody suggest a way for me to be able to do this, either with or without having to embed my landing page within an iFrame.Cheers,Dean

Issue: I have 250 affiliate sites who make up our global company. Each site pays our global team to provide reporting on how their site is performing (dashboard). Our Global manager wants a report on how the company is doing as a whole and by affiliate site/s, he also wants insight for pathing across affiliate domains. Question: How do I configure that in the Adobe UI? Do I set up one global report suite, and then set up 250 more report suites to represent the affiliates- how will this affect cross visit pathing/reporting? Or can I set up one report suite and use the channel or server variable to account for the 250 affiliate sites? If I can use the channel/server variable, does Adobe allow segmentation at that level for me to see a breakdown by site and also a holistic view-If so how? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Without a security or legal requirement to have pages/forms served with SSL (https), what reasons are there to implement SSL on your Marketo landing pages? I imagine that it increases the conversion rate, so that a higher proportion of visitors will fill out a form because they see it's a secure page, but I'm having trouble finding statistics to help guide the decision. Since we don't do purchases or credit card processing through Marketo pages of course, I'm skeptical that leads will give much attention to whether or not a page has https. Does anyone know of resources regarding how much SSL increases the conversion rate for marketing pages? Or, for those of you have implemented SSL with Marketo pages, how much do you think your conversion rate went up as a result?Thanks!

Hi everyone,I would ideally like to reset my behavioral scores to 0, but I want to keep my demographic scores. Easy right?But then I was the overall lead score (which is normally behavior + demographic) to be reset to the lead's demographic score. I tried to create a flow step that was "Change Lead Score to ={{demographic token}}, but the rule only allows for whole numbers. Has anyone figure out a way to do something similar to this?Thanks!
