I gotta say I miss the help articles from the old community. Clear, concise explainer documents seem harder to find now.It would be super helpful if someone could clarify RCA, RCM, RCE, and opportunity influence analyzer in a brief breakdown. My understanding is that RCA (Revenue Cycle Analytics) is the analytical piece for the RCM (Revenue Cycle Modeler--now just Revenue Modeler?), which basically just acts as a map for your success path. RCA comes with Standard Edition, while RCE (Revenue Cycle Explorer) comes with Select Edition. Is the opportunity influence analyzer a part of RCE? How do all these relate to each other, and where does the limit of one end and the other begin?A lot of the material I've seen addresses things like industry statistics and how analytics helps Marketing. I'm more interested in a brief product overview, and based on how much I'm seeing these terms (and other made-up terms) used interchangeably, I think it would really help to clear up what each of these re

I am not able to add annotation in Touch UI mode. It works weel with Geometrixx sample website. I select "Annotation" Icon, then click on '+'. I cannot hightlight the components to add the annotation.Does anyone think I need set some property in the Component or in the template? The Documentation says that the annotation is available by default.

Hi,   We are trying to integrate AEM 6.0 with Adobe Analytics for site tracking. We have the below issue.We have applied the site catalyst frame work to a parent page( say /content/en) and tracking is happening on this page( we can see the tracking info in Adobe Debugger as well as in reports in Adobe Marketing Cloud), where as the child pages under /content/en are not tracking.As per the adobe documentation, "When you associate a web page with a framework, the framework performs tracking for that page and all descendent pages"https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-0/administer/integration/marketing-cloud/sitecatalyst/sc-connect.htmlBut when we see the page properties of child pages under 'Cloud Services', the analytics framework got inherited from parent page. But tracking is not happening.Please help me, if I am missing any other configuration, to make my child pages also start tracking. Thanks in advance.Sreeni

Hi,   We have integrated AEM with Adobe Analytics. Hello All,I have been exploring S3 vs File system for storage assets. Our asset size is approx a 1TB and i have been tasked with finding out if we should use File system storage vs S3. The assets would mostly be static and have some workflows associated with them that move them around based on business rules.I am keen to use S3 but there is an opinion that taking a snapshot of disk is fast and can be done easily while for S3 taking a snapshot is like copying the binaries to particular location etc.Any opinions are appreciated.

Hi there,we are in the process of rolling out a new custom eCommerce engine in conjunction with AEM. What are the best practices for localised product descriptions ? Are these considered part of PIM (system of record: eCommerce) or rather part of experience management/marketing (system of record: AEM) ?It would be interesting to understand how this is being handled with existing eCommerce integrations such as hybris, and what the pro's and con's for either approach are. Thx Nick

I would like to breakdown a variable by visit so I can see trended stats. For example, visits to a particular page name over time.. At the moment, the only metric available is time spent per visit. Where in admin do I go to update this?Thanks

Hi,I am trying to perform versions purge for DAM content with Purge Versions tool OOTB from AEM but I have the following exception. It seems that there are versions for a certain node, but this node is not versionable. The issue here is that when the exception occurs for a certain node, all the other version nodes in the recursion list are skipped... You will see by the dotted line that the section is editable. But how do I remove not just the content within, but also the container itself?Thanks!

Hi All, We have a scenario wherein an email needs to be sent out to leads only if both, their Last Names and their Company Names values change. To achieve this, I created a smart campaign. Set two Data Value Changes Trigger Filter : First : Data Value Changes with Attribute - Last Name Second : Data Value Changes with Attribute - Company NameI also have the filtering mode set to - Use ALL Filters. However, while testing ; it seems leads receive email even when only the Last Names change and not when both of them happen together. Could you guys help me out with what am I doing wrong here? What will be right Smart List rule to set up in such a scenario to achieve the desired result ?Thank You all ! Prabash Rath.

Hi,I have a situation where a lead is deleted from Marketo, but not in Dynamics.  When I fill in a form (not a marketo form) with the same info as the lead I deleted, the record in the CRM updates, but nothing flows down to Marketo.  My question isIs this an expected behavior in Marketo (ie once a lead is deleted from Marketo, will Dynamics never sync down and create a new lead again?) or is it likely a rule in place in the CRM that is not creating a new lead in Marketo?One thing to note is that the lead is always created in CRM first and then creates a lead in Marketo.Any help/ideas would be greatly appreciated!Thanks
