Hi,currently i have one Author and multiple Publisher wrt the region they cater. For Example, i have created 3 sites for Canada, Asia and Europe in Author (using MSM concept). There are three Publishers located at the respective region ie Canada, Asia and Europe. In Author i have configured 3 replication agent to publish content to 3 publishers respectively. Now when i publish a page from canada site, the same page is created in all the three publishers. Though this page specific to Canada will never be called from other 2 regions.So my question is if the replication from a single Author be configured in such a way when we publish a page it is replicated to the publisher specific to the region. RegardsSandeep.S

I am trying to work on a multidomain website and have used sling based mapping to map the domain to a landing page within AEM.For eg. www.mobile.example.com --> is mapped to /content/example/mobile/home.htmlSo when user hits www.mobile.example.com, there is an internal redirection to /content/example/mobile/home.html and the same page is shown without the extension or content path.So far so good. When we go for web service based authentication against an IDP and if we don't sync users back in AEM.How can user access AEM content or logged into CRX?How can we achieve Personalization, if user profile is not in AEM?

HI Team,I have set up the publish instance in my local.When i access it like the link (localhost:4503), it redirects to page http://localhost:4503/content/geometrixx/en/toolbar/account/login.html?resource=%2Fuseradmin&$$login$$=%24%24login%24%24&j_reason=User+name+and+password+do+not+matchand getting an error Authentication Failed.When i access any page, it redirects to the same error.Please help.Thanks

Hi Guys,I am facing problem while creating OSGI bundles using CRXDE in AEM 6.1. I couldn't build the bundle, its throws error in build info like "Unable to scan class files: com.mywebsite.test.Activator (Class file format probably not supported by ASM ?)".  If anyone come across with this issue, kindly help me to overcome this one.Thanks,Raja

Hello--I find a very strange issue on DTM. On the PageLoad Rules it's impossible to send a variable with all evar after the eVar75.For Exemple we send the string "Home" on the eVar75, but not send for all eVar after 76.Any idea ?

Hi,For the first time when a touch ui custom component is added onto a page, its outline(blue box) is not visible and hence not editable. Only after page refresh(manually) we are able to see the component. I compared the component implementation for touch dialog with that of the foundation Text&Image component, but could not find any difference related to this.Any help on this would be highly appreciated.Thank you.

Hello,How can I un-favorite a report? When I X out from the menu or un-click the star I get a confirmation message "Are you sure you want to unfavorite?" I click yes but when I refresh it is still there.

Hello,I have a dialog with two tabs that have the exact same properties but they should be saved under different nodes (sibling nodes). Is it possible to have an xml that is being reused for both tabs? I didn't find a way to parameterize the name property such that for tab1, properties are saved under node1 while for tab2 properties are saved under node2. Thanks

Unless I am wrong, and I am never wrong...  just kidding, that's from The Princess Bride...  As the platform currently functions,  a project with 2 TLCs, each collection that requires a different layout between tablet and phone, requires a duplicate collection so that those same cards, w/ same rules can be applied to a different layout, correct?Wouldn't it make sense that, IF a project has 2 TLCs, then each collection should be able to be assigned 2 layouts??? It's very confusing when you have two sets of collections, each with the same name (because it's visible within the app) and all sub collections duplicated as well... especially when they're accessing responsive HTML articles.Seems to me it would be so much more efficient and a better DX (developer/designer experience) to be able to apply a Tablet layout to a collection and a Phone layout to the same collection - or at least the ability to duplicate the collection, instead of having to rebuild each one separately! Just a thought

Hello,I have been working on a dam system which requires several assets to be published everyday. Keen to explore the S3 data store for storing the binaries. I have run into a road block where the organization is reluctant to hand over the secret /acess key for S3 configurations.Is there are way around it? Can i use encrypted key / not use the key at all and yet being able to publish the assets etc.Thanks for your help

Hi, trying to figure out why when I upload renditions to assets on the author site they are not appearing in the mounted drive (WebDAV).  The companion app was not working properly so I downloaded WebDAV to act as my mounted drive and I don't see any of the renditions inside the folders.  Is there a reason why the renditions do not appear?  I see them on the publish (asset share) site but not within the mounted drive.  Thanks, Chris

I have a questions regarding, Sightly and AEM.So I have created a component that display data based on the 2 inputs, when I drag-and-drop the component to the page I am looking for initial TEXT to appear and then when I double click and edit the component that text will disappear.Thank you ahead of time,-T

I'm having an issue with the app crashing when swiping between articles horizontally. It's almost like the app can't keep up with me and gets overwhelmed. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? My articles are in HTML, is there something I'm doing wrong with the HTML format that is killing the system? I'm running iOS 9 on an iPad 4 with the app built in the latest version (what was released today 11/24/15).
