Hi, I have a question on building segment. As we know, channel tracking code expires after 30 days and visits came to site again after 30 days will go to direct channel.  What if visitors came to site by tracking code and didn't make any purchase, and the visits would go to corresponding TC channel(e.g. email, display...). Then after 30 days, visitor came to site again and make a purchase (the visits and orders will go to direct channel). So I want to build a segment to find out how many visits and orders go to direct channel because of the 30 days expired.  I've tried this segment rule. Am I on the right track? Thanks!

hi thereI read the Adobe CQ documentation about CUG, it is saying to create links within an non-protected page. but I would like to have inside JSP code of the page a condition to check user group and show different content. is it possible? Linking To The RealmSince the target of any links to the CUG Realm are not visible to the anonymous user, the linkchecker will remove such links.To avoid this, it is advisable to create non-protected redirect pages that point to pages within the CUG Realm. The navigation entries are then rendered without causing the linkchecker any problems. Only when actually accessing the redirect page will the user be redirected inside the CUG Realm - after successfully providing their login credentials.  

Is there an easy way to reverse lookup a form based on the embed ID of the item?

I've got a custom responsive landing page that I'm working on, and there is a couple of small areas that we want to have change based on who is viewing the page (a video and an image).I've done a few tutorials and they don't seem to fully answer my questions, I've got segmentations, segments and the start of some snippets started but I'm not sure how to reference the content of the snippets in the code of the template I'm building. It seems to make sense when I set up blocks to pull in the snippets using the wsywig editor, but I'm not sure how to make the connection through the template I'm developing. Hey all, been working on this for hours today and am unable to find a solution.I'm trying to make it so the form "ret" value, that is, the page that it redirects to after submission, changes based on the value of a certain radio button on the form. I am building an event RSVP form. Depending on if the user chooses "Yes", "No" or "Maybe" on the form, it will redirect them to a different "Thanks" page with appropriate text. The URL of this thanks page is set by a program token - {{my.RSVP Yes URL}}, {{my.RSVP No URL}}, {{my.RSVP Maybe URL}}.I have found another topic addressing this question here: redirecting to different pages depending on form fields chosen - however, this solution does not work for me (and it also mentions a Marketo help article on the topic that I cannot find). It appears that the fields used in that solution, "returnURL" and "retURL", may no longer be used in marketo forms. The relevant hidden field is now simply named "ret", and it is only visible as part of a <

 I've been trying to log in via different browsers.  In Chrome I get the message Page Not Found.  FireFox it just hangs and never loads a page (returns a white screen).  Anyone else having problems?  Can't log in, can't submit an issue.

I would like to embed a Marketo form on our website Contact Us page. But we need a comments field so visitors can say why they are contacting us so we can route the request to the right department. Can you add a comment field or can you only add fields that are listed in Marketo?
