The credit card I used to subscribe to Cloud expired. I've gone into my profile to update it and all I need to do is change the expiration year, not the date ... nothing else, but when I hit send I get a red warning saying the address is incorrect. It really doesn't make any sense.

Are .epub files included in the Adobe Analytics File Downloads report?

I am getting an error when I try to get to the Customize Menus option for a Report Suite.  It clocks for a while and then I get an error page with the message "Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data.".   I am able to go into the other options for the Report Suite but get the failure for this one option. 

Looking to recreate event reports I created in Google Analytics within Adobe Analytics.What is the best way to accomplish this task? Hello Team,Not sure if this exists but I am looking for a benchmark for what percent of your entire email database should be opt-out. I know there are opt-rates per campaign usually around .1% - .5% and some even say say below 2%. However, what is the number for your entire email database. I am currently running at 5% of my entire email database. Not sure if that is good or bad. Appreciate any help.

Short version:Among other cookie problems, we keep archived copies of newsletters available from a particular page on our website. It turns out that the way these pages were added were by viewing our communications director's web version of an email, pasting into a text doc, and saving as HTML. That means that anyone who has visited these pages before they filled out a form - and therefore we have "identified" them - are tied to her account, as near as I can tell.We have been doing this for more than a year.We will fix or pull down the newsletters, but I'm trying to figure out a way, programatically, to delete the cookie if an ID is found that is tied to that account. This would be very useful for us, because we have other, similar problems, going on. I'm finding the online preview experience very slow, at the moment. This is an app, not DPS PreflightWithout tapping on the preview button, the project I am working on is constantly 'previewing' and its taking over an hour to fill the little blue bar as pictured below.Waiting for the results of any changes are taking an age - and this is not practical at all. You press 'preview' and hope that at some point in the next 30 minutes your changes to cards, collections, layouts etc will show on the device as an 'update' but this is simply not happening. I'm on a superfast network at a major publisher so that's not the issue.

Hello -My engagement program is using programs in its streams (instead of individual emails).If a contact has a member status (of any, i.e. Sent, Opened, Engaged) in a particular program, if that contact was to come across that program again (say in a different engagement stream), will the be sent the email triggered in the Program or pass through to the next?Thank you.

Hi All,I am building a component which reads suffix from url and then use that as input for component.So when we have a url like this /content/virtual-sites/baseStore/catalog/en/secure/order-summary.html/00001114It is making so many below request. Problem is now that when the page loads and to read suffix i request.getRequestPathInfo().getSuffix() return /00001114.3.json and thus in my code I have to put ugly check and parse it to a proper value.Looking at below logs I get idea it is happening because of my parsys, and sling understand them as star resource . Hi,I have implemented size based log rotation for error.log. The error.log rotates when size is 10MB. The client has asked for 100 previous rotations to be maintained. The issue is that while the log rotation occurs when file size is 10MB but only previous 21 versions are maintained.Has anybody faced this issue? Any hints on what could be wrong?Regards,Anil

Hello All,I need to write a component that does **file upload (restrict the upload file types to PDF only).**I have seen CQ has its own dialogs to upload files, but I am not sure, whether I could resuse them.Please let me know, if I could use out of the box xtypes "smartfile","fileuploadfield", "html5fileuploadfield", or "uploaddialogbutton"with restriction to PDF files. OR  Do I need to write custom component extending one of the xtypes?I appreciate all the help.Thank you,Sri

Hi all, I'm a beginner for AEM and I'm currently following the the AEM Back-end Developer video training. In one of the lessons, when I try to "mvn clean install -P full" project to the crx lite, I got an error: [ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-compiler-plugin:2.0.2:compile (default-compile) on project company-core: Compilation failure [ERROR] C:\Users\guanlun.mu\Desktop\videoTraining\company\company-core\src\main\java\com\adobe\training\core\CleanupServiceImpl.java:[44,65] error: cannot find symbol The code I used was directly copy-pasted from the student file downloaded from the course, so the code itself should be OK. I'm thinking it may be some maven config error but I'm not sure. Anyone have same error? Lots of thanks! 

Hi,I'm working on a SOAP getMultipleLeads call for a Static List.Below is the XML I'm using in the body of the SOAP call.  The error message returned says<message>The leadSelector is not supported.
