Hey guys,For the second time in a short while now I've run into some trouble where the changes I make to an Email Template won't take effect and Marketo keeps sending out the old version of the template. Anyone else experienced these issues?Yes, I've approved both the template and the email after making the changes.

Hi,I'm trying to find some documentation that shows what types of report can be created by Program Status, but I can't find anything on here on in docs?So I'm looking to show what types of reporting can be done by Channel and then by Program Status...I know this is possible in RCA, but I wondered if there were any documents to show this?ThanksJulz

Hi All ,I have a requirement in which I need to show a component in sidekick only for few groups , and for all other groups it should not be displayed in sidekick . Has anyone idea of the same as I am not sure same can be achieved via ACL's or not as ACL can monitor node appearance in crxde but here it is sidekick . Regards

We have lots of events, which we offer registration for new leads.If I'm not quick enough, the registration form can stay live on the web after the event. Does anyone have a neat solution they use? I'm imagining a process where the page holding the form changes after a certain date.

My company is a women's wellness retreat - so our goals are for people to contact us and talk to our sales staff about programs, and (ultimate goal) make a reservation for the retreat.Our company is working with a third party group that is independently tracking our SEM leads, and this keeps us from tracking appropriately in Marketo - i.e. creating unique forms or landing pages for people to be sent to us via an ad - obviously making it difficult to report on revenue earned via ad campaigns if someone converts (makes a reservation) with us. We use the Marketo API to get information about our users onto our site, but we're concerned that hitting the rate limit on the site will affect our salesforce sync. Do all integrations share the 10,000 request limit? or is it on a per app basis?

I fully understand the concept of multi-touch attribution. This question is in the detail of when an activity is considered attributed? Is it any touch when they are sent or visit something, or is it Success for a particular program? I read the term "conversion" but that means many things to many people. What does the Marketo system use to include an action as part of multi-touch attribution? Thanks.

I have students creating DPS projects who just want to display/use them in a gallery setting on an iPad, without publishing the app. Currently we do this with the Content Viewer app on the iPads. What is the CC 2015 version of this??? I can't find anything in the User Guide or documentation I have seen so far.

I am getting an error when I try to get to the Customize Menus option for a Report Suite.  It clocks for a while and then I get an error page with the message "Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data.".   I am able to go into the other options for the Report Suite but get the failure for this one option.

Hello Team,Not sure if this exists but I am looking for a benchmark for what percent of your entire email database should be opt-out. I know there are opt-rates per campaign usually around .1% - .5% and some even say say below 2%. However, what is the number for your entire email database. I am currently running at 5% of my entire email database. Not sure if that is good or bad. Appreciate any help.

Short version:Among other cookie problems, we keep archived copies of newsletters available from a particular page on our website. It turns out that the way these pages were added were by viewing our communications director's web version of an email, pasting into a text doc, and saving as HTML. That means that anyone who has visited these pages before they filled out a form - and therefore we have "identified" them - are tied to her account, as near as I can tell.We have been doing this for more than a year.We will fix or pull down the newsletters, but I'm trying to figure out a way, programatically, to delete the cookie if an ID is found that is tied to that account. This would be very useful for us, because we have other, similar problems, going on. I'm finding the online preview experience very slow, at the moment. This is an app, not DPS PreflightWithout tapping on the preview button, the project I am working on is constantly 'previewing' and its taking over an hour to fill the little blue bar as pictured below.Waiting for the results of any changes are taking an age - and this is not practical at all. You press 'preview' and hope that at some point in the next 30 minutes your changes to cards, collections, layouts etc will show on the device as an 'update' but this is simply not happening. I'm on a superfast network at a major publisher so that's not the issue.

Hello -My engagement program is using programs in its streams (instead of individual emails).If a contact has a member status (of any, i.e. Sent, Opened, Engaged) in a particular program, if that contact was to come across that program again (say in a different engagement stream), will the be sent the email triggered in the Program or pass through to the next?Thank you.

I have created a simple campaign via saveCampaignAPI.I have attached the XML through which I have created the campaign.Now I would like to show this campaign's data on an a plain HTML page(like offers inside this campaign).I know it can be done through mboxes , however I'm struggling with it, Could anyone provide any inputs about the same?A sample reference mbox that fetches data from target server would help a lot:)Thanks in advance.
