My company is considering a switch to Salesforce.com. We've used Marketo for 3 years so I'm familiar with Marketo. What I'm not familiar with is what I need to consider if and when we make the move to Salesforce.com. I've come across a few resources, but thought I'd ask the community... What planning needs to be completed before implementing Salesforce and Marketo? How long does said planning typically take? I'm sure it varies, but what's the average?What other resources and considerations would you suggest?Any advice would be much appreciated!

Guys, I am facing the issues in author environment while including the 'ui-view' in the html to achieve the routing concept. parsys are not displaying properly and in the design mode, edit option is not coming for parsys component. If any faced this issue, kindly help me to over come this one.Thanks,Muthuraja

I use the Folio Builder to create presentations, then have users log into the Adobe Content Viewer on their iPads to download and present.  I never actually publish the presentations, just use the Content Viewer.  Is there a similar "free" solution to do this same thing with the new DPS 2015?  I don't want to publish anything and spend ridiculous amounts of money, just continue to use a free viewer.

In the past my sales reps have been able to preview emails sent from the sales insight section of a leads record, simply by clicking on the subject line in the email tab. All of a sudden they are no longer able to do so. When they click on an email subject line they are prompted to log into Marketo, and they don't have Marketo accounts, nor have they ever. I think it might have something to do with our API hitting it's limit  last week, which caused us to reset our Marketo user's password in Salesforce and also reset our sync token in Marketo. Has anyone experienced this? How did you fix it? Thanks!!

I have the below requirement could someone provide inputs as what could be done1. I want to rewrite the  "localhost:4502/tools.html" to "http://localhost:4502/apps/cq/core/content/tools.html"If I check in "http://localhost:4502/system/console/jcrresolver" for /tools/html ,  I can see the rewrite url is "path=/libs/cq/core/content/tools"It should be changed to "/apps/cq/core/content/tools"Thanks in  advance.

Hi Guys,In our project, we are migrating from Teamsite to AEM6.1. We identified all the components and templates from Teamsite CMS and now we are going to create very basic page level component under apps. Our approach:We first took the Teamsite page and reviewed the page using import site option(http://localhost:4502/etc/importers/site.html) for look and feel of page in CQ(We cant edit those fields). It has created the sample templates, components and clientlibs for that page--> By using this, we have created new project and copied those templates, components, and created new page from siteadmin using that template(which created from site importer) and given cq:designPath - etc/design/xxx(created one from site importer).Now the question: We cannot edit/make any changes in that page because that is only done through site importer. Now how we can make as editable components in that created page.If this is not the approach, Please suggest what else other approach we can follow.Thanks,

With the upcoming release only days away, will it be able to completely disable the Smart List subscriptions feature? Perhaps enabling it for certain Users / Roles?

I'm trying to set up progressive profiling in forms 2.0 - we had successfully done this in the old forms but I want to set the order of the progressive fields and it does not seem like we are able to do so. For example, first visit show 1,2,3 and then second visit show 4,5,6.... In fact, right now, all fields are showing up from the get-go. Any help? Tried searching the community but it's terrible now - impossible to find any information in here. Thanks!

In order to view the full list of forms in design studio, it says I must export the list.  However, I can't seem to find where I am able to export this list.  Am I missing something?

We set up a Marketo landing page containing a list of about 18 links to presentations from a seminar. The seminar registration was set up in a non-Marketo system, and the email sent out as a follow-up to the event was sent out through that non-Marketo system. It drives attendees to this page of presentation links so they can review the information post-event. Now the customer would like to know how many people clicked each of these 18 links. They don't need specific information on the IP the people are coming from, just a total number of clicks per link. What's the best way to get this data? The email has already been sent out (a few days ago), so triggered campaigns won't help.

Why does a AEM 6.1 MSRP needs SOLR along with MongoDB ? Is SOLR a default search provider for MSRP based communities? Is it mandatory to configure SOLR or Can OOTB OAK-Lucerne used for search? How the MSRP can work along other search providers ?

HI All,I am facing an issue to integrate AEM 6.1 with OKTA SSO. I provide following configuration in OKTA end. 1) SP URL, 2) NameIDFormat - "urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:nameid-format:transient" rest of the configurations are default.In AEM end I provide following information, 1) IDP URL (OKTA URL), 2) Service Provider Entity ID, 3) Create trust store by supplying the password & then upload the IdP certificate 4) Create KeyStore by supplying the password 5) Rest of the configuration I did as per the "http://www.aemstuff.com/blogs/july/saml.html" URL. But when I am trying to execute the AEM I am getting "com.adobe.granite.auth.saml.SamlAuthenticationHandler Private key of SP not provided: Cannot sign Authn request" warning and the screen is blinking continuously. I may have to provide public or private key, but I am not sure who will provide that key and where I have to import that. Could you please help me on this issue?ThanksTridib

Can someone help me understand the difference between the data-sly-list and data-sly-repeat sightly tags and scenarios in which each one can be used?

When uploading .docx files to AEM, some of the files thumbnail, while other do not.  Is there a reason for this, or a specific setting that is messing things up?Thanks

Requirement: I want add one custom feature for an asset. Example one i selected an asset in touch ui i can see View Properties, Move,Copy, Add to Collection options. Similarly i have to add one more custom option for an asset (Subscribe). Please let me know what are the things i have to do for this. 

Hi,I am using AEM 6.0 with SP2. We have added ACLs through GLOB patterns. I want to create a authoring group which has very limited access(in welcome screen just websites, inbox should be displayed). When user clicks on websites icon, which should open site admin console with the folders that user is authorized to see.We can use Useradmin console to fullfill my requirement. I mean i need to provide read access at top level (/) and need to deny on many things. We should touch many node ACLs to allow and deny access which is complex. Just to avoid that, i wrote a java utility which reads property file (will specify the group names, content paths and access needed) and generates rep:policy nodes at specific content paths. I was able to restrict access and allowing very limited access to user in welcome screen. I have a registration form with few fields like name, email id etc and a submit button.Here are the few questions regarding this:  1.Can I create a form with fields(name,email id) in DPS 2015.   2. If yes,  How can we retrieve the data from the form after submitting. Is there any  API to retrieve the form data from DPS 2015?  3. Where do we store the data? Hi all,We have a requirement where we need to create a custom component group via a Java service. This service will be responsible of reading a list of components and adding those in the custom Group.The purpose is to display only the configured components in the sidekick irrespective of the templates selected. We know AEM provides OOTB etc\design functionality but just want to know if anyone in the forum has come up with any such scenario. Thanks,Shikha

I am setting up a webinar that I want to show in the user's time zone - everyone seeing the landing page is already in Marketo and has a Time Zone field populated for them. I wrote an email script token to change the time zone in emails, now I want the landing page to also change the time zone displayed but there is nothing like an email script token for landing pages. I wrote some javascript to try to populate a <span> that I put an ID on based on the lead's Time Zone field. I have 12 navigation cards, all of my card's metadata tItles are displayed correctly in ipad viewer, but not in the iPhone 6 viewer !!Im using top image templates !!!I've tried to change the typo size, padding etc ... 1.We had created a new system user with the following node structure:/home/users/system/iea/ieaadminThis was used to get s session object and used further.All this was done on AEM 6.1 with Java 1.82. Now we wanted to test out our code on AEM 6.0 Service Pack 1 with Java 1.8.The first issue we faced was that the package manger did not allow the upload of this old ACL package. It says that the authorizableFolder "iea" was not found and so cannot upload.3. The idea behind having our project specific user inside a separate folder was to manage the vlt filter.xml inclusions.Can we know what is the issue and the best way to handle this so that a common ACL package will work for both instances?
