Hi there,I'm trying to integrate Adobe Target and CQ5 according to this documentation: http://dev.day.com/docs/en/cq/current/administering/integrating_with_adobe_marketing_cloud/test_and_target.htmlI've run into a few issues however:When I create a campaign in CQ, there is no campaign created in Adobe Target. The docs say there is a delay, but I've waited about half an hour and still nothing.When I try to create Targeted content according to this http://dev.day.com/docs/en/cq/current/wcm/content-targeting.html , when I click the + icon to add an Experience, nothing happens.I'm not sure if these issues are related, but I assume issue 1 needs to be fixed for Adobe Target to work properly anyway.Can anyone assist?Cheers,-Winston

Hey there. I am singularly a Target Standard user and I'm unable to identify input boxes as a conversion. Using this click event is crucial to measuring the conversion for my experiment. Is there a way to force the conversion if we apply the conversion trigger directly to the element or do I have to use the Visual Experience Composer? I would prefer to just not use the VEC to trigger goal completions and instead use Dynamic Tag Manager since it is infinitely more flexible.

Our team uses Adobe Test & Target to target banner ads at certain “persona groups.” These banner ads are in hundreds of different campaigns. We pull metrics from the tool such as banner impressions and click-thru-rate %s for each of the persona groups for comparison. As of now, the process is very tedious as we have to pull each number manually from the tool. We’d like to automate the process somehow. Is there a way we can automatically load the T&T data into Tableau for analysis? Ideally, the data would be refreshed and updated from time to time, but if not, even a one-time pull (i.e., one-time data extract) would be great. As far as I'm concerned, Adobe Target doesn't have any aggregate data reporting option to include metrics for ALL campaigns and metrics for each of the persona groups).

Hi - we have a test that spans 2 different browsers - the 1st is IE that powers a desktop application and the 2nd is the user's default browser. The test starts inside IE and finishes on the user's 2nd browser. We've read all the documentation that is available (which isn't much) for doing this kind of stuff and we're tried every permutation of setting mBoxSession, mBoxPC and nothing seems to work. At best the functionality seems to work intermittently. When the user's pcID and session ID are matched across browsers I'd expect to see conversion activity attributed to the campaign but it's not.Anyone on here had experience with this?Thanks, Richard

We want use the Target to Analytics integration (so that we have the Target | Test & Target Reports | Campaigns report under Analytics) and currently there is a limitation that only 1 Target account can be tied to 1 Analytics company.  However, we have many report suites under our 1 Analytics company.  We also have many Target accounts so this prevents us from setting up the Target to Analytics integration for our multiple Target accounts (we can only choose 1 Target account that can use the Target to Analytics integration).  CustomerCare had us try moving some of the other report suites to their own separate Analytics company, but this workaround did not work either since the Analytics company must own (the report suite must have been originally created under) the report suite in order for the Target to Analytics integration to work.This limitation is very frustrating for large agencies. It would be nice, if it was posible to make true multipage test in target. You could take a look at how Optimizely solve this. It's very neat.In the userinterface in target, I see that I can make rules for running the same piece of content on multible pages. I would like to run a different piece of content on the two pages, but as a part of the same test.The thing we'd like to test could be, templates for copy writing on multible products, or templates for product specific banners.Here's an example of what a test might look like: Variant A Page X. Product text: "Buy product X in our company + (product description, Type 1) Page Y Product text: "Buy product Y in our company + (product description, Type 1) Variant B Page X. Hello - My company and I are just getting started on some Global Homepage Testing for our site.Our first area of testing is our current content of a flashing, rotating panels versus a static image panel with that same content. However, rather than solely testing the mbox content of flash vs. static, we also want to know how the total homepage is affected by the test based on what experience a customer was served. For example, if they saw flashing, did a submessage outside the mbox perform worse or better...and vice versa for the static experience. Essentially, everything outside the targeted mbox experiences A or B, should also be targeted with A or B appropriately.Is this possible through a Global mbox and targeting them within the same experience?Thanks for your help!

Why is there a difference between data I see in Adobe Target and data I see in Adobe Analytics?

I am working with a site that fires JavaScript functions at various points in a session.  Right now I am polling certain pages using setinterval at 1 second looking for the results of the a function having fired (a div's css display == 'block', a span's text == 'thank you', etc.).  Is there a better way to listen for a function to execute and then firing my own code in response?

Hello, I am able to get/set campaign configuration settings using the T&T API, but I cannot find a way to get or set NOTES to the campaign. T&T API: https://marketing.adobe.com/developer/en_US/documentation/test-target/pdf Does anyone knows of a way to achieve any of the following goals with the T&T API? a. Add a Note to the campaign when updating it using the API. b. Retrieve the ID of the last change log after updating the campaign. c. Retrieve the date of the last change log after updating the campaign. d. Retrieve the last modification date of a campaign, along with the user info of the user who modified it? Any of the above data will help me keep a proper change log for any updates made to a campaign using the API. Any help is greatly appreciated.

For example I have a page rule defined that already has the global mbox but what if I also want to fire off a recommendation script on the same page? Hello, I just wanted to ask if there is a solution to parse the results of the performance API report to a CSV file. I have read the documentation and notice that this could be done by creating a script using Perl, Python or Ruby, however I don't really know any of the scripting languages and I do need to create reports from my campaigns that can be distributed in excel. Is there any way of transferring API's results to CSV without having to write a script.Thanks in advance,Ivan

Hello experts!According to the Adobe Target Classroom book, PCID profile data is cleared/reset in a maximum of 84 days.Does this mean that I cannot connect two sessions of web activity that happen 4 months apart to the same person? ie is the PCID cleared, or just the profile data for that ID?If the latter, this will be a nightmare for Master Data Management, and maintaining a Single Customer View, unless I'm missing something? Thanks, Chris.Marketing consultant, UK.

Hi all, Authors can edit the i18n text using i18n Translator provided by AEMhttp://localhost:4502/libs/cq/i18n/translator.html https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/cq/5-6-1/developing/cq5-translator.html After making updates - is there any easy way by which Content Author themselves can activate the i18n changes to Publish server.   Once way to do is to use Tree Activationhttp://localhost:4502/etc/replication/treeactivation.html But content authors might not have access to do this.  Is there any other easy way which Content Authors can use to replicate i18n node changes ?

I seeing some differences in the resulting images that I cannot figure out. A PSD loaded into AEM and allowing it to publish to scene7 is changing the shadows on my images to no longer contain alpha transparency. If I load the same image directly into scene7 all is correct. Anybody have a clue what is happening?

Hi,I am trying to find how to completely remove the filter path from the  content package in AEM using Java. My scenario is like, when author deactivate the page, then that particular page path in the filter of the content package has to be removed. And it has to be implemented using Java. If some have solution, Please let me know. Hello Folks,we have a two different requirement in our project.1. We have 1 author server and 4 publish servers, 2 is for prod(for internet users) and other 2 are for prod preview(for internal users), internal users have to certify the content before it goes to external users. So Author should be having such flexibility, so that he can select the desired publish environment while activating content. 2. Other requirement is to publish assets to some web server other than publish servers for some other application.Can you guys please provide your valuable suggestion in achieving the above requirements.  ~RegardsSatya

I am trying to configure saml authentication handler using - http://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-1/administer/security/saml-2-0-authenticationhandler.html.I am using ssocircle IDP for my testing and configured the logout url in SAML authetication handler ashttps://idp.ssocircle.com:443/sso/IDPSloPost/metaAlias/ssocircle.SAML autehtication is working, when I try to open the configured path, I get redirected to IDP login page and after authentication the AEM page opens fine. Problem comes when I try to logout from AEM. I expect the IDP logout page that we configured in SAML should open but actually it opens the AEM login page. Could anyone point what am I missing over here. Do we need to put something in the IDP source provider metadata to enable the logout.In SAML config, I have enabled the "Handle Logout" config.Thanks,Deepak
