Hi,I want to configure my event, is there any way to specify multiple CSS classes?, i want the event to fire on the condition that the HTML elements that are clicked should have class A AND class B AND Class C. please refer to the screen shot. I want my event to fire when the element iam clicking on has class "align-L2-content" AND  "pl-1" AND "hyber-link".

Is there a way to access application JS variables in launch script?In our application, we store the data received in service calls into a Javascript variable, how do i access this variable in my Data elements in AEP data collection?, the documentation i looked at point to creating a data element of type "Javascript variable" but they are not pointing to any implementation as such. also, looking to see if this can be implemented without the data layer.

I have two components in separate pages. I want to show the authored data of component 1 in component 2. Is there someway we can achieve this without the creation of a content api? If possible is it possible to pull the entire htl of component 1 in component 2?Preferably using HTL itself?

Hello there,I am using NodeSDK on the react code base to send requests to prefetch offers. I am seeing most of the values are coming back undefined from the Adobe server, is there a reason? Am I missing anything in the request? My request is simple:    prefetch: { mboxes: [ { index: 0, name: 'mbox Name' } ] }    

Has anyone managed to keep the formatting (like bullets and numbers) from a “text with formatting” field when it’s transferred into the body of an email module? I am returning the below when the email has been sent. I am using the HTML content type option.  Our team wants to bullet or number key information and ensure that this formatting is preserved when it appears in the email.

What are some good resources for learning Java development for building AEM components? I currently am a front end developer, but need to learn the backend. I have a Projects report that shows the last made comment on a Project. I would like to show only comments that were NOT made by one specific group of people, SUPPORT.  The report is set up to show comments if the notes is not blank and if the project was updated last by not SUPPORT.But this may still result in showing comments made by SUPPORT, if the SUPPORT group left the last comment and then the owner loads a document but does not leave a comment. **Keeping this as a project report allows the Support users to "resolve" the comment by making the next update to the Project essentially clearing the comment from the report. I was using text mode to try to get at Last Note - Owner Home Group ID - does not equal - SUPPORT I just can't determine what that string would be.  This is what i have tried with no luck lastNote:owner:homeGroupID=584eb575000bd72994a1add416e3d90flastNote:owner:homeGroupID_Mod=notin

I want to restrict access to teams to be able to see the websites for dev and stage on an AEMaaCS implementation. I can't add a whitelist as all of the developers/qa's e.t.c are working from home and don't have a fixed IP Address I thought it would. be easy to just add an .htaccess file and restict it, however I can't see how this will work as i don't know the location of the password file.

We have a requirement to create header using tabs component. We have added this tab component in Header.html file using below code: <header>    <sly data-sly-resource="${ @9556322 = header, resourceType = '/apps/abc/components/content/tabs', wcmmode=mode}"></sly></header> In the pages, we are not able to add any tab item.We need to allow only one specific component to be added to the tabs in this scenario. We tried to add policies but its giving PersistenceEsxception: unable to create node at /conf/abc/settings/wcm/policies. Any suggestions on this issue how to fix it? @kautuk_sahni @arunpatidar @aanchal-sikka @EstebanBustamante @Raja_Reddy @TarunKumar @Saravanan_Dharmaraj @Jörg_Hoh @lukasz-m

We have a package that contains AEM pages and DAM files, around 800MB in size. In AEM prem, as a best practice, we usually log in separately to both author and publish instances to deploy the AEM packages. This approach allows us to uninstall the package from either instance in case of any issues. However, in AEM Cloud, this doesn't seem feasible because we can't directly log into the publish instance due to the auto-scaling nature of the cloud pods. The only available option appears to be installing the package on the author instance and then replicating it to the publish instance. However this approach doesn't allow us to uninstall content from the publish instance if there's a need to revert changes. Is there any alternative option available to handle this scenario effectively?

Looking for any suggestions/recommendations on how we can load and penetration test before our go-live date through Adobe? Appreciate any documentation or other references.Thanks!

Hi , I am trying to delete AEM page programmatically using pagemanager.delete() OFTB method but  for some pages I am facing an exception it states - Error while deleting page & other exception was Error while creating a version. Does anyone has any idea when does these 2 exception comes Note: page that I want to delete is not having any children  Thanks,

Hey guys, I have been tweaking the OTB teaser component and been trying to validate it on my local and RDE.The local output is as below - While on RDE the image tag in HTML is not loading as seen below -We're pushing the code with aio-plugin and the changes are reflecting promptly but the HTML for image which is defined in Sightly as below is coming in local but not RDE<div class="image-container"> <div class="teaser-image"> <sly data-sly-call="${imageTemplate.image @ teaser=teaser}"></sly> </div> </div>Any pointers for the same?

Imagine we have a structure as belowProducts(parent page)    -Mobile (child page 1)    -Tablet (child page 2)I have a component in parent Products page with list items authored to names of child pages. Now when i click on Mobile i want the mobile page contents to be populated in the component. How to achieve this?

Hi,  I have created a new events type schema as an addition to already created and working/enabled XDM data model (B2B model).. I used custom field groups for the new schema and to add the new schema to existing system, I used a common identifier and Identity namespace.. After enabling the schema and dataset and having 3 sucessful ingestions(post enabling schema and dataset), when I am building an audience (the fields from new schema are also available in the segment builder, with option set to "show only fields with data").. I am not getting any counts.. I have even verfied using Query service if my Ids are present in dataset and Took an Id field and searched for a profle.. A profile popped up and In it's Events tab, I see last 3 successful ingestions... Its has been close to 40 hrs and also the segment Job has run.. I dont understand why I wont get counts and why profiles wont get qualified.. Help please

Hello, if I'm adding a group email in "Email Address" filter in the smart list the affected leads are not getting updated. Is it even possible to use a group email address instead of a single recipient address?      

There was an issue with short url mapping in Production Publish 2 instance for one of our site where we had the mapping under /etc/map/https/www.xyz.com. The short URL was resolving in Prod publish 1 instance whereas it was not resolving in Publish 2. Due to this, when the pages are accessed pages from the site, 404 page not found was coming up occasionally (whenever the request hits dispatcher 2 which points to publish 2). We tried the following steps to resolve the issue. Package /etc/map/https/www.xyz.com and /etc/map/http/www.xyz.com from Publish 1 and installed it in Publish 2 – Issue was not resolved. We restarted the following 2 bundles – The issue was resolved. Apache Sling JCR Resource Resolver org.apache.sling.jcr.resource Apache Sling Resource Resolver org.apache.sling.resourceresolver The issue was resolved but we are unable to determine the root cause of this issue. So that we could prevent this kind of issue from occurring again in production environment.Any idea what cou

I'm currently using the sandbox environment credentials provided by Adobe for learning Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). While trying to explore and set up API connections with these sandbox credentials, I encountered an issue where the APIs seem to be disabled for my account.Is there any way to connect to AEP APIs using the sandbox credentials, or is there another method I can follow to explore and learn the APIs?
