Hi team, I am currently in process of migrating the analytics tracking to WebSdk and while doing the same, I am facing a challenge for Experience cloud id (ECID). I am trying to capture ECID via data prep method as per this documentation https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/tags/extensions/client/web-sdk/accessing-the-ecid and followed the steps like going to datastreams, within mapping I provided a sample JSON payload put source field like xdm.identityMap.ECID[0].id and refer to custom eVar where I want to track it. There are two questions which I wanted to cross check. 1. Although, I am able to see these ECID's in Adobe Analytics but I can't see them neither in any debugger like omnibug or in interact call, as I am expecting to see this ECID getting stored in that eVar where I am passing within that data prep method 2. Is this the recommended approach to capture the ECID's or is there any other way we can track the sam

Does AJO have the ability to deploy an email on one date and resend that same email 2 days later to only those profiles who didn't open the original email? Is this achievable? If so, how?

Do the logical conditions in Launch Regular or Exception allows DOM ready rules to exclude subdomains from main domain for rule firing? for example, my domain and subdomain have the same Adobe Launch environment code. And, I have one DOM-ready rule that I want to fire only for the main domain https://www.abba.com .. Can I exclude this DOM rule from firing on my subdomain https://qwert.abba.com like below (considering both domain and sub-domain has the same Adobe launch code on them):  Thanks

When I navigate to the Projects list, select "Projects I'm On", and edit that filter, I notice that there's a field called projectUsersMM that looks like this:   projectUsersMM:ID=$$User.ID projectUsersMM:ID_Mod=in   This gives me the impression that there's a field (projectUsersMM) that tracks all users attached to a project. My question is, how do I access this field from my own report? I've tried a few report types (Project, Task, Hour, User...) but have not seen this field listed.   My overall goal is to build a report that lists all planned hours, by project, and filtered by Product Owner. I know I call pull in Product Owner in a Project report by utilizing collections (which I've done), but then I can't build a chart off of that field. I'm hoping that if I can access projectUsersMM, I'll be able to pull in just Product Owners and use it in a chart. 

I configured Context Aware Config using wcm.io. When I edit a CA Config page, I saw my custom configurations which I wrote via @2932483 annotation. Till now everything is fine.But in the list of the configuration UI page, I saw all the configurations. Is there any way to restrict the configuration visible based on the content path?For example, For my_project_1 I wrote 2 configurations. config_A, config_B. And for my_project_2 I wrote config_X, config_Y, and config_Z.In the wcm.io page editor, I saw all the configurations, config_A, config_B, config_X, config_Y, and config_Z.But I want to see the configs based on their content path. For /content/my_project_1/master -> config_A, config_B and /content/my_project_2/master -> config_X, config_Y,  config_Z

Hi Everyone, We are wondering if it is possible to change the color of the FROM address on our marketing emails so that the recipient will see the from address in a different color, rather than default black text? We are hoping to change it to be green if possible. Does Marketo allow this? I have attached a screenshot (below) as an example.  Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you!  

Does anyone know why the default "Days Since Last Visit" dimension by visits do not add up to match the total visits? As shown in the screenshot above, the default "Days Since last Visit" visits is 949,764 out of 1,643,948 - not matching, why is that?  Whereas when custom track "Days Since Last Visit" using the plugin s.getTimSinceLastVisit() to an eVar the visits count are almost adding up to match the total visits. I am hoping to use the default Adobe 'Days Since last visit" dimension for reporting, however if there is no good reason why the visit count numbers aren't matching, I may need to rely to the custom tracked eVar.

Hi all, can someone give me the official definition of what "Campaign Click-throughs" are and how they are counted? Just because it does not seem to be properly described anywhere, not in Analysis Workspace nor Adobe's documentation (hello, Adobe!?).   My best bet would be that this metric represents/replaced "Tracking Code" Instances (Campaign)? But why don't you just call it "Tracking Code Instances" anymore then and instead give it a cryptic name and forget to it write down anywhere?   On top of that, I assume the value as such is counting the actual occurrences and is not deduplicated, correct? We use the getValueOnce plugin, so I would not care much.   But maybe as a community group effort, we could draft something and send it to Adobe to please update their docs xD

Hello, I am working on trying to come up with a solution for a Target Activity I am building where I essentially need to turn off the offer/experience once 50 visitors have seen the experience. Is anyone aware of a way to code the offer to disappear/hide after 50 people see it during a 24 hour period? Or conversely, a way to set the Experience Targeting part of the Activity to a count instead of a split percentage (ie - 50 people go to Experience and all else go to Control)? Any help/direction is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time!RC

I haven't been able to figure out how to access the value of the current entity anywhere and can't find any explanation in the docs. In this specific case, I want to track the number of times members of certain Audience have viewed an item. Right now I have an Activity which updates a boolean entity attribute once a single member of that Audience has viewed the item. However, what I want to do is get the current number of views and then increment it. This is one example, but it's something I'm repeatedly running into when I need to update an entity attribute based on its current value.

Hi I’ve created a custom object linked to the email address field, with the employee ID serving as the dedupe field. However, when I import the Excel list into the custom object, only existing contacts in Marketo are being created, while new leads aren’t appearing as records. Is there a way to import these new contacts into the custom object linked field to the email address? Additionally, I need to ensure that a new contact is created in Marketo if it doesn’t already exist. I appreciate your support in achieving this. Also, is there a way to view or export all records of the custom object from Marketo? Thank you! 

hi all, based on the adobe documentation clickCollection.eventGroupingEnabled is a boolean that determines if the library waits until the next page to send link tracking data (clickCollection | Adobe Data Collection). Have tried setting it to "true" and the event bundling does not work. The existing appMeasurement set up does the trick - activity map is being surfaced on the next pageload. Want to have the exact set up in the web sdk. Would appreciate if anyone could help. Thanks

Is server call to check overages only available to Adobe Analytics? Is it also available to AEP RTCDP or is there any way to check server call in AEP RTCDP as well? and I know that server call notifies of the risk or occurrence of an overage, but how does it actually help resolve overage issue?

I wanted to identify the total visitors to the site, which would include both unique and repeat visitors. AA only has a metric for unique visitors, which provides the number of unique visitors. Is there a way to identify all visitors, including both unique and repeat visitors, using a single metric?

Hi everyone, I am trying to show the average time spent on a page within a certain section in a histogram, i.e. how many visits with 1-5 sec. time on that sections, how many visits with 6-10 time, and so forth. I used the metric 'Average time on Site' and filtered on the section (evar - certain pages are included) and got 71 seconds. I also found the dimensions 'Time Spent on Page - Bucketed' and 'Time Spent on Page - Granular'. I used the Granular one, page views as a metric and the same filters and downloaded all rows to an excel and calculated the sumproduct and divided by the sum of page views to verify the average seconds spent. The result is 11 seconds. This does not fit to the 71 seconds when using the 'Average time on Site'. How do they differ?Thank you!
