Hello,I have a question about different streams within nurtures:If I have 6 completely different emails to send and I split them into 2 different nurture streams (with 3 different ones in each stream) within the same engagement program, could I use a smart campaign to set it up so that once they've completed the first stream they then move onto the 2nd stream? So they'd then get 6 emails over 6 weeks (assuming they're receiving one a week).Or am I just better off creating 2 completely different Engagement Programs with 3 different emails in each Engagement programThanks

Good Afternoon, I wanted to upload a PDF of power point slides to my website to correspond with a webinar, but the upload max is 8MB and it is 22MB, so I want to create a Marketo landing page.  Is there any way I can have the PDF open automatically on the landing page without having to click on a link to open the PDF? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Here's what I'm trying to do, it's probably really simple so I would greatly appreciate some tips.I want to update a custom field eg "CustomCompany" for all my leads with the value in the default "Company" field.Tried a bunch of different things, via Smart Campaign etc, but to no avail. Any whiz marketer know how I can do this?

We have a lot of suppressions in place in Marketo so we don't email opt outs, customers, etc. When we enable Marketo Sales Insights emails in SFDC, is it possible to use these same suppression lists so sales doesn't email people who have opted out?

How do I make a sequential questionnaire using forms? I have an example of a questionnaire already created, and each question becomes sequentially visible as they are answered. I'm trying to edit it to have a new question inserted among the pre-existing questions. But every time I attempt to insert the question and then access the If/then statement pop-up to tell it to be visible after the preceding question is answered "no", it doesn't allow me to go to the next step after "If - Select Field" as my Field is not on the list, even though I selected it in the "field" drop down under "Properties".

Hi all,We are implementing global forms at our company and we're debating a bit on whether we want to capture hidden fields such as lead source as a token on the program level vs. using parameter URLs.We see in some instances, using the token on the program level is easiest. However, for other cases, that's not ideal (don't want to make numerous programs), so want to some as parameter URLs. We are questioning whether we even want to do some one way (token), and some the other (parameter), or if we should just mandate we do it all 1 way (parameter).How does everyone else do this? Or do you have any processes/tips on a better way to handle this?Thanks!

I want to request a campaign and pass both system values and My Token values to the requested campaign.I don't think it's possible to pass My Token values to a campaign in another folder, but perhaps I am mistaken about that.However, I would expect to be able to pass system token values. But for some reason the value for {{trigger.Web Page}} is not being passed to the requested campaign.Here's the flow:Calling Campaign > Flow Request CampaignRequested Campaign > Flow Send AlertI'm using an Email Alert that contains various system tokens, including {{trigger.Web Page}}. Only the {{trigger.Web Page}} token is not being displayed in the email. Other tokens include: {{lead.Lead Owner First Name}}, {{Lead.First Name}}, {{Lead.Last Name}}, {{SP_Send_Alert_Info}}, and they display fine.Any insight or tips will be appreciated!Randy

Hi Everyone,Hopefully this is an easy question... say someone has multiple lead records pointing to the same address. Would Marketo send an email to that address for every record, or is it smart enough to just send one?Also if I were to unsubscribe an account that points to that email address, would it also unsubscribe the other lead records pointing to that email address?Thanks!Cheyne

Does anyone know if there is a way in Forms 2.0 to have progressive profiling fields display beside each other? I have a 3 column form and I'm trying to add six progressive profile fields below my 3 required fields. It will not let me drag and drop the progressive fields beside each other.

I’m looking for the best way to achieve the following setup for a new Marketo instance where users share a lead partition for contacts/leads but are not able to see a specific contact/lead unless it meets the is specific requirement for the users workspace.For example: If there was three leads; Lead A, Lead B, and Lead C and they are subscribed as follows:News – Lead A, Lead BPromo – Lead B, Lead CUsers with access to the "News" workspace can see Lead A & Lead B, but not Lead C. And, Users for workspace "Promo" can see Lead B & Lead C, but not Lead A.…and just to clarify we don’t want any duplicates

Marketo says that it requires you use ANDs before ORs:Use Advanced Filters in a Smart List - Marketo Docs - Product Docs Is this correct? I feel like my smart lists have worked even if I put ORs in the beginning. Or is this a speed issue or am I misinterpreting this doc?Example:(1 or 2) and 3vs.1 and (2 or 3)and what about:1 and (2 or 3) and (4 or 5)Thanks!

Hello,Just trying to get an idea about how some of you guys set up your streams in Engagement Programs.I have 12 different emails.Is it best to have all 12 of these emails inside one stream, in the order I want the lead to receive the contentORIs it better for each email to get its own stream, and to use transition rules?This might be a silly question, but just trying to gauge the best way to approach this or to get an idea on how some of you guys set up your content in streams.Thanks!

Is it possible to remove/delete the Lead Status using a Flow Step?

I came across something unusual today, and hoping the community can help.I noticed that sometime in late 2014 (from what I can tell), Salesforce (SFDC) started tracking my Marketo email activity in the lead/contact Activity History section in SFDC.  I don't believe this has always been the case, but I'm now seeing my marketo history synced over twice to SFDC...once in 'Campaign History' and once in 'Activity History' ?Has anyone else experienced this issue?  I'm curious on why it started suddenly.  The end goal would be to stop the sync of marketo activity into the SFDC Activity History.Thanks,Todd

Hi,I want to use the progressive profiling for my pages where we offer a doc as a download.2 type of visitors can visit this kind of page:- group 1: people not in our database - I just want to ask them very few questions (i.e. name, company and email)- group 2: user already in my database > I want to enrich their profile with additonal questions (hence, a new form?)Since I need to use 1 single page for 1 document, I'd like to know if we can choose which form should be displayed (based on the fact that marketo recognizes - or not -  if the user is already a member of my database).I tried to look into the help article/discussion but couldn’t find any relevant content... I’m not a tech IT guy and not sure if it is related to dynamic contentAny idea how we could do that?Tx!

I am inclined to bail on this site because it takes so long to load. Even when it does, it doesn't always complete the requested action. The loading icon continues to spin and never stops. I'm getting dizzy.Browser: I am using Chrome on Windows 8.1.
