I must be missing something.  i want to choose which template to use in an email campaign.  however, I can't figure out how to look at the templates wihtout opening each one individually. is there someplace that displays them all?  Or am I limited to the "Preview" for each one.ThanksPeri

Hi,I recently had a client request the option to have a mailto URL (using a token) with a subject line in an email. This appeared to break the link so we settled for just having a straight mailto link.Has anyone else run into this problem? Is there a way around it?Warm regards,Nora Slattery

We currently use the munchkin script for tracking traffic. Is there a way to exclude some links from being tracked? Specifically these are within some clientside functionality within the site that are really interesting from a traffic perspective.

Is there a way for Marketo to inform you if you are overlapping scheduling times for different campaigns?  For example: we send event emails to 3 separate regions 3 times a week and collateral emails 3 times a week for each region.  I was wondering if there was a way to avoid accidently scheduling emails to send at the same time or day.Thanks!

Can someone shed some light, I want to make sure I have a solid understanding when presenting the results/report to other people. SENT: qued to send?DELIVERED: successfully delivered?PENDING: before an email is considered a soft bounce, does the email fall into this category? SOFT BOUNCE: If an email is in the soft bounce category, then gets delivered after a 24h period, does it count as a soft bounce THEN delivered? CLICKED TO OPEN: Does this include people who have NOT downloaded the images with their email service? Does Marketo track each individual link or ALL the links? Are they unique clicks?OPEN: Can you go into the open in more detail. Does this mean that clients will need to allow images/HTML to show by whitelisting the sender's email address or downloading the images for each mailing? Hi all,After seeing the April update got rolled out, I was excited to get going on a mobile app to see what it's like. According to the directions (found here: https://docs.marketo.com/display/public/DOCS/Add+a+Mobile+App), I should be able to click on the Mobile App link just below Webhooks in the bottom left box. However I don't see the Mobile App link. Is this live for people? I'm setup as an admin in my instance and a coworker of mine (also an admin) doesn't see it either.Any ideas of what I might be doing wrong? Thanks.jared

We are looking to optimize some of our workflow.  One thing that I can't seem to see if what are all the Smart Campaigns that are using a particular trigger.  For example, what is using "Lead is Created".  I see the the Campaing Inspector can show batches vs triggered, but we have hundreds and would like to do this ithout digging into each one.  Anyone know how to do this?

Hi,I am trying to send a campaign to a database where the email should go to any person who has not opened any of the emails from us in the last 30 days. I am able to use the conditiuon only for specific emails in the smart list not  for 'all emails'  sent. Can somebody help me with that?Regards,Remya 

I have a list of email domains that I need to target. I tried using the query "Email Address contains @xxxxxxx.com" but it looks like the "contains" constraint looks for strings and it will pick up any string even if it apart of a larger one. Is there a way to target the entire domain string?

Our instance is set up with partitions divided out by business unit. Because of this, we have purposeful duplicates that act like separate leads (if they have overlapping interest) among the different BUs. My question is, even though we dedupe off two fields (email and business unit), a record that unsubscribes from emails for one business unit will have the duplicate(s) in other units also be unsubscribed, correct? I guess another follow up question is, COULD we potentially email them still from the other business unit, or is this illegal/unethical if the different brands all roll up to one company? I've got both an email performance report and a smart list which includes people who received an email. The numbers they are giving me for mail sent are different by a factor of almost 1:5 and I can't figure out why this could be.They are both set up for the same time range (past 2 weeks) and both include all emails sent. The number of leads who were sent an email is also the higher number. I can understand how number of emails sent could be higher than leads who were sent an email but not the other way around. According to the reports we sent 15,000 emails to 78,000 people. I've double checked all the settings and I'm almost positive they should be showing the same information. The email performance report smart list is empty, the setup does not have any filters and the date is a specific range 4/9-4/23. The smart list has one filter which is Was Sent Email, email is set to any and the date constraint is set to 4/9-4/23.Is there something I'm overlooking that could be causing this or

Hi,I'm not sure exactly what to do here, but I'm trying to pull email / phone # / etc. as a token in Marketo via the Account Team in SalesForce.  I previously asked this question, and was told a "Custom Object" can not be pulled if it links Accounts/Users in SalesForce. However, "Account Team" is a native SalesForce object.  I was just curious what would need to be done (if it's even possible) on the Marketo and/or SalesForce side to see the following information in the tokens: Account -->  Account Team --> Email/Phone/Extension/Name/etc...   Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thanks,Eric

Our Setup: We have a HTML page on our site which we use for Unsubscribes.  It has a Marketo Form on it to handle the data.  The form allows users to opt out of various parts of our marketing materials, so not just a single global unsubscribe.  Our emails which we send through Marketo have an unsubscribe link at the bottom which we added (not the special Marketo Unsubscribe Link).   <p>This email was sent to {{lead.Email Address}}. Does anyone know if there's a way to publish form completions to a Google Spreadsheet?We'd like to send an email with a form to customers and make the results automatically available to one of our teams. Hi Community, I have program folder for "content downloads" and our goal is to send sales an email everytime someone downloads content from our website.  So far everything is working except for the token aspect because our alert emails keep saying the same content piece.  I did look in the my tokens at the folder level and there is nothing there, could this be what is wrong? For the smart list I have:Fills out form (form name)visted webpage (link here)email is not empty.For the flow I have: Interesting Moment- type=web, description= Downloaded White Paper: {{Campaign.Name}}Send alert- email & email addressThanks :) 

I need to move some forms to outside web pages, but I can not find the embed option on all of the forms. Some have it, and some don't. I don't see the embed option when right-clicking the form in the tree menu or when clicking the "Form Actions" dropdown menu. Why is this happening and how do I change it so that I will be able to see the embed option on all of these forms?

Hello Marketo community!I have this issue for some weeks ago that my source of a lead change auto. in Marketo from:The reason for this is that there is a limit in SF with 43 characters, and that is fine (or I can do anything about it).But do someone have a solution for this what we can do about it? We doesn't want this do change. can someone help here?Can figure out what to do. 

Our PRM application integrates Marketo leads through the REST API. We would like to display a link to the Marketo lead itself to allow viewing history before import and so on. Is there a way to do that in our UI without requiring login to Marketo?
