Does anyone know what happens to Marketo data when I delete Campaign Members in Salesforce?Campaign Members currently account for close to 50% of our Salesforce data usage. We don't necessarily need to keep all of the data in Salesforce; however, I would want to retain that information in Marketo (program metrics, such as how many at each stage, etc.).Cheers!

I'm trying to create automated leads for our sales department. I want to create about 5 triggers that when they hit these a task is created in Salesforce. The complicated part is I want to have a list of 5 or more triggers and say if they hit any 3 of them then the task would be triggered. Does anyone know if this is possible, and if so how can I do I do it? 

Hi All,I'm trying to use a Comments section on our contact us page to fill in the Salesforce.com default "Description" field (SFDC) which is the "Person Notes" field in Marketo. However, when I try to modify my form and add the field. It is not present in the list of form fields. Anyone know why or how to use it in Forms. Also, I would like this field to concatenate if persons fill out this form multiple times. Anyone know how to make that happen? Thanks!

I am trying to build a smartlist using a SFDC Campaign and when I try to load it I can select the SFDC campaign but when I look at the leads list it is blank...  No Leads Found.I do not need Marketo and SFDC Campaign to sync I just want the SFDC campaign to populate the smartlist to send the email.Thanks

We want to offer our clients the ability to sign-up for a free book giveaway that will be limited to the first 1,000 people to fill out their information on a landing page. If we add the clients to a list, is it possible for the page to be aware of how many people have signed up already? Once we hit 1,000 people we would want to change the form (or redirect) so it shows a downloadable offer instead of the "get a free book" content.Thanks.

Hi, I am wondering if anyone has found a solution or workaround to see the Program Status in the leads view when looking at a Smart List. The status have been set up at the Program level but when looking at the leads tab in the Smart List view of that program, it isn't possible to see the Program Status by lead. Has anyone else come across this issue and found a way to work around it?Thanks! 

Hi,Is the lead first name token used in the body of the email always going to pull in the name with all uppercase letters? Or is this something we have the ability to edit? (I'm not sure if it's pulling the name in however the lead entered it or if it automatically makes the name all uppercase.)Thanks!

I have synced several custom objects from our Salesforce to Marketo. I need to "Disable Sync" on one of them and “Edit Visible Fields” in another. My admin page shows those two options greyed-out on both of the custom objects I'm trying to work with. Any ideas why?Thx!Robert Whited

Hi there,I am looking to hide the Asterisk and the Label in a Form 2.0 completlyI have the label tekst in my form input field, and for proper alignment I'd like to leave the Asterisk out as well.I am embedding this form on a third party site so my best option would be to use the Custom CSS Style for the form.Simply setting the Label as blank still loads it and also moves my input field a bit to the right.

I notice that during my training and introduction to Marketo, the standard amount of time to leave between sending your first email and then resending again to those that do not open emails is around 7 days. Do people feel that this is an adequate amount of time? With access to email in almost all facets of our daily lives, should we aim to resend within 24/48 hours to reinforce our desire to communicate with potential/existing customers or is this method too pushy and overbearing?Interested to get peoples opinions and the average or optimum amount of time.

However I don't know how to set a different default value per rule.Let me explain: If somebody is based outside the US, I just want to show the following 2 radio buttons and set as a default value option 1:So far, so good.However for the US, I have other options and I need to define another default value. Hello,I have the following request from my management. I have drawn the specs so it's easier for you to understand.Basically instead of listing all download options at once (that would have been too easy!), they want that we list one option and then at bottom of form give extra options.I have following challenges:- EMEA shoudn't see the bottom options- Download Options field has to be displayed twice- People have to either select Download Options above T&Cs or at bottom. Answer is mandatory but obviously you don't need to answer both Download Options fields.Is that possible?Cécile @ Talend

In a list of 100,000 leads, I want to find all the leads that live in a particular state (Florida) and move them out of that list into a another list. What is the quickest way to do so?

Hi all,I have a list that I can use one time, but anyone who clciks becomes ours.  Is there a standard procedure in Marketo for this?  I am a newer user, so not sure how to do this so the names are guaranteed to only be used the one time (minus the ones who click).Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

I have a form that I want to have a series of checkboxes. The corresponding fields in my CRM are individual checkbox fields. So I created a field set and I'm dragging my fields in there. But I end up with the label of the field and then the checkbox below. How do I get it so the label is to the right of the checkbox and my fields still map back to the CRM?

There is a PDF file that was at one point uploaded to our Marketo Files/Images repository and linked on some of our outbound email campaigns. We've since pulled all this content down and even deleted the Files/Images from our Marketo instance however i'm still able to direct link to those files simply by taking the URL and popping it into our browser.Here's the link (partially redacted) that workshttps://info.xxxxxxxxx.com/rs/xxxxxxx/images/FileName.PDFCuriously, the same link in unsecure format (http://) does what i would expect which is reroute to the fallback page in both Chrome and Firefox but in IE it still pulls the content down. This is maddening!!!Anyone know why i can still access this content but cannot see it in Marketo Images & Files?NOTE: Please don't suggest clearing my cache...we've already done that and have further tested accessing this content on a brand new machine with zero previous pull of this content at any point in time.

I've set up a form which gives people the ability to choose multiple pieces of content. The content is stored as URLs in a field (field type URL). The URLs are then pulled thorugh via the field token as the URL.This is fine but can I use a display name URL instead of the actual URL. I have no idea how I would go about this.

Hi there,I'm setting up some transition rules for an engagment program, but I want to know if I can set up the rule as follows:Transition 1 -  SMB Email Delivered & (Filled out Form & Data value changed to 1-49, 50-149, 150-249) or Form not filled outTransition 2 - EnterpriseEmail Delivered & Filled out Form & Data value changed to 250-2499, 2500+Essentially what I'm trying to do is split SMB and Enterprise leads into 2 different streams within an engagement program. However, I also need to make sure that anyone who didn't fill out the form still sits in the SMB track.Should I be doing this using all triggers, or just have 'email delivered' as the trigger and the rest as filters?Thank you!
