If my program is set to only allow leads to flow through once, there's no need to add a "remove from flow" step at the end of the program, correct?Also, if I add a wait step in the flow, is there a chance the user could be removed from the flow because they no longer qualify by the time the next step executes?For instance: Lead has a campaign status of "x" which the program uses to generate a list of leads through the smart list.He enters the flow, but the first step is a wait step.The wait step ends but his camaign status is longer "x" at that time. Is he already "in the flow" and the program will continue to execute the remaining steps despite the fact that he no longer has the correct campaign status, or is he removed from the program entirely due to the fact he no longer has the correct campaign status?

I am currently trying to figure out a way to effectively manage leads from target accounts without using contact householding.I thought of possibly using unique codes for each buyer profile and a unique code per account and then export to run a gap analysis but it seems tedious.Does anyone have any other great ways of doing this?

Is anyone else experiencing an issue where when you link an image or text to a LP, the insert/edit link popup is served up again immediately after clicking 'insert'? I've been seeing this issue for the last 30 minutes or so.Thanks,Tara

Is there a way filter  email programs that contain certain "tags"? What I am trying to do is create a smart list that brings in all people who click in Boy Birthday emails. I don't want to go back into the smart list manually and add in new Boy Birthday emails everytime. Any suggestions?

Hello, I'm writing because I'm trying to set up email tracking in GA with Marketo. We've tried manual email utm campaign link tagging, but it is too tedious to scale.We want to be able to add a GA code snippet to each email and that be it.I've come across this outstanding LunaMetrics post and have a few questions.Part 1 of the post shows how to set up GA Tracking to capture email opens.Part 2 of the post shows how to tag a visitor with an unique ID, so you can track him or her across several devices and whether or not he or she has visited multiple times. This unique ID needs to fire whether or not an email is opened or clicked. Essentially, we want to fool GA into thinking it has an image to load. 1) Does Marketo have a parameter similar to MailChimp's *|UNIQID|* merge tag for when an email is opened?-This merge tag anonymously identifies a particular user.-My guess would be I could leverage the MKTO {{Lead.ID}} token. 2) Does Marketo have something similar to MailChimp's Ecommerce360

If a parent campaign is created in Salesforce, is it possible to pull a list of leads who have a specific status in all of the child campaigns through the parent?We have a parent campaign with a number of child campaigns within Salesforce and I'd like to build a smart list that includes any lead in one of the child salesforce campaigns with a specific status.Possible?

Since the email suspended field isn't unchecked automatically I was going to create a smart campaign to uncheck them if they met certian criteria but email suspended doesn't show up as an option in the 'change data value'  attribute field.  I can see it just fine in the "if" condition selection and in the smart campaigns but not in th flow attributes.(nothing in blocked for this field)Thoughts? 

I have tried this in both my template and on the landing page. I get the document ready alert but the second alert returns "undefined". I have a form that allows the prospect to select a product they're interested in. Based on the product they click, I'd like to send them to a different Makreto Stream. I have the three streams set up and in the flow have the choices that send them to one of the three streams.However, only one stream is getting the leads. No matter what product I select, they all go to the first stream. I'm including a screenshot below so you can see how this is set up. Am I doing something wrong or does Marketo only allow leads to go to one stream instead of multiple streams?Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi everyone,How do you share details of marketing emails open/clicks with your Sales Team? My sales team would like to be able to see within the CRM everyone who has opened or clicked on a specific email so that they can follow up with them. What's the best way of doing this? The only way I can think of to do this is export a list from Marketo, and import it into our CRM, but I'm hoping there's a more automated way.We're using MS Dynamics, so if you have specific ideas on that, great, but all suggestions gratefully received! Thanks,James

Is there a way to only send alerts M-F? We are setting up flows to send a series of follow up alerts if a demo request is not handled within a certain amount of time. So for instance: A demo is requested:1. Alert is sent to lead owner2. Wait 1 hour3. If no activity send alert to sales director4. Wait 2 hours5. If no activity send alert to ___6. you get the picture...What we're trying to avoid is a demo request that comes in at 11pm on a Friday night and 6 alerts going out about no action over the weekend. Does anyone know how to set up alerts that only go out M-F?Thanks for any ideas you can give.Andreya

Adding a custom activity says to include the ID of the ActivityType.http://developers.marketo.com/documentation/rest/add-custom-activities/lol, what does that mean? There's no link to where to look up or create those activity types. Thanks all, 

I created a Smart Campaign. But I cannot "Schedule" and run the Campaign at a certain time.I searched "how to schedule a campaign" in Marketo community and found there is Schedule feature. https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000LA1KCAWBut I didn't find this feature. We're just getting started with a new newsletter that is sent through Marketo. I'm trying to figure out the easiest way to archive the newsletters on our web site, and had the idea of linking to them (using the View as web page link). However, I can't find any info about how long an email is stored/saved in Marketo. I obviously need to know that before I decide if this is a good or bad way to archive our newsletters.

We have lead partitions and workspaces created for each of our regions, including Default  that has everyone in it.  We have set up trigger campaigns that if someone is part of a country and/or geography, their record would update to the appropriate partition.  When we uploaded a list in the default workspace with the correct country, the partition was never updated, and it remained as default.  We only noticed this when we had an event registration within our India workspace/partition and when someone tried to register they could not, becuase they were under the default partition.  Going forward when we have event registrations, should we put them in the default space?  Although if we do that, those users assigned to a particular workspace/partition may not be able to see default unless they were granted access,correct?Would be nice to know best practices on this.  Thanks for your time! 

Hi! I'm noticing an issue where my forms look perfect on desktop, but when switched to mobile each form label and form field gets broken into 2 lines instead of staying in 1 line as it normally does. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks,Elaine

I currently send an alert email to Sales whenever a lead has reached their point threshhold and has 'matured'. The information my sales team wants is to kow WHY this lead has matured. What emails did they receive, what did they open and click on.In the alert email, the lead's name use to be hyperlinked, and they could click on the lead's name and be taken to their history. That no longer is a possiblity. When you do that, you are taken to a broken page.We do not have SFDC. There is no 'recent activity' or that type of filer to drag into the alert email. I didn't see any type of Lead Activity report that I can send otu with the alert email. So, how can I report to my sales team a lead's activity?

We just ran a subject line test on 5 subject lines. The results have a clear leader for the most opens on Subject Variant "C".  However, Subject Variant "E" had a lower open rate, but a drastically higher Click to Opens rate.Any advice on which is the better metric to based a final decision on which variant we should send?Results here:

Hi. I am curious as to if there is a way to set up a report to see everyone who registers for a roadshow and have a subscription set up to send the report daily. I have attempted to do this but cannot figure out a way to see the information for each individual who has registered...is this possible? I do not want to have to send the report out everyday...since the only plaplace I can see the level of detail for each lead is in the program members tab.

I am doing my first A/B testing. I want to do a 10/10/80 with 2 different subject lines, but the "Test Sample Size" slider is confusing. There is a section for Recieves Test and Recieves winner. When the ruler is set to 20% recieves test and 80% recieves winner, does that mean that those that recieve the test will be divided into two sections of 10% each??

Does anyone know if we have visibility into which Marketo templates are being utilized the most in the Marketo Mass Email tool in SFDC? We have many templates available to our sales team through SFDC and we want to see which ones are being used the most. 

Hi there, I am looking for a way to email our campaign memeber smart list to a recipient daily.  We have created a registration form that customers sign up on and the sales reps would like to see that list daily.I can create a report and all it shows me are the number of people registered which is absolutely useless.  Sorry for being honest, but such basic mundane reporting is flat out odd.Further, under the reporting, I can create a subscriber list that emails daily, but again, showing just number of registrants is not good.  The report needs to show the actual registrants.  Any idea's on how to do this?Thanks!

When you build a custom score field, does it automatically feed into lead score? If it does, is there a way to prevent it or am I better off using an integer field?
