I'm sure some on has solved this but I can't find anything of weight in our community.I thought I was close with this older discussion but I can't get it to work.I'm trying to have a text link next to my check box in Forms 2.0 so user can read T&Cs before submitting.I'm sure someone has solved this using fancy JQuery but I don't have this resourse.Any help is greatly appreciated. 

Hi, I have 2 questions with regards to knock out criteria on forms 2.0.   On forms 2.0 I can include some knock out criteria, but they are always based on 1 question. How can I include a knockout criterion that is more complex as it consists of 2 questions, of which one is even a date which seems be posing an even bigger issue.   So let’s say I want to send a lead to a specific external URL (knock out) if the lead answers that the country of interest (first question) is “USA” and the age is “29”. So both questions represent 1 knock out criteria. How can I tell that Mkto?   On forms 2.0 I can include knock out criteria in the “Advanced Thank You page settings”. Though, it seems I can only include choices which would mean that a lead only needs to fulfill one of the criteria that is listed as a choice.   But what if I have the scenario that the first three questions of my form are knock out criteria of which the lead only needs to fulfill one to be knocked out (these are choices, that’

Hello,about one year ago we have switched to https on Marketo LPs and forms and this is working fine for us. However for one specific case we need to have http form. Is that possible to have both http and https forms? If so how do I create a http form? Is it possible to turn an existing https form into http? Or do I need to recreate one from scratch?Cécile @ Talend

Hi,Our instance in Marketo holds dozens of content items on which we would like to do an Email Performance report. This is a rather straight forward report in which we can select all the content item programs and see the results in the 'Reports' tab.The added level of difficulty comes when we want to drill down into the different segments. Some of our content items are multilingual. For example we can have a UK_en (UK english) and BE_nl (Belgium dutch) version in the same email. The correct piece of dynamic content is delivered to each individual based on the segement they are in.The report currently only let's us drill down to individual content items, OR to the segments (adding up all the content items). Is there a way to see the campaign performance per content item, per lead?It would look something like this:Content Item 1 - 90% open rate, 30% CTR  - UK_en - 75% open rate, 25% CTR  - BE_nl - 30% open rate, 40% CTRContent Item 2 - 65% open rate, 25% CTR  - UK_en - 32% open rate, 23%

Is there a way to easily see where a token is used within a program without manually reviewing the HTML or details of each individual asset?We use local tokens within programs to match the copy between our landing pages, emails, etc,. Some tokens are put in at the template level, while others are put in on the landing page itself.  Would there be an easy way to see which specific asset of the program contains a specific token?  For instance, if I use a token and call it {{my.contentType}} is there anywhere where I'd be able to see that I have that the landing page template and emails x and y referenceing this token?

Hi everyone: I'm still trying to get the hang of Marketo so bear with me. We are trying to set up a form on our site so that people can choose the webinar date they want to attend. We have two groups of people who will register, both in different industries, attending different webinars, but on the same day. To demonstrate:  Industry A can attend August 4 or October 2nd at 10:30 am.  Industry B can attend August 4 or October 2nd at 2:30 pm.  We want everyone to be able to use the same form. Basically, I was trying to set up this: if Bob chose Industry A and August 4th, register him for W webinar. If Susie chose Industry B and August 4th, register her for X webinar. If Mary chose industry A and October 2, register her for Y webinar. If Andy chose Industry B and October 2, register him for Z webinar. I cannot figure out how to set up a campaign for this. Hi,Since the start of the year, we've been on a pretty aggressive outbound email schedule...and am now a bit concerned with our overall volume and how it could be affecting our reputation/deliverability.- Are there general guidelines as to outbound volume?- Should I not exceed a certain number of emails in a given week/month?- My unsubscribe rates have been low and steady...any advice on what to look for here?Thanks in advance for your time!

Hi,I have a few reports i need to compile where the results should be a list of people/ email adresses however, each report i try results in the email campaign name and not the lead. An example is; i'd like to know all of the email addresses which resulted in a bounce so we can clean up our lead database. It seems like quite a basic report, is Marketo incapable of doing this, or just me:) ?Any advice appreciated!

I have a list of folks that I received from a program. I want to send these leads over to our sale reps, but I want to make there are no open opportunities tied to their accounts. Is there a clean way to do this within a smart list? I believe the 'Has Opportunity' filter is what I need... but I think this only checks the opportunities on the contact and not the account, correct?

I'm trying to learn Marketo in the wake of our legacy expert leaving the department. I know it's very remedial, but I'm having a tough time identifying what actually triggers a sample e-mail to send from the design studio. There are three fields "Lead," "Previously sent to," and "Send to." What is the difference between all these? I'm trying to address each field, but when I click "send sample," the sample still doesn't send.   I've tried going through the tutorials, but I am meeting limited success in actually learning by doing so.

Hi,I recently noticed that one our leads was not syncing with Salesforce becuase it had a country value which Salesforce could not accept.  This has now concerned me as I have been setting up a lot of data that might not be syncing.  I would like to run a "simple" (if that is possible) smart list that helps me to identify records not syncing from Marketo to Salesforce. I could not see a way to do this, does anyone have any ideas or solutions as to how they solved this?Thanks,Simon

I have a form with a field labeled "Best time to call."  There are two options to choose from which would be AM or PM.  I have tried using checkboxes/radio buttons but when the form submits it always defaults to the first checkbox value no matter what i check.  Is marketo unable to create and array of checkbox values?  I've seen on other forums where people have created 2 seperate boolean fields in the field managment and styled them in their form to line up.  This has proven to be a very dirty way of doing things and just seems wrong.  Any knowledge on this would be fantastic!

Has anyone seen an odd symbol next to a lead or contact name and know what causes it? Seems to be a foreign character not supported by Marketo, but want to verify the source to prevent it from appearing in future lead records.Thanks.

We have 2 account managers that assign out leads. We would like the leads to auto-assign to one agent during business hours and one after hours. Can this be done?

Hi,We ran a mass update of salesforce Leads and Contacts this morning to normalize data in some fields (Title, Name, City, etc).  Some corresponding records in Marketo have updated, while others haven't.  Is there a way to monitor / track completion?Thanks.

How can I send an email blast out to an uploaded list in an email prgram AND a Smart List?  I created an email program and uploaded a list and also created a separate smart list to segment leads in our whole database. In the email program Smart List, I added: 1. Members of List: Lead: in: (List Name)2. Member of Smart List: Lead in: (Smart List) However when I do this, the Smart List in the overall email program pulls up to 0. If I delete one or the other Smart List, the leads will populate according to how many leads are in that list.  

Hi everyone,If a SalesForce user deletes a campaign from a persons reocrd and it is synced with a Marketo program, in this case a roadshow, does it automatically delete that person from the Marketo program ... and vice versa.I'm wondering if I need to have these Smart Campaigns in every road show to keep the event roster and success numbers clean.We create the roadshow in Marketo and then sync it to create a new campaign in SFDC.This smart campaign would be for taking someone out of the MKTO program when client services or sales deletes the SFDC campaign.This smart campaign would be for deleting the SFDC campaign when the person is taken out of a MKTO program.Here's a screenshot showing that how the Campaign and Program are setup:

Hi there,I've set up an engagement program with a stream of 4 emails in it.  I've set up the cadence and activated the content and added leads using the smart campaign, but then it doesn't look like anything is happening?  how can I see if the first email has been sent?  Have I done something competely wrong?ThanksJuli

We're starting to do some testing before we deploy Sales Insight out to the field.  I've published an email to Sales Insight from within Marketo and it appears as an avaialble template to use when clicking on "Marketo Message" from within Outlook (2013).  When I select the template and hit OK, a new email message is created as expected.  But all of the links are the actual URLs (not the masked Marketo tracking links); and the unsubscribe link token in the footer, remains as {{system.unsubscribe}}.  When I send out the email, all these link issues remain.  And finally, nothing is being captured in the activity log of the lead (no "sent sales email", not delivery tracking, no opens, no clicks, etc.).  Anyone else experiencing this?NOTE, we have yet to install the Sales Insight plug-in within CRM (Dynamics 2013).  But that shouldn't affect the Outlook plug-in capability, should it?
