Hi there, I am loading a Marketo page in an iframe.  This creates a laughable problem on our CMS when they hit submit the form and the pdf opens within the iframe itself.  Is there a way around this?

Have there been any updates as to when the move smart campaign feature will be released?  I've seen this article in the Support section of the community but I don't think it was released this month either.  I'm working on cleaning up our Marketo instance and this feature would be really help me to consolidate folders and programs.

Getting this error when attempting to approve a template: "One or more mktEditable sections have errors. So I'm having a smart campaign with at smart list with a trigger "Link clicked in email", and the flow sets a data value to true.. My issue is that from the time i click on the link, to the data is set, it almost takes 2minuts, which breaks alot of my other smart campaigns and triggers.Is there anyway to prevent or speed up the change data operation?

Why doesn't Marketo save the workspace format I had previously set up? Each time I log in, other workspace which I have access but don't use regularly is always expanded.  This takes up space on my screen and collapsing it each time is very annoying.

HiI created a smart list to identify a list of company's in our data based & my list is aroung 6000+.Marketo give me a popup message to maybe split the list & I like to know what is the max limit that I can add or search?Thank YouVik

Hi,I am attempting to send the same email on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to 3 different groups (Tuesday-Group 1, Wednesday-Group 2, and Thursday-Group 3) and then the following week I want to send the same email to those groups that did NOT open it, over the same 3 day period. My groups are 3 segments. Can I do this in an email program or would it be better to use a default program? Which is going to give me greater reporting capability?

Thus I would need to use the same form in each landing page. But when I tried that, I couldn't customize it so that email only appeared the first time.Does anyone have any suggestions? I've created a .ics file token using the .ics token creator, and I'm trying to add tokens into the description. The token is being carried through to the "thank you for registering" email and landing page just fine, but the tokens within the description of the .ics token are not being rendered properly. When I register for the event and look at the open the .ics fil linked to in the email, the tokens still show up as the name of the token, not the token's content. I threw a bunch of tokens into the description to check if it was just a problem with the particular token I was trying to use, but none of the tokens are working. I've looked at other discussions here, but they aren't poinging me towards any solution. It seems to me that I'm doing everything right, but something must be going wrong since the tokens aren't working within the description of the .ics file. Has anyone else had this experience and found a solution? I recently tried to send an email and came up with this in the 'Run History' section of the Smart Campaign. It also mentions that all leads qualified... Does anyone know what caused this error and what the best way to proceed is? Am i safe creating a new campaign and re-sending it? I don't want anyone getting the email twice as it is a select list of important clients. Any advice would be greatly helpful. Thanks!

Hi there,I have code that call Schedule Campaign with token contains HTML code.  When I made call with almost 800KB of HTML, I received response "413 Request Entity Too Large".  It is fine now after I compressd the HTML using HtmlCompressor to reduce it to less than 600KB.  I would like know what is the size limit of request entity.Thanks.

When leads are added to an existing list, does it make more sense to update the entire list by uploading both the old and new leads or import a new list of only the new leads? Will Marketo automatically  remove the duplicates (old leads) if I upload the new list in it's entirety? Which way is recommended?

I changed a landing page url, but the old url is appearing in browser tabs. How do I change the broswer tab? 

We have a Marketo Form 2.0 that collects basic information about the prospect, in addition to password data, to start a trial. What we are looking to do when the prospect clicks to submit the form is to save some of the info to Marketo and then post all the data from the form, including the password, to the target page where the browser should take the user to next.Is this possible?  If so, how would we be able to do this?

I'm creating a landing page template and I was wondering if it's possible to use tokens in the template? Currently, when I place a token in my html template it displays as text. 

When I am adding the new forms 2.0 to our website I am running into the following two circumstances:1) If I am adding by iframe, the font size within the field entry section is much larger than the actual field label. Also, the field labels end up looking much longer than they should.2) If I am just adding the embed code, the button style is affected by our website's style guide. (I believe that our web developer can fix this issue)Any suggestions? (Especially on the first issue!)Thanks!

Can't seem to find a standard field in Marketo. Perhaps need to create a custom formulaic one.  Would want this field to increment each time a lead is emailed. Any advice would be appreciated!-Andrew

Is there a way to edit what is visible in the Analytics Dashboard? My dashboard is showing "sent", delivered" bounced" opened" clicked and unsubscribed. I think there would be more value for my boss to see open rates, click rates, etc. Is it possible to modify what is showing up in the analytics dashboard?

I wanted to set up a smart campaign that automatically assigns a lead to a sales person based on the fact that the sales person is already assigned to a lead from the company. For example, if Donna from Walmart downloads an asset and is assigned to Brian the sales person, I want to ensure that all leads from Walmart are assigned to Brian the sales person. Any suggestions on how to make this a smart campaign? I have a question for the community. I designed a simple Landing Page template for our client and wanted to know what I needed to do to get all the rich text that the client wants to add to this template to be centered on the page (the DIV that contains the rich text - not the text itself. The text will be left-aligned). I have it so that the minimum width be 625 px but the overall width is set at 70% of the browser width. Where in the template that Marketo starts you with do I edit to make this possible? Is it the "mktContent" class or the "mktColumn" one? Right now, when adding a rich text element, the rich text goes over the width. I'm looking to automate our internal new employee welcome email. This email goes to every new employee and explains a bit about the company, resources to go through on their first day and other helpful tips and links.The issue is, I can't seem to determine a trigger that will allow this to be automated. My current thought is that every employee gets a SFDC log-in for Chatter, but still having trouble to determine the appropriate trigger.Has anyone created internal triggered campaigns? Any other successful ways of automating onboarding messaging for new employees?Appreciate the insight!

How do most people handle adding in seasonal content into top of the funnel engagement streams? We have people already trending down a path but want to add in seasonal content occasionally. Is there an easy solution or do I need to pause the stream and add them into a speerate stream?Any good suggestions?

I want an image to show up autoamtically when I share a Marketo landing page on Facebook. This image does not need to show up on the landing page itself, just on Facebook when I'm posting. Sometimes, if we are using an image on the landing page with the right dims, it will autoamotically show up on Facebook, but there must be a way to choose which image should show up. Those who are familiar with Facebook will know that there isnt' a way like other channels to upload a pic to corrsepond with the post, so it must be done in the page's meta data somehow. In the past, I've just uploaded an image to Facebook and added the link to the landing page in the iamge description, but this is not ideal.
