Hello,one of my UK colleagues has tried to register to an event and has seen the email address of a US counterpart.Why is this happening and how can we prevent this for occuring again? I don't want that our lead details are randomly displayed to anybody's eyes...Cécile @ Talend

This is a bizarre question...I'm looking at outlier lead scores (off the charts high) and am finding that these leads are clicking every single link in every email we send (company site, social media links, terms and conditions, and all links in the email body). Even more strange, the time stamp of every link click is the same -- as it shows in SFDC Insights. I've seen about a dozen of these so far. Has anyone seen anything like this? 

I'm using the new editor and adding a hidden checkbox field to trigger a sales alert, but for some reason (unlike the old form editor) it isn't prefilling the drop-down menu for default value. If I want this hidden checkbox to be "checked", so I write "YES" or "CHECKED" for default value? 

Say I have multiple campaigns that all run with the trigger Lead is Created. Any suggestions on how I can control the order that they execute. For example,Campaign 1: Lead is created, changes status to x if y.Campaign 2: Lead is created, change status to b if c. I know I could do a "Wait for 5 minutes" in the flow for one of them, but that causes delays and not a good solution as I scale.Let me know if anyone has any thoughts!Thanks,Mike

We've got a landing page that's working in all browsers except for IE9. We've tested the page in IE10, Chrome, Firefox and Safari and it works fine...but the majority of our viewers will be using IE9. Any tips on getting this to work? We opened a support ticket, but wondering if anyone else had issues?

Hi !I created 27 smart campaigns containing 9 emails based on leads behavior (email opened, clicked, not opened, unsubscribed ).How can I be sure that leads will not receive the same content twice as some of my contents are used in multiple smart campaigns depending on lead's behavior ?Thanks,Best regards,Irene

I have been setting up smart campaigns and I keep coming back to this question:If you have a smart campaign and set up a flow do all of those action happen in that order or at once? The numbering makes it appear like an order.For example: If I have for (1) Wait 3 Days (2) Send an Email 1 (3) Wait 10 days (4) Send an Email 2 will both the emails send after the first "Wait 3 Days" and then both the emails send after the "Wait 10 Days", ORWill it go in order so it sends the next email after 3 days and then 10 days from the start of the action it will send the second email?

I want our leads (or contacts) to be in only 1 engagement program. I have 2 generic programs, 4 solutions programs, and I will have dozens of industry specific programs. The moment we know someone is in Road Logistics they will initially be manually added to the road logistics program (via Salesforce). But at the same time the current engagement program (might be a generic or solutions program) should stop immediately.Details: Smart trigger is activated via SF MSI. The flow should not only add to the engagement program, but also change cadence for any other engagement program the lead is a member of.I don’t want to list all my programs in each flow step. It will become a nightmare at some point. What would be a smarter way to do this? Or should the we be able to select: member of engagement program, program IS ANY. If so, change cadence to paused.

If I hide a salesforce field from marketo, will the previous data be deleted in Marketo?Also, if Salesforce hides records from Marketo, what happens to the records in Marketo if it was previously unhidden? 

I am looking to have content blocks in emails and depending on either what the person clicked in the past or a field in the database i am looking to have different content appear. I looked at the segmentaion but they dont have the correct fields. Any suggestions?

Hi, I created an email campaign for our Sales team to which they can add leads. I'd like to AB test the subject line of the email. Is this possible if Sales adds leads on a regular basis?

I was sent the below screenshot of how our email looks in the inbox Autopreview on mobile. It looks like descriptions of the header images are coming up first, but I'd rather have it skip over the image descriptions and simply display the body text. Does anyone know how I can do this?

I just wanted to get everyone’s opinion as to what they are going to do about the CASL (Canada’s anti-spam law).  I received two emails so far regarding the CASL and it is applicable to all commercial emails and will require senders to obtain expressed consent of opt-in from their recipients, prior to sending them emails.  Granted we have no Canadian leads, is this something you guys are going to implement for your leads?

Hi All,This may or may not be true (and the docs on the community / support site are thin on this info) but it seems that to have access to "Move Assets between workspaces" you need to be an Admin role?   This seems strange as moving folders/assets is a fairly simple run on the mill marketing task?N

I'm trying to import a list of 40 leads into a static list. I do this all the time so I'm confused as to why only 4 were imported and 36 failed. Any ideas on why this might happen and what to do? The import preview looked good - all the fields matched up correctly.

I'm noticing that we have a a group of people from one company who appear to have clicked in an email dozens of times -- increasing their score. Is this something related to their server? It's about 15 people from the same company that have this inflated score.Has anyone else seen this before? Did you just auto-reset their scores to 0?

All morning I've been trying to set up an A/B test in an email program and the loading screen just sits there. I've signed out and in and tried both Chrome and Firefox but nothing's working. Anyone else seeing this too?

Marketo is suppose to be a user friendly tool, but I have not seen it.We wanted to design a basic email template and we couldn't do it without a web designer. I propse that much like the email design function that you make a template design function where you can ask us how many colums we would like and how many rows then allow us to edit the spacing using a standard GUI.Additionally, for company branding purposes it would be great to be able to fill in one of those editable sections with solid colors, based on HEX or pantone colors. Marketo claims that it is very intuitive but needs more work to hit that point.
