Hello,   I am weighing the option of replacing forms on our website with Marketo forms 2.0. Currently, we have our website forms pushing the captured data into Marketo via the SOAP API.  I’m wondering if we were to switch to the embedded Marketo 2.0 forms, would we still need to use the API calls to get the data into Marketo like we do now?   Thanks in advance for your help!  

I believe this just started happening recently, I dont believe I made any changes to the original report.How to get all email campaigns to show reports here?Similar issue with email link performance report - this shows more than one campaign, but it doesnt showw all. How to fix?

Anyone know what needs to happen on July 1 2014 and what needs to happen by July 1 2017? I've been hearing of a three year grace period. Is this true? 

Currently we are using webhooks to integrate with Marketo and we are contemplating switching over to your REST API instead of using webhooks.  Within the campaign flow there is an option to Call Webhook.  Once we switch over to use the REST API I don’t see an option to call the REST API service from the campaign flow.  Is there a way to trigger the REST API service from a campaign flow?    

What browser works best for Marketo?  It seems chrome keeps crashing.

At Summit in the Email Deliverability session, it was mentioned that there would be a webinar on May 19th in regards to the new Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation going into effect on July 1. Just wondering if anyone has seen anything on this? I wouldn't be surprised if it was rescheduled because May 19th is a holiday in Canada.Thanks!Kailey

Can anyone explain to me why 2 rates/numbers appear for some of the metrics (e.g. click to open, clicks, unsubscribes)? See picture below

A little confused with the "clicks" and "opens" in marketo sales insight. There won't be any check marks, but if you hover over it it'll say "opened". And sometimes there is no check for "opened" but it'll have a check under "clicked". Has anyone figured out exactly what's going on there?

Our CMS is ASP.NET based, and thus renders an aspx page as a webform.The issue I'm having is that Forms 2.0 forms don't display.I'm guessing this has something to do with the fact that the embed code contains a <form> tag, which is within the asp.net <form> tag (and thus creating a nested form - that isn't allowed).Note: if I change the embed code to show as a lightbox it will show. But that isn't really an option for our site.Had anyone else run into this issue?Any suggestions as to how I might get around it?Thanks heaps.

Hey Guys,Without going into too much boring detail, we've got a page where we've got links to five instructional PDFs hosted in Marketo. I'm trying to make an Interesting Moment trigger whenever somebody clicks on one of those links.However, when I go to add the URLs of the PDFs in the "cliked on link" trigger in my smart campaign, it doesn't recognize any of the links to the PDFs. Can anybody tell my why it doesn't see these URLs and/or how to make it so I can get an interesting moment to happen when someone downloads one of these PDFs?Thanks!

If I follow the best practices, such as setting up my DKIM, SPF, Whitelisting, Email Invalid cleanup, get on a Trusted IP, etc. and still experience deliverability rates of let’s say, 80%, what more can I do?  

If I change a user's email address do I need to revoke Sales Insight & reissue under the new email extensions?

This is a new one for me, usually I set up events that are free or handled in a different way. We are planning a new event that will have the proceeds going to a charity. Hey all,just wondering if operational emails are included in the weekly / daily Communication Limit.Say, our limit is 1 email per day. If I receive an operational email today, will it block regular emails from being sent to me on the same day? 

Hi allWe are a global company with multiple web domains, .com, .co.uk, .fr, .de, .cn etc...Up until now we understood Marketo could only have 1 domain set up (Not talking sub domain here), in our case Domain.comFor instance this means for us: We create a webpage outside Marketo in co.uk that contains an iframe where we place Marketo Landing page (with form). I've run into a problem where I'm using the lead owner variable to populate sender name, send email, signature, etc. The problem is, some of these lead owners are no longer with the company.It's my understanding that once a lead is converted in SFDC, their lead data is essentially locked down and can't be modified--so I can't change the owners. Has anyone run into this situation and/or found a solution?

Hi all,I am just doing some research into the IBM Email Deliverability....and wondering if there is anyone out there using it?I've had a play around with it and trying to figure out exactly how this might be benificial to us.So far the only benifit I've found is the following eDesign Optimizer: where you can view your content on various devices and browsers (good to use once, but if your using templates.......not worth the time to check it after the first time) eContent Scorer: Its nice to know your spam score but similar to the above, while also we have a very very low bounce rate of email maybe 1 in 200......but that could be down to an incorrect email. eDelivery Traker: Probably the most useful part, but for us while using templates its probably only useful to do once only maybe at the start of a brand new series of campaigns where we are changing all our content and templates. Are Event variables part of the work table in a work flow?Are the resources for an Event variable stored in the work table or another place?

If the email address is in Chinese/Japanese, will Marketo support this and successfully send the email?  We're trying to advise the field to convert these to English so that our data management campaigns will execute properly against these email addresses (specifically the email domain).  Just curious.
