We are missing 'Program Status' from choice IF statements since the new MCE modual.Has this been renamed or now gone?

So 'What's new' tells me that the email analysis and heat grid stuff should be available to me by using revenue explorer. I won't say RE is my strong suit but does anyone know how to create the fancy grid like this one? https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000L9bb

I am trying to set up a flow which says when a custom field is updated (it's a field that pulls in a contact/lead) to send an email to the person that was pulled into that custom field and I'm not seeing anywhere in the flow process that allows me to say who to send the email to.  Even in the email template, there isn't a way for me to put merge fields in to say {lead email} - how do I make an email generate to a specific person based on an action?

All, I created the trigger campaign below. Yet for some reason I cannot get it to work. Thank you for helping me diagnose what isnt working. 

I'm utilizing random sample to send alerts to sales reps when someone downloads a product brief.  The problem we are running into is if someone downloads multiple briefs, multiple sales reps get the alert to follow up.Is there a way in the flow to say "If an open activity already exists, stop the round robin assignment?"

When creating DNS records for our landing page and email, I realised that we have two domains: one with "www." and the other without. What's is the best way to set up our DNS settings with this in mind? Would it be safe/efficient to simply add the records for both domains? Thanks in advance,Adam

I want to add multiple master pages to my form (one in portrait, one in landscape).  I thought this would be easy.  I am pretty new to Livecycle but I thought using the pagination settings would be the way to do it.  Unfortunately the settings on the pagination pallet are always greyed out.  I've looked around on other discussions here and the answer seems to be to set the subforms to flowed.  I've done that to all the subforms on my first page (event the tables that didn't need it) and the pagination settings for the master pages are still greyed out.  Is there something I am missing here?

Do alert emails show up in a person's activity history?  I just want to make sure that the person who is receiving it is getting them, because she receives some of them randomly and I can't tell for sure. Any suggestions?

I am not seeing a way to make my new Customer Engagement Program available for my salespeople to add a lead via Sales Insight (SFDC Integration).  Am I missing something?  Any known workarounds?

Looking at the Engagement Program Deep Dive it seems the time zone is fixed on PDT.  Can this be changed?  For those marketing in multiple regions, having a fixed time zone will require them to produce more engagement programs if they place value in the delivery time.

All, I wonder if there's an easy way to capture the lead to Opps conversion date? My Marketo and SFDC instances are synced such that when a lead is converted into an opp, that information can be seen under the Opportunity Section of the lead. Still I struggle to report on that data at a granular level (lead by lead). Thank you for your help! Cheers,Gio

I have a use case where a specific user needs to send an Outlook email based on a trigger on a field in Salesforce.  i.e. when a certain condition is met, an email is sent from that specific person to the lead/contact.I've seen the Marketo Outlook plug in, but that looks more like writing and sending an email from Outlook, which is then tracked by Marketo.I need Marketo to listen for the trigger and then send the email via Outlook.  Is this possible?If not, would I need to create an Outlook style template to send the email from Marketo, and would this be as simple as just sending a text-only email?

I cannot seem to figure out a way to find out the amount of form fillouts we have had sorted by program. I want to exclude unsubscribe form fillouts as well as webinar signups.I can get a smart list of all leads who have filled out forms, but this does not give me information for how many of those leads have filled out multiple forms.The Anayltics tab is so confusing. Does anyone know how to generate these numbers?

Recently I've noticed that when you're adding elements to a landing page, the grey boxes that are supposed to enclose the element are way off, making it a bit challenging to edit the size/location of elements.The picture below shows what I'm referring to. The element selected is the "Meet Talemetry - Talent Generation Solutions" rich text element, but the position box is way below where the actual text is.Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Will it impact how the page renders on different browsers?Thanks!

Hey Community, I'd like to prevent someone's Salesforce record from being overwritten with bad information entered into a form.   For example, when an exisiting contact (who isn't cookied) fills a form on our website, their Job Title in Salesforce is overwritten with the data entered in the form.  We had "CMO" and then the user entered "asldfkajsdf".   I'd like marketo forms to be smarter and say "If the Job Title in Salesforce is blank, insert data entered by user into the form. If Job Title in Salesforce is populated, do not overwrite."  Is this possible? Thanks! -Lee  

I read that the new customer engagement program allows you to set how often a lead can receive emails - " Smart Engagement - automatically limits email frequency, alerts when content is exhausted, and avoids sending the same content twice ​However, I can't work out how to set up the email frequency limits.  Are they simply referring to the cadence here?  If so, this is disappointing, I was hoping that there would be a new setting that could be used across programs in some intelligent way.Anybody?  There doesn't seen to be anything in the articles, I have worked my way through them all today.

Say I have an engagement program with 7 emails. Once a lead enters this program I want them to recieve email 1 right away, email 2 in 15 days, email 3 in 7 days etc....How do I accomplish this with stream cadence? It looks like I can only set a recurring time like "12PM on Monday every 2 weeks"

I have leads that have visited our site (and therefore are cookied by marketo) but instead of submitting a form, leads have called us directly and gave us their email address in the process. We manually created a lead associated with that email address. Since there is no way for marketo to know, those two leads (i.e. the anonymous and the one we created) will be two separate leads in marketo. If we run a tagging campaign and if the lead we created clicks on a link in the tagging email, will marketo merge the two leads and therefore recover all the information in the anonymous lead? Is this the whole purpose of the tagging email campaign?

Hello everyone, I am about to start integration between Marketo and 3rd party CMS.Basically we want to have page scores, for every page generated by in our CMS. At first, I thought that tracking those pages with the Munchkin JS code will be enough – the script will track the pages views, place the cookies, and I’ll be able to set score on every tracked page in Marketo later. When a lead hits that page, it will take the score of the page and will do the math needed with the lead accumulated score. That seems not the case tough, considering the pages are in the CMS, not in Marketo, am I correct?The other way of accomplishing this is that we set the page score within the CMS itself, for every page (via special page field), and on every page load, we should call Marketo API either with Munchkin JS or SOAP, and send the new lead score with the lead id. Hi guys,I have a Marketo Instance that has been stand-alone for a while and a Salesforce instance which has also been stand alone.My question is: if I create the MKTO and SFDC sync now, i.e delete all leads in MKTO then sync to SFDC, will my program results in Marketo be lost? or will I still be able to report on clicks from my previous programs?Warm regards,Nora

Hi guys!I have logged a support ticket about this but being a weekend, I'm hoping the community would be able to get back to me sooner.A client contacted me Friday with a Marketo Program that didn't appear to be working.On Friday afternoon (Australian Time) I was testied the program but was not receiving emails to one email address/domain (it was actually my client's domain) the smart campaign was saying it was sent but nothing to follow (i.e delivered/bounced).I then tested with 2 email addresses on my  own work domain and both of those were blocked as spam and the lead in MKTO changed to Email suspended.I then created a new hotmail (@outlook.com) account to test and none of those emails made it through until 9am Saturday when I received all emails that were sent to my @outlook account but my work email addresses are still set to email suspended in mkto.Does anyone know if this is standard behaviour? Was there an outage on Friday? Has anyone had something similar happen?Any help would
