Where in Marketo does it show where the fields are mapped to in Salesforce (SFDC)?

Looking at the Results tab of a recent email activity, I show a number of Click Link results for URLs that weren't in the email we sent.  Is there any reason why my email activity's results would include data about links leads clicked that weren't in the email they received?

I'm a new user and am trying to compile a list of all the emails/campaigns that have been sent within a specified time frame. I'm not seeing an easy way to pull this. Any thoughts/help would be greatly appreciated. 

We have installed the Marketo email tracking widget into our Outlook software and it works properly. The problem is I cannot see any of the email activity logged in Salesforce - only in Marketo. I have installed and correctly configured sales insights, however I do not see any location where this logged activity might go. How can I ensure that all emails will be recorded?Additionally, does the Marketo plugin have the ability to put the actual email into Salesforce like the original Salesforce plugin? It is important for our sales team to be able to see what the emails were that were sent by going into Salesforce.Thank you.

Does anyone know if there is a way for Marketo to differentiate whether people accessed a website using a smartphone, tablet, or laptop? I'm hoping to use filters to isolate certain keywords so that I can create an email auto-responder that targets different users based on what product they use. If anyone has ever done this or something similar before, please let me know. Thanks!  

Hello!What are the best practices for when to make emails operational?Is it confirmaiton emails? reminders (wbr, events, etc that they are registered for)? follow-up emails after an event or wbr?Thanks!

Due to some deliverability issues, we've been told that reducing the number sent at once will help. I know how to use the random sample filter in the flow step to send with A/B Testing - not sure if I can create a wait step between random samples of 20% from the same list.

I have an auto campaign set up that sends one email every other week (there are 5 total emails) . If I cancel the next scheduled run, will the people scheduled to receive an email at that time receive it at the next run instead? Or will they never receive the email they were supposed to get that day?

I want to expand my form dynamically showing TWO new fields.I currently use the java (link below) in order to show just ONE extra field. All, We've put together a list of the leads that we do not want to market to and labeled said list "Excluded List". We'd like to exclude all leads with a certain email address. Say, I want to exclude all leads from IBM. Can I add " *.ibm.ibm.com " as a way to exclude all IBM domains? with the asterisk " * " capturing all variations of the .ibm.ibm.com domain? Thx,Gio

I'm finally getting around to changing our CNAME from the default (I know, I know - should have done this ages ago!). My understanding is that there is one CNAME for emails links and one for landing page links. If I change from the default will it screw up all the existing links I have out there? Will I need to update everything?

We are missing 'Program Status' from choice IF statements since the new MCE modual.Has this been renamed or now gone?

I am trying to set up a flow which says when a custom field is updated (it's a field that pulls in a contact/lead) to send an email to the person that was pulled into that custom field and I'm not seeing anywhere in the flow process that allows me to say who to send the email to.  Even in the email template, there isn't a way for me to put merge fields in to say {lead email} - how do I make an email generate to a specific person based on an action?

All, I created the trigger campaign below. Yet for some reason I cannot get it to work. Thank you for helping me diagnose what isnt working. 

I'm utilizing random sample to send alerts to sales reps when someone downloads a product brief.  The problem we are running into is if someone downloads multiple briefs, multiple sales reps get the alert to follow up.Is there a way in the flow to say "If an open activity already exists, stop the round robin assignment?"

When creating DNS records for our landing page and email, I realised that we have two domains: one with "www." and the other without. What's is the best way to set up our DNS settings with this in mind? Would it be safe/efficient to simply add the records for both domains? Thanks in advance,Adam

I want to add multiple master pages to my form (one in portrait, one in landscape).  I thought this would be easy.  I am pretty new to Livecycle but I thought using the pagination settings would be the way to do it.  Unfortunately the settings on the pagination pallet are always greyed out.  I've looked around on other discussions here and the answer seems to be to set the subforms to flowed.  I've done that to all the subforms on my first page (event the tables that didn't need it) and the pagination settings for the master pages are still greyed out.  Is there something I am missing here?

Do alert emails show up in a person's activity history?  I just want to make sure that the person who is receiving it is getting them, because she receives some of them randomly and I can't tell for sure. Any suggestions?

I am not seeing a way to make my new Customer Engagement Program available for my salespeople to add a lead via Sales Insight (SFDC Integration).  Am I missing something?  Any known workarounds?

Looking at the Engagement Program Deep Dive it seems the time zone is fixed on PDT.  Can this be changed?  For those marketing in multiple regions, having a fixed time zone will require them to produce more engagement programs if they place value in the delivery time.

All, I wonder if there's an easy way to capture the lead to Opps conversion date? My Marketo and SFDC instances are synced such that when a lead is converted into an opp, that information can be seen under the Opportunity Section of the lead. Still I struggle to report on that data at a granular level (lead by lead). Thank you for your help! Cheers,Gio
