I see two new things under List Actions in the Lead Database: Black Cat Diagnostics and Support Tools - Run Stats. Curious, I tried clicking on them both and just get errors. I can't seem to find any info in the Community, either. What are these?

Is there a way to find out which link someone is clicking if the same link is posted in an email twice.  Do the links have to have different names even if they link to the same thing?  Just wondering because its something we would like to test and most often we include the same link twice in an email and would like to know which one is getting more clicks.thanks!

Our sales team is adding lots of leads through SFDC and I'd like to create a smart list that shows only leads created through marketo. What filter should I apply to make this happen?

We are moving to SFDC (yay!) and are evaluating the Data.com piece. Anyone using is? Love it? Dissapointed in it? Any feedback would be great!

I am setting up my first webinar. The webinar is with GoToMeeting. I am currently testing out my settings. For the people who register + attend the webinar, we will send them a followup email. If they register and do not attend, we are not sending them a followup email. Currently I have the following settings in place:Smart List:  Member of Program:  true / Program is: [nameofprogram] / Progression Status: Webinar > RegisteredFlow:   Change Status in Progression: Program: [nameofprogram] / New Status: Webinar > Attended   Wait: 2 minutes   Send Email: Email: [nameofemail]The issue here is that these settings are sending a followup email to ALL registrants, regardless if they attended or not. You'll notice that I've not included anything in my smart campaign about "No Shows," because I haven't the slightest clue how to represent these in this smart campaign.Can someone please help?Thanks in advance, Andrea

The color of our submit button text is black when I am editing the form. However, when I put the form on a landing page, the color of the button text is white. Does anyone know why this is happening? And how can I change it?Thanks, Andrea

When running an event program our smart list seems to take awhile to reflect the actual progression status numbers in the program summary. Is there any reasoning for this? Is there a way to speed up the processing time of a smart list?

I am creating my first webinar campaign with Marketo. We want to send a followup email to members of our list who do not complete our signup form after the initial contact (i.e. after sending the initial email to them). I need help figuring out the steps for this. Right now I have the following (which isn't working correctly):Smart List: Filter (Member of List = Lead in [ListName]) (Not Filled Out Form = Form Name is [FormName])                              Flow: (Send Email = Email: [EmailName]), (Wait = Duration: [Periodof Time]), (Change Status in Progression = Program: [ProgramName]; New Status: [Webinar> Registered])Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong here?Thanks in advance, Andrea

So I created a smart list to track open rate for a particular email.  I then compared to the smart campaign stats for "Opened" and the Open stats are off.  The one from the smart campaign is over reporting by +/- 20.  I checked my other email campaigns and it's the same thing also.  Anyone else seeing that?  Can anyone offer any insight for the difference?

So there are some invalid email addresses that bounced back from Marketo, but how do you sync it back to salesforce so that other people can see that the email is invalid.  Some of my colleagues send emails through salesforce or other tools and it would be great to be able to see that the email is invalid.  I'm just wondering what other people do to flag the invalid emails in salesforce, so you can look at a lead or contact record at a glance and see that the email address is invalid.

I am unable to edit my landing page and was hoping someone could help me understand why. We created an HTML template that I've imported into Marketo. We use this template for email blasts; it has editable areas which work great. We'd like to use the same template on our landing page. I imported that same template into Marketo as a landing page. However, I am unable to edit the editable areas. Can someone please help me understand why I cannot? Thanks in advance for your help! Andrea

In order to implement functional cross-platform buttons without using images, I have developed and tested a block of HTML. I would like to add that HTML to my email template, so that users can edit the url and text of the link without altering the other HTML, because any alteration to the HTML breaks it in some clients.If I make the link itself editable using mktEditable, it only makes the text of the link editable. If I make the wrapper editable, the wysiwyg editor alters the HTML of the link, breaking it.

I have a template with a fixed width that is centered using margin: 0 auto. The problem is that any content I add to my landing page doesn't center with the template as the window size changes because it is absolutely positioned relative to the window. Is there any way to make the content position relative to the container in the template? Or some other way to make the block content of the landing page center in the window (not center the text, but center the block of content)?I searched for related topics, but I was unable to find one that addressed this issue. I konw how to center content with CSS; I am asking about how to center the content created using the design studio to edit a landing page.

Hello All,I am creating a Segmentation using the smart list filter "Annual Revenue", is there a best practice for entering in the revenue breakdown segments?For instance, I want a segmentation of companies with an annual revenue "Less than $1 mil" so in the Smart List I used the Annual revenue filter as below:Annual Revenue: "Less Than" "1000000"For the revenue variable which format should be used for optimal segmentation:10000001,000,000$1000000$1,000,000Thanks for any help on this as I want to make this segmentation as accurate as possible.

Hi, I've created a smart list and a view that includes the 'Last Interesting Moment Desc' column.When I export that smart-list, whether Visible Columns only or All Columns, this column does not export. Is this possible? Any other ideas?

The Marketo Article here: https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000L3Zb provides sample Javascript that you can use on Landing Pages to take an Email token value from a parameter and populate a form field.Only problem is, if the parameter value isn't present, the Javascript makes the form field default to show the words "undefined".Is there a small tweak we can make to the JS in that artice, to have the form field prepopulate with no value if the parameter value is missing?

Have just been able to start playing with the new Social Buttons tonight... I think I've got it all sorted out however:  when I use the "Add static content (that I specify)" option, save it, place the button on a test landing page, and click on the FB button, everything looks decent except for the blue title (see below)... obviously the coding is appearing, along with the title itself.I see that I can choose the other option, and link that title field to meta-tags, etc. I can play with that route too (and probably will, just to learn how it works) however, is there a way to get the "static" option to work, without the code to appear?I tried saving the copy as plain text first, just to strip any formatting out of it first, but no success.Look forward to learning how to use these a bit more for upcoming campaigns. - Jen

Hi there. I created this page, but want to be able to promote multiple time zones on the pick list value for 'Webinar Dates & Times": http://go.appsense.com/Webinar_DesktopNow_Registration.html. Any ideas on how to do this without listing it all out on the pick list value? I already listed the time zones on the left hand side, but have a feeling people may be confused if they only see the Eastern Time zones if they are not from that area such as APAC or EMEA.
