Hi All, Currently we are using AEM 6.5 on-prem and have a Platinum maintenance and support plan as well. We are considering to moving to AEM as a cloud. We have couple if question that would help us 1. We are aware AEM 6.5 is currently being supported. But want to know till when it would be supported. Has there been any update/changes regarding AEM 6.5 support? (Has there been anything mentioned in the recent Adobe summit) 2. Are there any plans to stop Platinum maintenance support renewal this year?It would be helpful if someone could provide more details on this. Thank youDinesh  

Hi all,Currently we're facing an issue where our page alias urls are 404ing and unable to redirect to the actual page. We've noticed that when we change the alias values and republish, we are able to properly redirect to the correct alias url. We are able to see the alias working in our author instances.When checking crx/de, we do see the alias value within the resource properties. Any help or insight would be much appreciated. Thank you.

We will create some complex logic in a query or filter with multiple lines and rules. Sometimes we will want to replicate some or all of these rules in a split. At the moment I will do this all manually, a line at a time, which can be extremely hard and time consuming. Is there an easy way I can copy all of the logic used and paste into a split? I saw there is an option for "Generated SQL Query" that can be copied out, but I can't see how to copy this into anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am testing the Facebook destination connector in AEP and my audiences identity failed, giving an error message "ACTSVC-8105-400 Bad request reported while pushing events to the destination. Please contact the administrator and try again." Does anyone know why I might have received this error to begin with. The mapping stage for the activation is using email as the source field and the target field is hashed email using the Apple Transformation toggle. Thanks!

I have a project that has path based several servlets. For some, the path resolves and for some others, not.Using the path in the Sling Servlet Resolver, the path is not resolved to the servlet configured to handle the request.Checking the system/console/components page, I can locate the servlet. When I open up the details for the servlet, it states that it is resolved, the sling.servlet.paths setting shows the correct path for the servlet. I also see the sling.servlet.methods is set with the GET method that the servlet supports. Any ideas of what I need to do in order to resolve this issue? I'm assuming if I solve for one, I can solve for others.

Hello,I'm setting up an IO Event webhook in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to trigger when two profiles, each with a unique GraphID attribute, are merged. After merging, the resulting profile (graph) will temporarily have two GraphID attributes. We need to notify our external systems and AEP itself about this merge so we can remove the extra GraphID attribute, ensuring each profile(graph in AEP) has only one unique identifier that points to the stitched unique profile in AEP.Any ideas, advice, tips, or documentation on setting this up would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!

Hi Everyone,I've set up an experience targeting activity with the following configurations:Experience A: Displays a cycling hero image with a unique CTA on the homepage for users in the "Bronze" Loyalty segment.Experience A0: Displays a beach-walking hero image with a different CTA on the homepage for users in the "Gold" Loyalty segment.I’m using localhost (we-retail) for testing. For audience creation, I've set the profile parameter to equal "Bronze," which I can confirm is correctly reflected in the AEP platform debugger (please see the screenshot)However, despite being qualified for the "Bronze" audience, I’m not consistently seeing the intended experience. Most of the time, the default hero image and CTA are displayed instead. Could you help me understand why this is happening and how to fix it?

What is the primary key for the hit_data object, e.g. which field or group fields do I need to use to get the primary key: a field that uniquely identifies each hit, e.g. each record of the hit_data table?Does it expire? Like the hit id is re-used after 30 days or something similiar? Should I concatenate it to some timestamp? Which one is recommended? I would propose some of the following options, but I'm not sure which one would be correct. Hello,  I have a quick question. I wonder if it is possible to update existing visitor profiles or create new ones using the sendEvent command from alloy (no tag manager available). I know that on page load in the first sendEvent command you can pass profile Params to target inside the data.__adobe.. property but I don’t know if I can pass new params during the runtime of the page for example when a user do something within an activity for example clicking the add to cart button. also would be great to know if that works not only for existing profile params passed in the first sendEvent on page load but also to new ones I come up along the way. thank you all a lot!

Hi All,   I'm facing an strange issue that the core components are not getting resolved after installing the project which has react integration. Below are the specs I'm using.   AEM - 6.5 with SP-6.5.14.0 Java - 1.11 Mvn - 3.8.6   Steps I tried to fix:   1) Tried updating the uber jar from 6.5.0 to 6.5.14 2) updated the dependency version from 2.13.0 to 2.3.2 & 2.8.0 <dependency> <groupId>com.adobe.cq</groupId> <artifactId>core.wcm.components.core</artifactId> <type>jar</type> <version>2.3.2</version> <scope>provided</scope></dependency> 3) The current core components of version is 2.13.0 com.adobe.cq.core.wcm.components.core 4) As an last option I tried restarting AEM and restarted the core components bundles.   whereas the core components is getting resolved in my another project. Is there a way to see how frequently a rule has filtered profiles? For example, I have a rule that caps 3 push notifications per week. But how many are being held back or dropped due to this rule? Additionally, can I bypass the business rule for a journey that is high priority?

Hi, I uploaded an linkedin svg icon, in the thumbnail preview they look fine. however when configured the linkedin svg on image component. The SVG is currently rendering as a white square box.Upon inspecting the image, we noticed that the <svg> tag has fill="none" and the <path> tag has fill="white". Hey all! My new SVP came from a company that for each MQL, they created a new lead in SFDC for sales to work and then convert into the existing contact when they were ready to create an opp. The intent of this was for tracking if sales was working the leads properly without building additional automation on the contact object. I want to note this is in a B2B environment as well.  My question is, has anyone else seen or done this? All of my peers I have spoken to have advised against it, and my initial reaction was in line with that too. Hi all,currently we are set up with a custom sitemap generator that builds the xml files manually and stores it as an asset within the dam. XML files are coming out great except for one issue - we're seeing the relative urls rather than the absolute that are generated on demand through a servlet.For the custom sitemap generator, we needed a scheduled osgi service so we transitioned to that. Hi Team,Have used the following code to create and an asset to collection.Resource resrce = resourceResolver.getResource(path);resrCollection = collectionManager.createCollection(parentResource, CollectionName);I'm able to see the new collection created and asset in Crxde lite but im not able to see the collection in assets-> collections page in UI.Is there any configuration that needs to be enabled to see the collection created via  custom workflow? Please guide me on this.
