In asset properties, I do not see any dynamic media configuration related to AEMaaCS. I heard that dynamic media is available by default for AEM in the cloud. In order to have dynamic media configuration in asset properties, do I need to configure AEMaaCS?

Hello Experts, In a workflow, I created variable that i use on my email. That part was easy.In another workflow, i count how many email one user received but to be really accurate, i need to check how many email he received based on variable I used on that email. Is it possible ? If yes, how and where can I find variables used on an email sent previously ? Thanks in advance for your help Alex

I am configuring analytics web SDK setup for one website where ACDL is implemented. In the console, I can see the data layer values populating in the data layer. However, the values are coming as 'null' when sending Web SDK events.

Hey everyone,i hope you can help me figure this one out 🙂Right now we're cleaning up our calculated metrics and segments. There are a couple of duplicates. So the "used in" info comes in handy to find out which one is used more often.Let's say we have a metric called "video starts" which is used in 3 projects. If I click on this number it opens a text box. When I click on that box it should display a list of this 3 projects. But there's no project listed. It's not for every metric. But some metrics behave this way. Has anyone experienced this before or knows what causes it? Right now I am not able to identify in which projects die "video starts" metric is used in.Thank you in advance,Miley 

Hi all,Can anyone help me on how to use a pdf link in a custom form so that it actually works? I have tries Sharepoint and OneDrive of my company, OneDrive is for sure connected and still when I use the link it shows me a grey area with a broken link symbol. I also tried uploading to the Documents section in the Workfront menu but not sure how to get a link from there...any tips?BestJustyna

I recall that it is possible to add a bit of code to a paragraph tag in a DITA template (e.g., Topic) that would display a prompt for the author regarding the text to enter in that tag. When the author clicks within the tag, the prompt text disappears. Does any remember the specifics of that?

Hello! Posting on the forum (and DMs) in case there are several people who can help answer.I have some questions regarding AssetShare Commons. Our company currently is looking to move to assetshare, however they want to retain a lot of the custom formatting (custom filtering, custom searching) we have with our current tool. I have been scouring Asset Share Commons but a lot of the questions that I need answered are not always found there. I looked on Adobe's website but there also isn't a lot of information that would answer my specific questions. In general, if a company is looking to add lots of customization on top of the OOTB AssetShare, is that going to be problematic to the tool functioning properly? Any information would be greatly appreciated. For reference, I'm a product owner for my company's AEM platform and I want to be able to set proper expectations with business stakeholders.

There are multiple sites in AEM. I want to switch header depending on site. Is there any in built AEM function to get site name in template.I know I can do it by creating helper but I am looking for AEM built in function to get site name.

Hi Team,I have multiple parsys in my page which restricts the components that can be dragged on them. Customer need different text rather than "drag components here". I read some blogs and found that /libs/cq/gui/components/authoring/editors/clientlibs/core/js/model/Inspectable.js  has the text hard-coded. I wrapped the parsys with a div and placed a helper text as data-element and after the DOM load, i read the value and was able to replace the text. Unfortunately the JS is mid of foundation client library and I can't take this particular JS alone from the /libs and place it in apps. Can anyone guide a suitable way to change this text ?Regards,/S

Hi All,I have a project, which is built for 6.2. And now I have upgraded it to 6.4 so the code is deployed in 6.4 AEM Server. After the code is installed, The OSGI custom services are not binding with the respective jars. If I open the respective Custom Service, I could see that the annotations are seems to be deprecated. Hi all,I came across with this challenge. In a touch ui dialog that is displayed after I click to "View Properties" of a page, I have a Tab A, where I should fill out some information using Text Fields, then, I need to use that information to populate a dropdown located in Tab B (of the same dialog)¿How can I do that?I can create a servlet that search for the fields that I have filled out in Tab A and then point out the datasource of dropdown in Tab B to that servlet, however, ¿How can I choose inside the servlet the current page? I mean, every page have a dialog to configure its properties and each dropdown of each page should be filled out using its own information in Tab A.Regards.

It appears that work items are internally restricted to the current assignee. While this is understandable, the drawback is that the original workflow initiator and 'administrators' don't have access to see the current state, workflow history view, etc. Is there a way to easily enable this extra level of oversight for in-flight processes?Thanks in advance!

Hello Everyone,We have an issue facing since an year or so with the Prod. We are on 6.1 SP2 with the instances being managed by Adobe. Author and Publish both are on SSD. Author is experiencing high CPU writes and the replication log is filling up with lots of workflow replication process logs. This happens whenever we do a restore from the backup and it affecting the Author performance. For time being we have bumped up the size of the author instance to put it in safer condition and restarting the author instance when ever it's getting into a critical condition. We also tried disabling the specific workflow which is running in the background and generating the logs, it helped for a while but we are still experiencing the performance issues upon activation of pages or activation of assets after the restart. We do a cleanup task every weekend and we do a monthly maintenance on PROD. We are now planning to do a bi-weekly maintenance, but still unsure if this gonna help us.We are in the p

Hi Experts,it seems the excluded path is not working for me for CSRF filter.I need to implement Google <AMP-consent> which requires a POST ajax call within AMP framework JS. I don't have control over that means cant add the CSRF@ token in the request header.I have created sling servlet to the response that AJAX call. based on the page along with selector moreover that serverlet is binded using default sling servlet.1) I checked direct post-call from third party client is working fine2) but when there is XHR post call it fails (403 fails at CSRF filter)3) I removed POST method form CSRF filter config and starts working all the way4)but I cannot remove post Method entry on CSRF filter config due to the security matter.5) I decided to whitelist the path using regexmy post call will be like === <domain>/<page Path>.ampconsent.htmlPlease suggest why CSRF filter path whitelisting is not working I appreciate any help bsloki  unknow

I have a servlet extended from SlingAllMethodsServlet that is using QueryBuilder to search for images in a path in our repository. When I execute the servlet, QueryBuilder returns 0 results, but when I run the same query from the querydebug.html provided by CQ it returns the expected results.I've set the log level for com.day.cq.search to DEBUG in an attempt to find my error but I'm seeing the same output in the logger for both query attempts (except that the servlet request returns 0 results). Hi All, We are using Campaign Classic V8We have a schema 'cus:dealer' which has dealer information. We have to create two target Mapping using the The dealer schema namely cusDealerLocal and cusDealerInternational to send out CommsBoth the target Mapping will use same schema and the data will be there in same broadLog / Tracking Log. Due to access restrictions, we have to create two Targetmapping as two different groups will access these target Mappings but data must be stored in Same BroadLog / TrackingLogs Kindly confirm if it is possible?
