Hello, we have implemented Adobe Target for SPA using Tealium and implemented all the views as per documentation.We are trying now to create an audience and use it in an activity. The variable we need for the audience are populated in the data layer only at 3rd page of the SPA so they are not available at the initial page load. I tried to pass those variables as tradition page parameters but it didn't work. Has anyone implemented this using Tealium? I read we should use getOffer() but I am not sure how it's done in Tealium really Thanks,Davide

So I have many evars and events that are used to track certain user interactions with the website. For example I have v117 to track users clicking on a part of the website.When I want to use the A4T panels and get the confidence levels how do I interpret them when it comes to that certain event? I get confused because the event is not unique by default. See Image below: When reporting on the metric I usually just add on a segment for the event and the use unique visitors on top of it but how would I know the confidence levels of that metric?  

HiIs there any way to capture the clicks on the pdf files embedded in an email sent while running Email Campaigns?Very much aware that the campaign ID (CID) defined will not get captured since pdf files cant really send image requests. But still wondering if there are ways to do that?Note: Do not want to bring the user to a page prior to opening the pdf.RegardsRoy

Does anyone know if it is possible in either a Workfront Proof report or in a Proof View if you can pull metrics on proof comment actions? We are trying to pull data on how our creative team is working through comments with various actions: Resolved, Will Not Action, etc. If this is not possible, is there a possibility of retrieving this data using Fusion? Thanks! 

Hi!  I am pulling a task report on Adobe Workfront. I've created a grouping for Project Name but I don't want the text "Project: Name:" to show up in the grouping. Is there a way I can remove the text and continue to have the name of the project in the grouping?  Thanks in advance!

Apologies if I am missing something glaringly obvious, but is there any sort of issue with date fields and the isEmpty() conditional? Running into an issue where a visually empty field on my end is returning a value as if there was data in the field? It's a Date field type and there's only one record - but for the below loop it's returing the #else value even though the field in the UI is blank.#foreach ( $item in $digitalBankingProfileList ) #if ( $item.luminDigitalBankingLastLoginDate.isEmpty() ) This works correctly #else Script is broken #end #endIs it actually a NULL value that's making it see it as not actually empty? 

Hi Team,     We are using latest cloud SDK version aem-sdk-2024.4.15977.20240418T174835Z-240300, for our local and cloud environment as well. while we do rollout from lang-master we are getting error on console and not able to do single page rollout. Hi All,Apologies if this question was asked before but I could not find any entry related this issue.In ACS, we have been using 11 languages and all the profiles that have been created by forms submissions (data coming through Azure) have correct preferredLanguage values so far. Recently we added another language to the forms (incl. default subscription form), however, in all tests that we performed, the preferredLanguage falls to default value (only for the new language, previous 11 ones still matches correctly). I'm not able to see the value coming from Azure but my colleagues checked and I was told that the value that are sent to ACS is correct.I checked the data schemas for the campaigns and default subscription and everything looks fine. I added AC_Language fields and republished the events but didn't make any difference.Could you share your ideas about the possible issues and how to solve it?ThanksKind regards,Karaca

Hi Team, Has anyone tried or is it possible to retrieve ACS commons Generic List via AEM Graph QL API? AEM ACS commons generic list was part of content fragment data type however it's deprecated in latest version 6.5.19, has anyone tried creating generic list and refer it as part of Enumeration data type in Content Fragment? Also if we define content fragment model just with key/value pair for Label Key & Title similar to ACS commons generic list and if there are 100+ labels it would be very difficult for DEV to traverse through 100 labels and find out the right one to use , in the headless world do we have a solution to get just one label or set of labels as part of custom AEM Graph QL query ? Is this even possible?  Any information or kind inputs much appreciated, please feel free to drop any references available for the same so we can try out those approaches to see if it fits our need. Thank you!!Rajul  

Hello,We recently shut down our mobile domain since our entire site is responsive now and it was no longer needed.Doing this we followed best practices to not lose ranking and traffic from search engines, for example we:- Made sure all our sitemaps were updated and correct, only containing the canonical www. URLs.- Made sure all our pages have self-referencing Canonicals to the correct www. URLs.- We implemented a DNS 301 redirect from our m. to www domain.Now to the issue..Search engines have still not re-indexed all our previously indexed m. urls to the www. version so we are still receiving traffic there.Since we have a redirect, there are no issues with this for our visitors.The problem is that, Adobe Analytics is now attributing all the mobile Search Engine traffic as direct traffic instead, which has completely ruined our ability to do any useful tracking and analysis for our SEO traffic.We believe this is because when doing the dns redirect, no referer header is included.Is ther

Hi Team,I have a basic question related to eVars and events, I'm new to Adobe Analytics so wanted to understand this scenario.    We have one eVar1 to track the position of different components on pages of website and we have corresponding event1 also when user clicks on those components. Now we have one event2 to track the add to cart action and event3 to track the remove from cart action and in these both user actions we need to track the position of the added/removed product also So I want to know if  can I use the same eVar1 to track the product position when product is added to and remove from cart and here would be no impact on reporting ?I could use the corresponding event against this eVar1 to get the data in workspace for the particular scenario (component clicked, cart adition and cart removal) and by using same eVar in above three scenarios will not mix up the data. The KPI we are trying to track in CJA is as follows: The subset of users who’s profile attribute registered changed from false to true, as a consequence of an email being sent out from a journey. The data we have available for this KPI is as follows:Feedback Status: Status of the email send event; will be of type string from AJO Message Feedback Table, and the values can be: sent, bounce, etcRegistered: whether or not a user has registered; will be of type Boolean from an AJO Custom Profile Schema, and the values can be: false, trueWe have tried sequential filters to filter out these users. The filter was oriented as follows: Registered = trueThenFeedback Status = sentThenRegistered = false But because registered is a profile attribute, anytime the attribute is update, no recollection of its previous value is kept, and thus the users who follow this pattern are not being picked up. Any Ideas on how to orient this KPI?

As an organization, we encounter many scenarios where process needs to deviate for some reason or another.  We work in an industry that is heavily regulated and audited and need to ensure that there is consistency in process flows and approvals.    How does an organization account for variations in approval?  Ideally, are there systemic solutions that would be able to identify how the user answered and appropriately send out the correct approval request. Example Approval Scenario:    We have a content development template of tasks.  The users need to confirm if there is any environmental benefit language in the marketing copy. If they answer yes, an approval from an environmental risk department needs to be obtainedIf they answer no, no approval is required from environmental risk

I want to achieve a 2-way sync between adobe campaign contacts and the contact lists in external platforms, using telephone numbers as the primary keys. Hi all ,I am using 'Make a Basic Auth' fusion module to update metadata properties (calling PUT) in AEM after uploading Asset to AEM using 'upload an Asset' module. This works perfectly fine. Later when changes are made in Workfront, I want to update AEM asset Metadata Properties, in this case my 'Make a Basic Auth' with PUT is failing with 404 error even though I using same path in both cases. May I know where I am going wrong? If you have any examples, can you please share?

Hi, all! I have a question regarding custom note types in Native PDF.  In our current DITA OT output, we have custom note types set up like this: The type=other tells the output to use whatever text the author enters in the othertype field. In this case, "Notes" display instead of "Note." How can I get my AEM Native PDF output to utilize this in the same way? Thank you!Josh
