Hi AEM Community,   I am trying to figure out the reason for high heap memory utilization.   When navigating to the Reports -> System Monitoring, we see the below warning -  One of the publish server has high heap size which is 82% of the allocated memory. Checking the publish server's JVM Memory (Heap) we see the below -    Checking the same publish instance's memory usage at /system/console/memoryusage, we see the below stat -  The overall heap memory usage as per the above table is as following -  init = 4.29 Gb used = 2.09 Gb committed = 4.08 Gb max = 4.08 Gb   If the above stat is true then the used heap memory is slightly less than 50% and not the 82% as displayed in the warning. Hi All, I have a requirement to log a final message that show to customer (final message after completed all personalization fields) into nms:broadlogrcp. Such as I have the delivery like below and sent to customer name John and Antony.   The final message in the nms:broadlogrcp for each customer should be 1. "Hi John - This is a test message." 2. Hi all Has anyone else experienced this issue? We have monthly campaigns that are set to repeat on the second Thursday of every month. After a few runs, they then change themselves to "Schedule repeats on the day after the second Thursday of every month" ie the second Friday of the month. Example from an affected campaign. Here is the recurrence we set starting in December:  It worked as expected for a few months, then in February it ran twice on both the second Thursday and Friday, then in March it only ran on the Friday:  Now the schedule tab shows as below: Thanks

Hi, Working on an engagement program and am curious if mixing email assets and default programs in a single stream is recommended. We currently have streams that are either all email assets or default programs, and are looking to mix both into one single stream. Would there be any issues mixing both into a single nurture stream?  Thanks!

Hi there, I have setup the below workflow to trigger the qualified customers and send email that consists of their data. So , when they approve they should receive an email else if they reject I should receive an email with the remarks included in it. Hi, everyoneI may have a problem regarding the sling filter and servlet.I have a filter, and within this filter, I need to call other servlets based on their names, however,when I get servlet context(), it does not give me the option to choose servlet by name, my servlets are resourcetypepes cq:page and I also tried using reference annotation, it didn't work as well.I am kind of stuck here, don't know what I can do.Any advice is welcome, thanks!

Hi, I am confused about how to create a group of users I can easily share segments and workspace projects.I created a group through the admin console, but it seems that group is only used to add product profiles since it is not available when sharing components.Do I need to create the group elsewhere?  or is there a way to share components with this group I created? Thank you,Leo

Creating campaigns where I need a flow to happen when a certain date is x amount of days ago. Ex. In this batch campaign when the price request form date is 30 days ago, I need it to run the flow. Is this correct? or would I need to use a different date filter like "in past".  It can't be a specific date because it's a campaign that will be scheduled to run daily.   

I am building out a master email template, and one of the modules I want to create has a background color (that needs to be transparent) as well as a background image with text overlaying it. I am trying to set an eVar using custom code in Launch through the Analytics Extension. So far, nothing is working, no matter how I try to set it. I see the data that I want in the console, so I know I am receiving it correctly. Is there something I need to do differently or include? The issue is {status} pulls in the Key (the 3 character code) and we want the status name such as "In Progress", as opposed to "INP". Is there a status name field, or would I need to create some If statements to change the values? Thanks!

We previously used the API key in Workfront and linked other applications to Workfront using Python scripts. When we moved over to the Admin Console, the Python scripts no longer worked. Now we have a different application that we are trying to connect to Workfront but again the authentication isn't working. We do not want/intend to use Fusion for this unless there is no other option. Because we want the trigger to be on the other applications side. Has anyone run into this issue?

Hi everyone, When we are trying to export streaming segmentes to streaming destinations, there is this cenario below:The segmentation used:Contains only streaming sources (but feel free to check, if necessary)We created three subsegmentations (each streaming) and set them as parameters in a single segmentation.  As mentioned, we sent it to a streaming destination:   The main point that occurs is: after the first sending, the entire full base is sent to the destination, and continuous incremental sending begins. However, every day around 2 pm Brazil time zone, a full base is sent again, as shown in the screenshots below: 04/15 04/16  but this behavior was stoped after 04/16:  The main point here: Why were the full bases sent on those specific days at those times? And why did this behavior not repeat from 04/17 onwards?Someone could help me with this point? because this happened and now stopped.  thanks!

Hi, guys,So let's say, I have two URLs 1: a/b/xx.yy.dd  2: c/d/xx.yy.ddthese two URLs have different prefixes, but the same selectors and extensions.So I wonder is there any way we can handle two URLs by different servlet?I am using the resourceType base servlet right now, and it's configured to cq:page, so basically, they are using the same servlet right now.I tried to use prefix annotation, but it does not exist on my version.I would appreciate any experts could provide me with some ideas, I'm new to AEM, so thanks! 

I have an extensive template built out (160+ tasks) that goes to 2 pages. I want to create a few filters and pick out a selection of parent tasks, that also show children/subtasks.....without having to pick every single task. Is there a text mode for this? or an easier way to filter out tasks so I can keep project to one screen most of the time?

We have a page with buttons for software download links for different Operating Systems. When the user clicks on them then automatically software is downloaded in .zip, .iso, .tgz, .dmg file format I am wondering how should I report on downloads from these download buttons : 1) Via Activity Map as below 2) Or Via Download Link dimension against UV as below   Whats the best approach?

Hi all,  I recently created a new Product Profile in the admin console for analytics and added several members of a team I'm on to it. I've waited over 72 hours for an update but still the Analytics workspace doesn't allow me to share my project with this group. One alternative I've come up with is to use another pre-existing group that appears in the Workspace share window already, but I do want to know why this isn't working anymore.  Based on responses to this thread: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-analytics-questions/how-to-create-an-adobe-analytics-group-to-share-segments-and/td-p/451041 which was marked as resolved, it seems like people have recently been having this issue.  What would be a possible solution or could this be fixed?

Hi everyone,  I'm modifying a custom form with dependencies.  I want the same custom object to appear twice in the form, in two separate sections. However WF keeps adding "copy" to the 2nd field name. I need the objects to be the same as they flow into the same column in the report I've built out.  Any help would be appreciated!Dianne
