 We are trying to hit AEMaaCS(using fastly) URL from multiple locations and it seems all users are seeing different content of a page. User A is seeing CTA with text Cta 2 and User B is seeing CTA with text Cta 6, while the actual content should be showing CTA 7. Any idea what could be going wrong? Below are detailed information about our observation so far. We have setup surrogate control as per this document(https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/implementing/content-delivery/caching.html) to 24 hours which caches the page for 24 hours. We have also cleared CDN cache using below command, but results are always same. Hello everyone,We are currently facing an issue with our implementation of Adobe Analytics APIs for making server-side calls. We have followed the POST method for this implementation and are passing both OOTB (Out of the Box) values and custom values such as evars and props.While we are able to successfully retrieve OOTB values like page name and others, we are encountering difficulties with evars and props as they remain unspecified.Has anyone else encountered a similar issue during their implementation? Hi all,About half our workers love the new home and have switched over to it, but we also have many folks that definitely want to stick to the old home page (until they can't, anyway).For the folks that prefer the old home page, do we need to create a special layout template for them, or is there another way to stop the blue 'please try out the new home' banner from showing up? Thanks! -Laura

Hello,Currenty we have using AEMAACS and in that AEM DAM has around 90k assets and few sub folders has around 28k to 40k assets we need to generate an Asset report and in that dam:sha1 value need to be included.In AEM OOTB Asset Report we are not able to add dam:sha1 value.Using servlet we have written the code but its taking too much time and some times time out error. Is there any other way that we can add dam:sha1 value in our asset report using AEM OOTB Asset Reports or using ACS Commons package.please help me solve the requirement.

I am reposting this, hoping someone has an example text component configuration that can be uploaded.  Upgrading from 6.2 to 6.5. Hopefully this is just a setting/configuration issue but I can't get the RTE to be styled as it was in 6.2. When I open the editor in fullscreen in 6.5 I get the following styling (I believe this is Dialog Full Screen): Do not want this style:  What I am looking for is the style I see in 6.2 (RTE Full Screen):   I've searched for the different uiSettings (haven't found much) and have tried different configurations - to no avail. But without using the ResourceResolverFactory we can get the resources using ResourceResolver only. So could you please explain me in what scenarios do we need to use ResourceResolverFactory?

Hey y'all I have an issue that I can't seem to resolve. Granted I am a total newbie at Marketo but I have a landing page (that was cloned from an existing page) that looks perfect in editor and even in preview, but once it's approved, it appears broken. Photos below.  How do I troubleshoot this? I can't get to the html in the landing page, I only have the WYSIWYG editor. Please help!

Hi, I am trying to import program with email assets from sandbox to production. I imported the program but it didnt import email . Can someone help me know how we can import assets as well with program. This is happnening only when i check email on mobile. desktop works good. 

In this engagement, I am trying to have people who complete the stream "Phase 2" move over to the "Phase 3" stream when they exhaust the content possible in Phase 2. I usually use the trigger "Email Delivered" with the last email sent in the previous stream, but in this case they will not receive every email based on the smart lists. Is there a trigger that I can use for this? or does anyone know work around?

Hi Team, I'm not sure which Archetype the current project is using but whenever I want to extend a core component, It doesn't detect the package.    I'm not sure if this is because uber-jar (currently 6.5.12) is not compatible with the core components the project has (2.20) or some other dependencies.  the pom.xml doesn't have any dependency for the core components    This is the first time I'm facing an issue like this so I've checked other post from the Adobe community but didn't work. You're inputs will be a great guidance to me in order to figure out the issue. Regards

We reached the end of our Adobe Audience Manager contract and will not renew. We will not migrate to AEP, and we are keeping Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.    Has anyone done this process before and is aware of, or has created any documentation on how to decommission AAM - shutting down data sources etc?   Thanks,   rich

Hello all, Hoping to get some guidance: I have a table in Livecylce ES4 with lets say 4 fields (name, age, gender, date of birth). Just text fields on a blank subform. I have a button to addInstance thus repeating the 4 fields. The button also adds an instance to another table on another form that adds the same 4 fields. That second form is the designed form which I do not want the user to have the ability to enter info. The issue I have is: I can create as many instances I want with different people's biodata on the first form but I want the info from the first table to be copied into the second table whether it be 1 instance or 10. I just don't know how to reference each field. I imagine the first table has something like name(0), name(1), name(2), etc. How do I reference these fields and put the info into the second table? I hope this makes sense. Thank you

I have created a fragment. The right side should be image and the left side should be text, but in the mobile version, the image should come first, and the text should come next, not like the default behavior of the fragment. It would be great for me if you guys solved the issue.   Mobile version should be like above but it is coming like below.   RegardsSatya

Hi, We're planning to A/B test a new journey (from point A to B) and I wanted to know if there was a way that I could split out the difference in the number of pages viewed for the new experience vs control experiences and then turn those in to an average.For example, we're hoping our new journey will be much more streamlined and although customers may be able to complete the current journey, I want to try and show that we've made it easier in terms of customers viewing less pages to reach the journey end goal and or it's taken a lot less time. Hello!Wondering if I could get some advice on a problem: We're using a date field within a Custom Object and pulling a Smart List with the field condition of "Is Empty". When our Data Integration team runs the criteria, they get around 400 Email Addresses on the data side, but within Marketo with the same criteria I only get around 90 Leads pulled.According to them the API push for an empty field pushes a empty value on load - so my question is if for a Date field, would "Is Empty" somehow view a blank/null field as NOT empty for some reason? Is there some weirdness like the Boolean Empty = FALSE thing? 

Hi, I'm looking to set up a few filter-based batch emails based on inactivity of leads in order to remarket to them. I'm looking to set it up with fields directly speaking with our custom MS Dynamics CRM. These are the filters I'm using but it still seems to be qualifying people on a daily basis (as soon as they are created) but it should qualify them only when they complete 15 days of no change. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

While testing, a few questions have come up and were wondering if anyone has any insight into them:Since there is no option to set up an export frequency cadence like there is for the Files SFMC connection, how does the API connect behave if you want to send it multiple times a day?How does Adobe CDP segment ingestion to SFMC behave for existing users and net new users via the SFMC API method?Within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you must create attributes with a FIELD NAME that exactly matches the value specified within Mapping ID for each activated Platform segment. Are there best practices around creating the Mapping ID field or any other necessary fields in SFMC?
