A team in our instance work from a Request Queue where Issues are assigned out. They track this work with Issue Reports filtered with 'Assigned To: Name'.A recurring problem is that when multiple users are assigned to the same Issue a Primary Assignee is selected. The Issue will then only show up on reports for that user and not for the others assigned to the ticket. Is there anyway to work around this?

Hey! Has anyone had success showing form fills for specific forms over time in domo? I can get it over time, but with the listed data points:- activity date- activity name- campaign- details- form fields- referrer URL I'm not sure its possible to create a segment for specific forms only? Also please note that a lot of forms do not have fields specific to just that form. Has anyone been able to pull form ID attached to activity in domo? 

HiI have created one Journey on AJO and would like to see the final conversion of customers (placing orders) on the website in CJA.I have tried using journey name as filter and then no of orders coming from website.Also both AJO datasets and web events has same identifier in CJA.But still the data is not coming on CJACan someone help here?

We have connected our Marketo instance to Power BI with the REST API.  There is a lot of information that pulled over but I was wondering if we were able to pull in items like the Revenue Cycle Modeler?  Or at least the information in it.  I want to be able to build our Marketing Funnel in a Power BI Dashboard.  We can also pull in GA4 and Salesforce to make a very comprehensive funnel.  Does anyone have experience doing this and if so, can you share best practices/techniques?  Thanks!Erica

Hi all, I'm seeking guidance on uploading user event data via local file upload in Adobe RTCDP. Here's what I've done so far:I've created an Event class schema along with a corresponding dataset.I've successfully ingested this dataset using a local .csv file through the "local file upload" source.However, the issue arises when I attempt to view the updated user profile. Despite the successful data ingestion, the user's latest event record doesn't appear to be reflected in their profile.I've included some screenshots to provide more context. Hi there, Inn adobe analytics there is the chance to see "average time spent on site" or "time spent on page" but not "average time spent on page".In a tool I am implementing i can magically retrieve from adobe  "AVERAGE TIME SPENT ON PAGE" and not "AVERAGE TIME SPENT ON SITE". My Question:i am interested into understanding what is the difference between "AVERAGE TIME SPENT ON PAGE" and "AVERAGE TIME SPENT ON SITE" as no explanation is available for "AVERAGE TIME SPENT ON PAGE". Thanks you!

Hi community, I have a segment (at the hit level) that contains 3 URLs. When I breakdown the segment with the URL dimension the visits to each individual URL is higher than the total (EX: below it's 30+9+5 = 40). When I remove the URL with 5 visits, the total drops 36 (now reading like 30+9=36). I understand there are nuances with visit-level metrics that can sometimes get muddled when used against segments, but I can't seem to find an answer as to why this happens? What's going on and how can I articulate it to other stakeholders?

I'm having a problem with the ResourceResolver locating a configuration xml file in my local author instance under apps. Despite attempting various approaches, such as specifying relative and absolute paths, the configResource continues to return null for the file resource. Also the ResourceResolver is using a AEM service user account to access the file. AEM 6.5, SPA, Angular 9In the editor and published page via Typescript, I'd like to subscribe to a parent container component from a child component.  If I drag a parent container component on the editor page and then drag a child component so it is inside of the parent container, how can the child get a reference to it's closest parent so it can subscribe to parent changes?When a component is dragged onto the editor page, are there certain Angular-monitored events that are triggered and would help with a solution?Two use cases I'm trying to solve:The parent container has a background color property that is also the background color of any child component.  The child component needs to know what its closest parent's background color is so it can use the appropriate text color.To dynamically build a backend data structure, the child needs to know the ID of its closest parent component.
