Is there an alternative way to report on Bounce Rate?Or, can you define a bounce to happen where hits <=2? Bounce rate does not work for us traditionally, because we have a chat bot that fires an event on every page, followed by a secondary hit to an audience tool (Bombora).  I know that single page visit rate can be an alternative, but it's not the best descriptive metric in my use case.

I'm working with a task report. It has a chart that has one (standard mode) Groupings:Assigned To >> Role ID We would like to show the role name instead of the role ID though, so I changed the Groupings to text mode. The incorrect behavior is this node  '/content/example/en_us/sample' is not even replicated but just gets the properties from parent. How to stop inheriting the replication properties from parent node? I do want other properties to be inherited. Any help is apprecia

I would like to have dispatcher agent to be configured on prod author so that I can purge dispatcher cache from author. I have a document with name 'test' which have uuid as 03dc83f9-c9b4-4827-9994-04e7a77c4045 but when I replace document with other document having same name its uuid is change to 4f76908f-c00a-479b-95fa-ce2dba99226c .Is there any way to retain same uuid since I am using document uuid in other application and due to mismatch it is not working properly when someone replace document.

Hi, I'm trying to follow the AEM WKND sites tutorial, I successfully generate the project using archetypeVersion=35 and aemVersion="6.5.0", but after creating the Basic Components page, the page has no content and no component available. Yes, you can share folders in "Marketing Activities". In fact, only the highest level folder in a Workspace can be shared. If you do that, a locked - shared - folder appears in the target workspace with the complete empty folder structure of the source Workspace in it. What could be the purpose of this feature? You still can't reference a Smart Campaign from the Source WS in the Target WS. Hi,In my current project, there is a pptx file which contains some Chinese text on its first page. But in the thumbnail, these characters are not properly rendered. Showing square boxes in place of Chinese characters.We are currently using 6.5.9 .  Attaching pics for reference  . Please help me figure out why it is not getting properly rendered.

We have identified 2 instances of log4j-core-2.1.jar in a cache folder and also in jboss/standalone/tmp/vfs/deployment/ folder. Is there any advice on Aems 6.2/6.3 on how to either update the log4j version or even remove the instances. Will there be a patch or hot fix release or instructions on how to rectify?

ACS Commons tag report is showing a version of tags before certain tags were "moved". Is there any way by which we can remove the moved tags from acs commons tags report? Scenario:I have a Tag "ABC". This tag ABC is used somewhere, when i move this tag to new location, a new property is added in crxde and new tag is also created at the new location with one additional propertyNow, when we are generating tag report using acs commons ABC tag is appearing at two places one is at the old location and other at the moved location.Can we somehow ignore the old location while generating this report? 

I work on a site that was using version 1.9.0 of CIF components and we are trying to move to 2.4.2 Once some dependencies were resolved the site is running but all components fail with a JS error "The commerce API is not properly initialized. When we create a controlled vocabulary using tags is there a way to lock that down in custom tag fields for the people doing the tagging? We have set up a robust controlled vocabulary using tags. We have also created multiple custom fields and mapped each one to the specific tag string it pertains to. I want to limit people doing the tagging to only being able to use the existing tags in the specific string thats mapped to the field, however, even though the field is mapped to those specific tags I can’t find a way to prevent people from free typing a tag into the field. Is there a way to lock that down so people can't free type anything in there? If people need a new tag I'd like that to only be able to happen through a request to the admin.

Hello!Looking for a little clarification on how Custom Object records work. My assumption is that a "record" is basically a row of data tied to a Lead.So in this image example:Records Image.PNGThat would indicate there is 402,127 rows of data tied in any number of Leads. Is this correct?Also unsure of how records are calculated? According to our Adobe Rep we have 4 Million records allowed in our contract, but adding up the totals across all Custom Objects in the Admin area is more than 5 Million records?Is it typically x number of records PER OBJECT or Across ALL Objects? Sorry for the questions but our Rep keeps asking follow-up questions about fields and things and I just need a straight answer on how records work in this context. 🙂 

We are implementing Adobe Analytics using AEP Web SDK. Issue is with the Click rule in Adobe Launch that trigger on a custom event. By the time this rule fires, Data layer on click is getting overwritten by the page load data layer.  For example, click on a breadcrumb from search results page leads to home page. From the website, data layer for breadcrumb click and the home page load sent are different. But by the time Adobe Launch fires the click rule, the data layer for breadcrumb click is getting overwritten by the data layer of home page load and hence page load data is being passed in the click network call. Expected : Adobe Launch click rule should immediately listen to the click custom event fired from the website and pick the right data layer sent by the website Please let us know if you have any solution or you need more information on this issue.

Hi Everyone, I'm looking for ways to create collection that is not public using the ResourceCollection API (or without it). I'm able to crate once that are Public and then the user can convert them to private using the Settings menu but I'm looking for a way to do it programmatically. Is there any API for that? I see that all private collections have 4 allow access control entries and 3 user groups are being created for each (<name>, <name>-owner, and <name>-editor). I tried replicating all that but wasn't very successful.  Any help would be be greatly appreciated. Thank you,Bobby
