Hello, We are looking to transmit tracking information from various channels, such as emails, push notifications, SMS, and others, to an external third-party endpoint. Currently, any tracking data generated is stored within the Message Tracking system dataset in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). However, we face a challenge as there is no direct method to stream this data from the dataset to the desired endpoint.We considered using Unitary Events, but I've recently learned that these events do not get triggered when data is ingested into a system-generated dataset. Another potential solution is to export the dataset from AEP, but this approach does not suit our needs because we require the data to be transmitted in real-time or near real-time.We also looked into email reactions as an option, but found it to be limited to use within journeys only, not campaigns. Our goal is to implement this logic across both campaigns and journeys.Could you please advise on any alternative solution

Hi Team, Is there a way to pass custom field value (part of event schema) to AJO OOTB (Message feedback and Email Tracking) datasets For ex: Touchpoint ID is an attribute on event schema and can have multiple values for a profile, we want to somehow get this Touchpoint ID to AJO OOTB datasets(Message feedback and Email Tracking) so that we know which event is tagged to which touchpoint ID.if it is possiible plz let us know how?@mohan_dugganab @satheeskannak @akshaaga

I have added a custom index for cqPageLucene but its not showing up on CRXDE after deploying on local. cqPageLucene already has a few indexes. Hi We're running a kick-start but having an issue whereby the setSubmittedByID column seems to be ignored and I am the Submitter of 200+ Requests... I've also tried the setEnteredByID field but without success, how do I set the original Requester ID? Guessing an option is to use setOwnerID as the stakeholder which does work as expected 😊     Thanks!

Currently we are on classic UI and my clientlibs and other structures are under the etc folder. We are using the static template. We have initiated project to the upgrade the AEM from classic to touch UI, clientlibs under the ui.frontend package. Along with to this, we also wanted to upgrade to the latest archetype i.e. 47. When I tried to upgrade the archetype, I faced several issues related to jackrabit validation related issues belonging to the node location, node properties (Classic UI dialog related issues) etc.Should I move the nodes, covert the dialog first then go back to upgrade the archetype? Please suggest the sequence. Thank You.

I'm working on a weekly file export for an audience that updates daily.  Fields in the Audience:ID, Policy Number, and Date Added (populates the date they were added to the audience) I want to do an incremental pull of that audience, but the export file needs to see the fields in the audience. The activity in workflows that would show that information is the Read Audience activity. I need help figuring out how to use that and only populate the incremental data.  Is there a workaround for this, or am I just going to need to accept that it won't work the way I need it to?

Hi there,Our Salesforce account has a good amount of old leads (40k+) that we don't want to have transfer over into our Marketo account. When the Marketo sync is enabled though, those leads are automatically sent over from Salesforce into our Marketo account and we have to pause the sync and delete those old leads. We want our information syncing between the two systems, but if someone is an old account in Salesforce then we don't want them to transfer over. Is there a way to block that from happening, and if so how?I think the answer here is probably possible, but I'm not sure how to go about accomplishing that. Is there a way to find and replace text in a project? I have reports that were for 2023 that I now have to change to 2024. I'd like to use find 2023 and replace it with 2024 instead of scrolling to manually change one at a time.

When there is a change in header and footer then all of the site pages gets invalidated in dispatcher. This causes an increase in load on publish instances as dispatcher has to fetch all the pages again to serve new requests. What is the best way to avoid this instant load on publish instances ? Do you guys use re-fetch flush agents ?
