Hi everyone i have workflow group for about us pagesWhere all users can only see only about pages of the site ( people who trigger and who approve the workflow belong to same group)if one user from that group triggers the workflow, except him, rest should be able to approve it. Hello All, Difference between the use cases of AEM service class (i mean service impl class), Java utility classes.Even for the service impl class, we are passing the resource resolver object, other resources. Same case for Java utility methods. Then, in which scenario, we need to prefer AEM service impl classes over Java utility class (or methods). I know one point is: We can get Run mode specific config files details in service impl class. Where as these values to passed if you are calling java utility methods.

Hello,I wanted to ask if at all it was possible to export a project created in Adobe Analytics contained many metrics, tables, graphs, etc. using the Developer API.Currently the only way to export the project as a PDF is to use the built in export function in Adobe Analytics or schedule export function which emails the PDF to a list of users' emails on a scheduled basis (weekly, monthly, etc.).I am currently using the scheduled export function to get Weekly PDFs that I then manually save to a file location on a server. I wanted to see if I could automate this process and write a script that would download and save the project as a PDF to a specified file location rather than get it emailed. I would then run this script either using Windows Scheduler Events or something else.Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!Thank You.

Hi All,We came across an issue in our Marketo instance where are not getting correct count from SFDC campaigns. We have a native integration with Salesforce. Campaign members as per SF shows 513 members whereas the smart campaigns shows 949 contacts. We are using this filter in the smartlist of smart campaign.We identified another issue where the count is coming up low in Marketo. Has anyone faced this issue and any possible solution for this.Thanks

Hi all,I sent an Email campaign with smart list (person type, marketable email, people not in competitor SL, Region) and flow is simple send Emailbut the run count comes out to be 4751 and Email Performance reports is showing the count 4746 and People performance reports comes out to be 4606 .. count isn't coming out to be exact at first so When I drilled down the people performance report using email address I found 18 Emails are sent to Dummy email (Dummy@dummy.com) .. and When i checked this emails in Marketo Database there were around 67 leads with same email ... So my question is how Marketo is sending 18 Email to Dummy email (Dummy@dummy.com) and how will marketo treat this in reports  

Hi, I find the classification of Last Touch Channel confusing. For example, as the following picture shows, the Last Touch Channel Detail item 'cn_owned_socail_s-community_multi_samsung_s23_article_230216_none' is classified both in 'Social Media Campaigns' and 'Owned Social', with different attributions. How could this happen?

Hi everybody!We have an email template on ACS, where the background color is already white (#F5F5F5) inside the body of the HTML. Once we open the email in the iOS native email app, for instance, it respects the email background color even tho the phone is in dark mode. However, if I open the same email with the Outlook app, it removes the white background. Is there a way to force the email background to be white in all apps??Regards

I have 4 direct call rules and each rule is generating 1 server call causing multiple page views. How can i merge all 4 in to 1, so that only 1 page view is generated which populate evars from these 4 different rules in to 1.

When looking at our page visits in workspace, we see the same page listed twice with different volume of visits e.g.https://domain.co.uk/page/subpageanddomain:page:subpage Looking at the debugger on the page I only see pageName puled through as domain:page:subpageDoes anyone know why we see this duplication?

Hi everyone, I am looking to implement Adobe Target recommendations using the Cart Based algorithm (e.g. user who bought these, bought that). I think I am passing the cartIds mbox request in a correct way (by looking at the page load parameters and Experience Cloud debugger) but when trying to test the experience using QA link it shows me nothing but just a response code "NO-CONTENT" with Target traces. Do you know what might be the reason for that and if there are any step by step tutorials for a newbie on how to implement all necessary data elements? I thought this cartIds parameter is the only one we need to implement in this case.  

In Clickstream Data Column Reference, there are two columns, event list and post_event_list. The descriptions of these two columns are same.I wonder what's the different between them.

When we apply a metadata profile to a child folder of a parent with a metadata profile we have to choose which profile to use. It doesn’t inherit the data down to the children. For example, we have a profile for Brand attached to the Brand folders. Then we have subfolders under those for the Lines of Business that have profiles attached to them. Ideally, I can create a profile for Brand and one for Line of Business. I’d like to apply the Brand profile to the Brand folder and then apply the Line of Business profile to the Line of Business folder and see the data collected from the Brand folder passed down to the Line of Business one. We have Brand and Line of Business folders in multiple places in our DAM so not being able to pass down the data collected is going to create a crazy amount of metadata profiles which will become very difficult to manage from an admin perspective. Hello,  We got stuck with creating custom action to SFMC and would appreciate any suggestions from this group.  1) We followed the steps to configure Custom Action from this article by @anuhya-tad .Expect that we are sending the audience to SFMC's Data extension. 2) Custom  Action Configuration :                (i) We were able to successfully test the authentication.               (ii) Endpoint Configuration : Provided SFMC's Endpoint along with Data extension / Method : POST               (ii) Payloads: ( Are these action parameters defined in the article?)   What format should this be ? We gave the below , is that correct?3) Journey : Created JOurney with Read Audience and the SFMC Custom Action.. Are we missing anything there? Is there a way to set it up so they can be invited via email and click on the proof to view, but not see internal comments? New user here- Looking for a way to make a task update across multiple projects (or a project to update across multiple programs).  i.e.- "Bob" has task A which applies to program or project "1", "2", and "3". So when A is done or uploads a document to A, it shows complete with the same document in 1, 2,& 3. Dare I say a task "Alias".....   Thanks,   N8
