 Hello, I was about to do training on the new look & feel homepage that is in BETA and switched back from Beta to Current and the button 'Try our new homepage' has gone. And has gone for everyone on the current. Help ! How do I get that toggle back between the two (we are on fast release). The toggle was on there a couple of weeks ago. Thank You! Emma

Hi everybody!We have an email template on ACS, where the background color is already white (#F5F5F5) inside the body of the HTML. Once we open the email in the iOS native email app, for instance, it respects the email background color even tho the phone is in dark mode. However, if I open the same email with the Outlook app, it removes the white background. Is there a way to force the email background to be white in all apps??Regards

I have 4 direct call rules and each rule is generating 1 server call causing multiple page views. How can i merge all 4 in to 1, so that only 1 page view is generated which populate evars from these 4 different rules in to 1.

When looking at our page visits in workspace, we see the same page listed twice with different volume of visits e.g.https://domain.co.uk/page/subpageanddomain:page:subpage Looking at the debugger on the page I only see pageName puled through as domain:page:subpageDoes anyone know why we see this duplication?

Hi everyone, I am looking to implement Adobe Target recommendations using the Cart Based algorithm (e.g. user who bought these, bought that). I think I am passing the cartIds mbox request in a correct way (by looking at the page load parameters and Experience Cloud debugger) but when trying to test the experience using QA link it shows me nothing but just a response code "NO-CONTENT" with Target traces. Do you know what might be the reason for that and if there are any step by step tutorials for a newbie on how to implement all necessary data elements? I thought this cartIds parameter is the only one we need to implement in this case.  

In Clickstream Data Column Reference, there are two columns, event list and post_event_list. The descriptions of these two columns are same.I wonder what's the different between them.

When we apply a metadata profile to a child folder of a parent with a metadata profile we have to choose which profile to use. It doesn’t inherit the data down to the children. For example, we have a profile for Brand attached to the Brand folders. Then we have subfolders under those for the Lines of Business that have profiles attached to them. Ideally, I can create a profile for Brand and one for Line of Business. I’d like to apply the Brand profile to the Brand folder and then apply the Line of Business profile to the Line of Business folder and see the data collected from the Brand folder passed down to the Line of Business one. We have Brand and Line of Business folders in multiple places in our DAM so not being able to pass down the data collected is going to create a crazy amount of metadata profiles which will become very difficult to manage from an admin perspective. Hello,  We got stuck with creating custom action to SFMC and would appreciate any suggestions from this group.  1) We followed the steps to configure Custom Action from this article by @anuhya-tad .Expect that we are sending the audience to SFMC's Data extension. 2) Custom  Action Configuration :                (i) We were able to successfully test the authentication.               (ii) Endpoint Configuration : Provided SFMC's Endpoint along with Data extension / Method : POST               (ii) Payloads: ( Are these action parameters defined in the article?)   What format should this be ? We gave the below , is that correct?3) Journey : Created JOurney with Read Audience and the SFMC Custom Action.. Are we missing anything there? Is there a way to set it up so they can be invited via email and click on the proof to view, but not see internal comments? New user here- Looking for a way to make a task update across multiple projects (or a project to update across multiple programs).  i.e.- "Bob" has task A which applies to program or project "1", "2", and "3". Hi,I am looking for the most optimal way to analyze the following:We do retargeting with display campaigns from 2 different sources: X and Y. We have been running X campaigns for some years now, but we started Y only 6 months ago. Since we started Y campaigns, we noticed that the orders have dropped, although the visits did not (according to Adobe Analytics). I have already compared Last-touch attribution and First-touch attribution, and it shows that campaign Y is "stealing" the conversions from campaign "X". However I want to dig a bit deeper and look at e.g. what share of user journeys had both channels as touch points in comparison to the only 1 of those channels, also which channel comes first/last before the conversion. Also, which lookback window it is better to use - 30 days or the whole reporting period (6 months). The idea is to distribute the budget better. Thank you in advance,Kate

hello i'm using adobe forms 6.5  I have merged XML file with fields to PDF using the outputService.generatePDFOutput and it works good for the first runbut if i want to update one of the fields of the new form, the xml new data is overlapping the old and i get the old and new text one on top the other , and it is not readable i didn't find and "override" property in the output service any ideas ? thanksNir    

I am trying to create a pages report that will display the status of a page: either "Published" or "Not Published".I know that the published status information is displayed in the authoring UI for a given page, as shown in the following screenshots:    Here is my base Query: SELECT * FROM [cq:Page] AS s WHERE ISDESCENDANTNODE([/site/folder1/folder2/]) But I don't know how to build and display the "Published" status using the "ACS Commons Report Builder Text Column" component. Hello!We successfully created and activated an audience to a destination (Facebook Custom Audience) some time ago. No issues whatsoever.Recently, we renamed this audience in RT-CDP and noticed that the new name does not get synchronized on the destination side.Are there any specific steps we should take for the new name to get updated at the destination side?For instance, should we first de-activate the audience, change its name and then re-activate it? Or any other steps?Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

We're sending Profile data to an AEP Profile dataset.We're using the AEP HTTP API to stream this data to the Profile dataset.Profile datasets do not require a timestamp, as opposed to event datasets.However, could we add a timestamp and ensure that the AEP will ingest our payloads based on the timestamp?We're running into issues where payloads get ingested in the wrong order.Thank you!

Hello,    I know it is possible for an activity to be copied to another workspace, but I am unclear if it is possible to have a linked live copy. By this I mean if I have activity Blue and it lives in Workspace A and Workspace B and if I make a change to Blue while in Workspace A, can it updated in Workspace B as well?Thank you!
